Having spent many, many hours in dental chairs, I feel I can give expert recommendations on dentists as I have a lot of comparisons. I wasn't that satisfied with the last dentist who was overcharging for mediocre work, and was looking for a change. I heard of Dr. Neff as my son and daughter-in-law just started with him, and checked out his very positive reviews. Dr. Neff just finished my my cleaning and a replacement crown. I've only had one other dentist many years ago who was as skilled, thorough and caring as this doctor. Dr. Neff and his staff are absolutely amazing. My husband is a Marine Veteran and we were referred from the VA when we lived in Menifee for his dental work. Yvonne, Amy & Jen were patient and helpful in making sure we had all his authorizations from the Va for his partials to be done. After seeing the work Dr. Neff did I also became a patient. He has managed to provide me with dental work worth smiling about. We currently live in Los Angeles and we still commute for the his care. Today I went for my first visit at Golden Triangle Dentistry. I really don't like trying to find a new dentist. I had to find one because my insurance changed. Right when walked into the office I felt a positive vibe. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. I didn't have to wait very long at all when Yvonne called me to come to the back. She took x-rays and walked me through everything she was doing. Then Dr. Ibarra came in and examined my teeth and finished my cleaning. He was very kind and courteous. Dr. Neff and his staff are all extremely personable, friendly, kind and professional. They make an effort to get to know their patients and that certainly makes you feel at ease, whether you are getting a root canal, a broken crown or chipped tooth repaired, cavities filled or (gasp) all four wisdom teeth removed 20 years after you should have done it. Yes, I've done all of the above at Golden Triangle Dentistry and I have nothing bad to say whatsoever. My wife goes there as well and I've been taking our daughter there. She was very young and had a couple of cavities already (!). They took care of them and gave us lots of information about everything and pro tips to make sure we weren't just having her brush and floss, but making sure we hit this spot and that spot and so forth.
