You can barely taste it this way, and it would be significantly better just served as traditional strips on top. So I would prob get it without next time. The Tallow Fries: These have huge potential, but unfortunately, mine arrived pretty soggy via delivery. I should have thrown them in the air fryer to crisp them back up, as I know they would be amazing fresh out of the fryer dripping in tallow. And they would have worked much better as larger almost steak cut fries to let the tallow flavor shine more. However as i ate them, i would still choose cajun 5 guys fries well done over them. My order for a burger and fries came to almost $40 (including tip) through their delivery service. Is it worth that price point for a delivery order? Probably not. Picture a Greek salad in your mind. Ok this is not that. It had the usual crunchy lettuce with a light and tangy Greek dressing. There were vibrant and sweet red onions and feta. And then it got wild. There were crunchy pickled beets, roasted tomatoes that tasted like basil, sweet jalapenos, (Yes- you read that right!) crunchy fried garbanzos that tasted like Indian spices...
