Friday night, I arrive home to discover the garage door isn't working. I get a glowing referral from our next door neighbor, and cal. Bobby asks for pictures -- and I don't notice the broken spring (there was other damage), but from the pictures alone he figures out the spring and what kind of spring. He apologizes that he can't come out right away (really? It's Friday night at 8:30 PM!), but he says he'll be there right at 8:00 AM on Saturday morning. He is. He has everything he needs to fix the door. He fixes it expertly, as well as making some minor repairs to the garage door opener and the garage door (needs some screws). Even fixes the contact in the light that has been broken for 5 years (so my garage light works again). Tunes up the door so it opens more smoothly than it did. Fantastic work. Friendly guy. I told him the cable is broken and turned out to be one of the spring was broken. He fixed it for me and charged me $180.00 to replaced both springs and tuned up the whole door. Started out great. Had him install new garage door openers in 2 homes. When one of them stopped working he came out and said it was fixed but charged me even though he shouldn't have since it was about 18 months after he installed it. A month later it stops working and he wouldn't come out to fix it. Said to call Liftmaster and ask them to send a replacement travel model he. So I called Liftmaster and they shipped it and I installed it myself. (Not him) well still doesn't work so I called (no answer) texted and 6 hours later he replies back to call Liftmaster again and tell them it's still not working. Really? You ever hear of customer service? Stand behind your work man and show up and fix your poorly installed work. Take care of your customers and they won't call your competitors after wasting $600+ with you and leave you bad Yelp reviews. Horrible. If you need your garage fixed, call other garage door company, not this guy. I have a problem with the garage bottom panel and call this guy. He asked me to take pictures and gave me the quote. He also said everything he fixed he would give one year warranty. That's why I chose him (he didn't even give me any affordable price. I chose him because of the warranty service). He came 2 days later to fix the door. All he did was putting couple nails on the panel (Our garage panel was bended that caused it hard to close and open). He took my money but he didn't fix the problem. Then I called him again because of the one year warranty he provides. He said he was busy and avoid to come. He kept saying that the problem was fixed but the door cannot close because of the opener. He even said he didn't understand my english and transfer me to a Chinese person when I am a Vietnamese. When he took my money he understood my english but when there is a problem occurred he suddenly couldn't understand me. He kept delaying to come. After a week, he came on today (we have been parking our car outside for 1 week straight because of the door problem). He yelled at me when I tried to explain to him the door problem and the 1 year warranty. Again, he kept saying that was the issue of the opener and refused to fix it and left. What a rude and irresponsible person! I would not recommend this guy. If I can give him zero star, I would. My garage door is still not fixed. read more

At 9:30 pm tonight (6/11/18), I noticed one of the garage door cables had frayed and therefore could not open the garage door. I called Bobby at 9:58pm. Bobby was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and told me that he could fix the problem. He showed up 10 minutes later and fixed the problem within a half an hour. Total charge $150. Needed a glass replacement in the garage door, so we called around. One quoted a 'set' price without even seeing the garage, one told us they were coming to see it but didnt show up. When we called Bobby, he came over when he said, and gave us a very reasonable price, and did a clean job. In another instance our garage door rotor gear broke and he quickly came and quoted the best price vs. other companies. He also checked and adjusted my coils and made adjustments (even though he didnt orginally replace it). I could tell right away he was a good guy, honest and when he came to my house he didn't try to push the most expensive door or door opener on me. I had a 50's era one piece garage door and he said I could save some money by using the old trac drive if I wanted to but his price was so good I was able to get everything new.
