They started with the pedi and I told the girl to cut my nails as short as she can. I felt her digging into almost my skin. She even cut a pice of my skin on my big toe. She splashed some alcohol on it and told me it was bleeding and dunked it back in the water. She was too rough with my toes and I think she was new because she didn't know where certain things were. The paint job was very nice but when she was cleaning the paint on the crease of my toes with acetone, I felt burning on my big toes cuticles and on the right top nail because of the cuts. The woman at the front was very nice and attentive, she was the one who did my eyebrows and she took her time which I appreciated it. They definitely came out exactly how I wanted. For my ombré acrylics I had Maya and she was amazing! She communicated with me and was asking questions about exactly what and how I wanted them. She also took her time to make sure they were exactly what I wanted. These two ladies are the ONLY reason why I'm giving 4 stars. My toes are in so much pain and are sensitive right now. But I am truly happy on how my hands and eyebrows came out. My feet came out nice but I would have loved them more if they didn't cut so deep.

It was adequate enough. The massage wasn't really a massage and he pretty much just slapped some lotion on my hands and the cuticle oil on my feet. I waited a little while, maybe 15 minutes but I was also a walk-in. The employees were friendly enough, however, my experience was that I wasn't too comfortable and my tech didn't speak much English for me to communicate smoothly about what I wanted. The parking was definitely a challenge since there wasn't enough and there was a jam.

You would pay a lot more somewhere else for what we got done. My stepdaughter and I both got gel nails and my husband got a regular pedicure with no polish. The staff is super nice! We felt really comfortable and cared for here. We were offered a variety of wine, which was lovely, and they also gave us bottled water. Each person that did our nails asked us consistently if we liked what they were doing and if it was OK. That's really special, you don't get that all the time. They did a great job on our pedis! At first I didn't like the polish I had chosen, they were more than happy to take it off and start over on the one foot. No attitude whatsoever, more than happy to be accommodating. The lady start putting water in the thing and tell me put your feet in there. I was putting my foot in there the water splattered a little bit over her clothes. I apologize but she didn't answer and she keep on talking about me in Chinese with another Chinese person. Then she start talking about my food saying that oh you haven't done your foot in a long time oh maybe a year or so. I thought that was very unprofessional to say that to a customer. Then the lady continues with my foot swinging it left and right push it back. At some point I just want to leave with my my pedicure on done. But I managed to make it through. And that means you got one price but my mouth they charge you $12 for no additional work extra. I have done my foot of the places with other Chinese people but this one's a very mean and nasty. I would never go there again and I hope nobody go to this place as I'm looking at the review later on and I see everybody give them a 1.
