Good Time offers many breakfast and lunch options, switching their options from time to time. They also offer plenty of seasonal lattes as well! We had their hot Vanilla Latte with oatmilk. This option was very subtle and comforting, a safe option for those who are starting to invest in lattes. Their syrups are homemade and their drinks blend together perfectly. We also had the same drink (Vanilla Latte with oatmilk) but iced. Now that it is the summer time, this is the perfect drink to get if you are in the area! Their food options were one of the most unique items we have seen during our explorations. They offer doughnuts from Caffeinated Kitchen, which we had (Raspberry and Strawberry). We also had their Breakfast Sausage Sammich. It was the style of a hamburger, using a sausage patty and egg. The unique part of this sandwich was the raspberry jam, adding this mix of sweetness to the saltiness. It was so good and we totally recommend it! Recently checked this hidden gem out for some breakfast on a Saturday. The breakfast burrito was delicious and super well seasoned, which is a big plus. The vibe was fun and eclectic--they have plants off in one of the corners that are for sale--and they have a variety of merch for sale which was pretty cool. I came here with my cousin to get some work done and some coffee. We went on a Saturday around 2-3pm and they were packed. We barely were able to get a seat at the bar top to eat our food. The man who rang us up was very nice and welcoming. I got the vegan breakfast burrito and my cousin got the potato tacos. We both enjoyed our food we just wish they put paper in the trays they serve the food on instead of putting the food directly on the tray (for sanitary reasons). Nice little hang out coffee shop. Street parking and it's right next to Walgreens if you need additional parking. The shop is very spacious with a lot of seating. We didn't spend much time in there except waiting for our drinks and looking at some pottery items for sale. Not only do they support caffeine addictions, they have sweet treats as well - creamy ice cream and popsicles, wine, and maybe some chocolate. Very eclectic. The quality of each ingredient was cooked thoughtfully; eggs fluffy, potatoes/peppers were either baked/ air fried they had a nice crisp and looked coated in seasoning, the BACON was so CRISPY, almost riding the cusp of burnt but not, I loved every bite. and the iced blueberry match was great too tasted like matcha, not so much like blueberry I would say. This place has been on my list of places to try for a while & I'm glad I recently got around to it! There was a lengthy line inside around 10:00am on a Saturday. There are plenty of seats inside as it's quite spacious. I originally wanted to order the breakfast sandwich but they said they were out of it so I ordered the breakfast burrito with bacon instead. I hate how my coworkers turned me into a coffee snob, and this is from a person who wastnt really a mandatory coffee drinker. Now it's like I need a double shot of espresso before I can really get my day going with that being said, I was super excited to try good time. I've heard of their many unique flavors such as the red velvet latte, and their pineapple latte. There is so much seating, lots of outlets, delicious seasonals, cool merch, and a great selection of beer + wine. Good Time's everyday menu is also great, I especially love the potato tacos. It may not look like much, but it is so flavorful and filling. My friends and I come here when we want to get out of the house from our work from home schedule. There are both indoor and outdoor tables, large benches, and outlets either under the seats or nearby. Also, their French Press is perfect for sharing. There's a small parking lot on the side, otherwise it's street parking. Sometimes can be a little difficult, especially during the meet ups or special events, but I have always found a spot or simply walk the half a mile over. Staff here are fun and friendly. There always seems to be a consistent stream of people coming in for their caffeine fix. The vibes here are immaculate. It's really rare for me to find a place where it feels like everything clicks and I feel good from beginning to end on the first visit. Admittedly I was a bit hangry while this place was being recommended to me by a guy at the gas station across the street, but those vibes were quickly supplanted by the sound of good tunes, the smell of coffee, and a friendly greeting as a team of employees hummed with activity. This place is known for their breakfast burritos; it did not disappoint as it was filling and had just enough spice with the added chorizo to round out the flavors and pair well with an iced coffee. This place is the coolest coffee shop I've been to! Free, fast wifi, plenty of outlets, and plenty of seating. Not sure why another review says they're small and have no seating. It's huge for a cafe, lots of seating on the plant side near the parking entrance side. Also has a small private parking lot in the back. My group sat at one of two