Came for a quick lunch with two of my coworkers, finding the location was relatively easy. It is in a big plaza near the less busy section, so parking was an absolute breeze! The décor was a little outdated but the booths were very comfy. Upon entering I could tell the entire staff is extremely friendly and kind. They quickly sat us down brought us water and a complimentary appetizer. Although I could not eat the fried wonton crisps my coworkers said it was a very tasty introduction to the restaurant, and they loved that they paired it with sweet and sour sauce. For lunch, I ordered the chicken fried rice special and it came with a small salad, an egg roll, and a soup. As a note, their soup does contain gluten in it so it is a lot thicker which is how I could tell right away. When I was handed my food the first thing, I noticed instantly is the giant portion size you get! At the end, I had plenty of leftovers to have for dinner! The chicken fried rice was very tasty, it had all the components of your basic fried rice, and after being smothered in siracha it was exactly what I was craving for lunch. I usually order a broth-like soup on the side because I love adding a savory element to my rice. In this case I couldn't do that because of the gluten. Regardless I loved my rice and I loved the giant portions. I ended up giving my coworkers the egg roll and once he packaged his food it looked completely untouched. We ended up paying around 27$ after tip for all three of us! Great prices and great value! I called & ordered my food after over an hour I called they told me my ETA was 25 mins. I called the store they said it was gonna be there in about 5-10 minutes, 30 minutes pass the delivery driver calls me saying he got sent to Buena Park then to La Habra because they gave him the wrong address. I confirmed my address over 5 times with her and she even said "Oh that's down the street" I called once again and now 2hrs and 30 minutes later she started yelling saying I gave her the wrong address that it was in La Habra. This restaurant is tucked away in a strip mall that looks like it's had it better days! I just hope they never relocate to a swankier spot! From the outside it doesn't look like much (just like the others) but when you walk in, you see a cozy little restaurant with some booths and tables in the center! On the weekends there might be a wait for a table but just be patient my young grasshopper... it will be your time soon! There are options to have dinner specials that come with two, three or more dishes or they have the full menu! Which ever you choose you will not be disappointed! I do recommend you get the Wor Wonton Soup! Either for there or take home to enjoy the next day! Since I moved to Fullerton I've been missing my favorite Chinese place in Whittier " silver palace ". The drive to Whittier is worth it but I need a equal substitute when that hunger comes on and I can't make the drive! Oh my godness I am so glad I checked this place out because it's not only reasonably priced it's super good and the service is excellent!!! I got the Kung Pao beef,chicken,shrimp Lunch special that comes with soup, egg roll, salad with Ginger dressing (yum) and it only cost $6.35. Chicken was a bit dry and lost the usual gloss it used to have. Fish order was supposedly mild spicy but for some reason it was quite spicy. Soup was also less flavorful than previous times. I have been here once before but recently came again because I really enjoyed the food last time. My girlfriend and I came on a Wednesday and they did not seem to be busy at all, which was good. The woman working the front was also welcoming and she gave us menus to look at. We were both pretty hungry so we ordered the Dinner for 2 which comes with Lo Mein, Orange Chicken, Rice and two egg rolls. We sat down and waited for our order to be ready and it almost immediately came out, in what felt like less than five minutes. Upon eating some of the food, I realized why it was ready so fast. I get the feeling that the Lo Mein and Orange Chicken were both already made and just needed to be heated up and packaged. They both tasted like they had been sitting out all day or maybe waiting to be served in a pan or tray. They were very lacking in flavor to be quite honest.
