While I was getting my pedicure, a large brown roach crawled across the platform, I said to my nail tech: "do you think we should let the receptionist know about the visitor?" She laughed nervously and said "it's disapppeared now we will handle that when you get out of the chair." The lack of urgency and complacency was concerning to me, it signals to me that they have those large roaches often and may or may not be doing anything about it. To make matters worse I looked to their waxing room, and there was another large roach laying dead on its back. In addition to that, a health inspector walked into the salon as I was leaving. This may be routine, but it did raise additional red flags, considering the roaches. Overall, the pedicure itself is mediocre, nothing to write home about. The foot massage was great! Probably the best part of the pedicure. Joyce did great on that. After reviewing their price menu, I was surcharge an additional $10 on the $55 pedicure (making my total $65) for some inexplicable reason. Would I return or recommend this place? Not at all. The greatest irony is on the door of the salon, the logo reads: "Sanitary and safe" that should've been the first sign there for me!

It was adequate enough. The massage wasn't really a massage and he pretty much just slapped some lotion on my hands and the cuticle oil on my feet. I waited a little while, maybe 15 minutes but I was also a walk-in. The employees were friendly enough, however, my experience was that I wasn't too comfortable and my tech didn't speak much English for me to communicate smoothly about what I wanted. I showed him my nails, all of which the nail polish was peeling off. I happen to be cooking yesterday and I used a little turmeric so I had a little turmeric stain on my nail and he said that that was the reason the nail polish came off. I got there I asked him how much for a pedicure. They couldn't tell me this one said go to that one. Once I got there they still didn't tell me how much it was. The lady start putting water in the thing and tell me put your feet in there. I was putting my foot in there the water splattered a little bit over her clothes. I apologize but she didn't answer and she keep on talking about me in Chinese with another Chinese person. Then she start talking about my food saying that oh you haven't done your foot in a long time oh maybe a year or so. I thought that was very unprofessional to say that to a customer.