picnic bench tables. The barista was very nice, could tell it was our first time and talked to us a bit. We stayed til closing and it's always nice to not get rushed out, we kinda just looked at the clock and were like oh they close in 5 min we should leave. What a selection! They had coffees, wines, beers, and food (kitchen closes at 2pm). Almost got a canned beer until the barista suggested one of the $3 draft beers. They had 2 beers on tap and it looked like they had some wines you could get by the glass but also they had a bunch of bottles. I got the Pilsner (from a brewery in Redondo beach) instead of the blonde (LA Ale Works) They had a bunch of canned drinks and my friend got a canned wine so the barista gave us a wine glass to use since we were gonna stay for a bit. They even have a fridge of gelatos which you could get alone or make affogatos. I'm not so much a coffee drinker so I have no comments on that. The plant shop part had a lot of cute house plants and small handmade pots. The music was nice and chill, not too loud. Super chill place. You'd just pay at the cafe register. Upon walking in We did not get greeted nor a good morning Barista was just talking but the cashier could have said Gm regardless if he was helping a customer. The Plant section was closed. All the tables are Bistro Tables and 2seats Not good if you are coming with a group of 4! This is not the place to sit and eat. The cashier was not friendly at all nor did he say thank you for his tip. I mentioned to him it's a pretty small place no where to sit a party of 4. His Response:nothing Okay let's order, nevermind. I ordered the hot Moca and each item on the menu (breakfast food wise) I will not be back unfortunately and I have yet to even try the food. I will not be back -there is no customer Service here and to be honest they should make tables for a party of 4! However the food is good. Good time, great vibes, mid coffee. Half coffee house/half plant shop, Good Time looks like a fun place to come and hang out upon first glance. We tried their seasonal Samoa Cookie Latte and the Matcha with Strawberry Basil cold foam. The staff was all smiles, but the drinks absolutely fell flat. The Samoa wasn't sweet enough and the coffee was bland. It felt like they either used brewed coffee or like they weren't able to choose how bold or subtle they wanted their espresso when planning new drinks. The matcha wasn't the best in the world (few are), but it kind of wound up tasting like grass. It was like the basil had been dried and blitzed then added to the matcha. (Not saying they did this.) Cold foam just didn't do it for me either. It had a roasted strawberry flavor, but none of the sweetness you'd expect. Despite being cute (and the fact they were playing Twilight on TV while blaring the soundtrack) overall, the drink quality doesn't justify the price. Good Time is one of the more expensive coffee shops in the LBC for 16oz iced beverages: $6.75 for a latte TO START plus .50 for alternative milks and $1 on top of that for sweeteners. I used to come to Good Time very often, lately I've noticed that the energy and the service is not the same. My breakfast burrito was so salty I couldn't finish it also left with an upset stomach. I asked for three shots of espresso and I promise you it didn't have it. My drink was very sweet and light in color. The music is so loud that I can't even hear the employees taking my order. We had intentions of going to Commodity but found out that this place was formerly Commodity. I was told they just rebranded. It was my first time here (clearly) lol. I was so confused because I initially thought I walked into the wrong coffee shop, but then I quickly found out that it was actually the coffee shop I intended to go to. Any-who, I got an iced vanilla latte with oat milk. I really wanted it to be super delicious and creamy but unfortunately, it was just the opposite. My drink was very watered down and essentially had no flavor. The consensus seemed to be the same with the other two drinks. So, it wasn't just me. We got three drinks total and all three drinks left a lot to be desired. On a positive note: love the mural on the side of the building and the pink tables. read more

So this cafe has always been a bit of a hit or miss for me. Drinks are ok, there's a lot of seating, but I don't know what was going on when I visited this week. So the baristas are always a little rude here. Nothing super mean about them but just a nonchalance about providing great service. Barista that day who was working the register should not be front-facing with customers. She was just unpleasant and seemed peeved when I asked her to have the drink less sweet. Got the drink, really sweet but didn't bother asking them to adjust. Next, got a chorizo breakfast burrito which is usually pretty good but it just tastes pretty mediocre. Not sure what's going on! Also, the WiFi wasn't working and my sister went up to ask a different barista and she replied, not nicely.. "give me 10 minutes." I was waiting over 20 mins and still no WiFi.
