Terrible experience and rude customer service. I had an appointment for a tire rotation at 10am. Called 4 days in advance to schedule it. Arrived at 10am. Was told it would be at least 1.5 hours before they could even get it in. I asked why- the customer service person immediately got an attitude when I questioned this- and ended up walking away and telling me to have the day I deserved. Fraudulent service. They don't keep records when you ask them for the mileage jobs are done and they are hateful about their work being poor. They must want a lawsuit and will get one for faulty repairs. You are responsible for doing the job right as a repair shop. A judge will require every shop has a record of mileage when the job is done. You will be sued for your horrible service!! read more

This is the most ridiculous tire shop I have ever been! No customer service, the same lady that told me they didn't have my size tire was the same lady that said earlier in the morning that they ordered the tire and it would be there by 2:30pm, and then told me the person who left for the day did not order it! No, it was YOU that I talked to in the morning. Bring the car back in the next morning and she stated they would have it by 8:30am. It would be ready for pick up at 11:00am.......still not done when I arrived! This place just don't care! My change oil Dummy Light came on, being the dummy that I am I whipped into this Goodyear location at 5:PM Turns out this was not as bad as I thought, they quickly pulled my car into the service bay and had it up on the lift. Within 30 minutes my car was pulled out and I was on my way. Not quite a NASCAR Pit Stop, but on the streets of Nashville this was a very fast auto service. The manager did let me know that I needed tires, however when I told him I was aware and still price shopping, he did not pull the old Pushy Salesman routine on me. Thank You Mr. Malone ! read more

Terrible service. I paid over $700 for all new tires and alignment to travel and they ended up up ruining my drive down. 2 tires started leaking on the drive the very next day. I had to stop 3 hours for new valves to be replaced because they were poorly installed. Not to mention when I arrived for my initial appointment they waited to tell me they didn't have the tires I paid for beforehand so I went to pick up the car. When I arrived it was on the machine and they ended up having the tired. Missed an appointment and missed work due to their lack of professionalism and carelessness. Went in for a oil change and rotation, week later, my transmission goes out. I purchase a new tire, it's separated from the rim within a week. They say they did everything right in both cases, so I guess the place is just bad luck Edit: upon receiving this review, the "manager" I guess came into my place of business and threatened to get me in some kind of trouble with my manager. I had an experience that makes me a little wary of this place. I showed up to have them locate and replace my cam position sensor with the part in hand. They couldn't use an outside part, which is fine. They started looking around the engine bay with a service manual and said it would be around $300 to change because the pulley system on the side of the engine would all have to come out. They recommended I get a diagnostic done by a shop that specializes in older cars to make sure this will fix the problem, which was a much-appreciated idea. I packed up and left. Then I realized I might be able to do it myself. I drove home, and within 15 minutes I had the new one on. Friends, I am no mechanic though I can change the oil and such. Perhaps there's something they didn't know at the shop and they wouldn't have charged me the full $300, but it still makes me nervous enough to probably not go back. read more

I have been going to this place to have my oil changed for several years for a conventional oil change and I change it every 3-4,000 miles...the last time I was in was about 5 months ago I noticed my car was getting terrible gas mileage .. so I checked the oil; there was no oil on dipstick except barely on the tip & it was very dirty; I do not think they put oil or a lube filter on my car..went to new place & it is great now. Do yourself a favor & before leaving this place check your oil...this is not good business. Will never do business with this Goodyear! read more

The awesome people at Goodyear may have saved our lives. My husband and I were on a ten hour road trip on New Year's Day and our car started vibrating. We almost didn't stop, but after an hour of this happening, we decided to pull over and make sure our car was okay. Goodyear thankfully was open and they took us in right away. Turns out, the lugs on our tires were loose, which is very dangerous as our wheel could have come off at any time (We think they were not tightened properly during a previous car inspection). They fixed this immediately and even tested our car out for us to make sure the problem was solved. AND they didn't charge us a thing. My husband and I are so grateful to Goodyear for helping us to get home safely. read more

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation at 730. Dropped the car off and they said they'd be done in an hour and a half. Got a call telling me my alignment was off. So I was upsold on that $163. Called at 10, car was ready. I paid, drove off, got home and read the paperwork. They didn't do an oil change! I had to turn around after not having my car all morning 2.5 hours, for them to do what I brought my damn car in for. Had they not sold me my tires and just up sold me on 3year alignment, I would never return here. Waste of time and money. read more

I was hesitant to drive the 20 miles to get the value/sensor on my tire replaced when I was told that only the dealer would be able to fix it. I am sure glad I came here. The team at Goodyear was kind, helpful, and informative about the issue and potential resolutions. They didn't pressure me spend more by doing unnecessary work which ended up saving me $200. This wasn't my first time here but I'm done giving them chances. The store manager is RUDE no other way to describe it! I purposefully made my appointment late in the evening hoping he would be gone for the day. When I walk up to the counter 30 minutes before my appointment time, the first thing he says in his RUDE tone is "you should have parked on our side or right out front because they've been hitting cars right where you parked" I said well there aren't any spaces right out front and he snaps "oh well I tried to tell ya" and then he checks my car in and they took it back immediately so I'm thinking this is good, I can get out soon. NO, and hour and 1/2 later I'm still sitting there in the filthy chairs, I get up and see that my car is parked out front ready, so I ask "did you forget about me" of course he snaps and bangs on the computer and says I'm getting your paperwork ready now. He continues to bang on the computer and never looks at me then says sign this and goodbye. I get to my car and the oil change sticker is just above my steering wheel in the middle of the windshield. I will NEVER go there again. read more

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived, they said they were running behind. Okay that's fine. When they finally brought my car in, they changed the oil but they only rotated two of the tires because they said the other two were too difficult. If it's too difficult to do their job it'll be too difficult for me to return. read more

Terrible service and an overall horrible experience. I took my wife's VW Beetle here for an oil change and tire rotation. We had an appointment at 9 AM. Upon arrival at 8:50 AM, the representative insisted that we did not have an appointment and put us in line for walk-in service. He said it would take two hours, maybe two and a half. We left and ran some errands. By 11, we still hadn't heard anything. We went to lunch. By 12, we hadn't heard anything. We finally went back to Goodyear at 12:30, and the same representative from before told us that he would be finished with the car in 30 minutes. I became frustrated and explained to him that my wife had a 7 hour drive out of town to make, and he was already well past his promised service time. He didn't seem to care and said I didn't have an appointment. I showed him my appointment confirmation email, which showed the correct address of the service center along with the correct date and time. He shrugged and said that it wasn't in his system. I sat down to wait. They finally finished the car just after 1 PM (a full FOUR HOURS of total job time). I spoke with the manager and requested a discount due to the extreme wait, the disregard for our appointment and the fact that my wife was leaving town two hours late. The original quoted price was $77. He dismissively offered me $57 and I declined, restating how bad the experience was. He became irritable and said (I quote) "I don't think you know what a good deal you're already getting." I reminded him of the terrible wait and bad service, to which he responded (verbatim) "Well what do you want? What do YOU want?". I said I would pay him $45 out the door. I didn't expect to get the service for free, I just wanted a discount for the extremely unreasonable wait. He began to punch at the computer and wouldn't look me in the eye. He finally said he could do $45 before tax, to which I calmly responded "Nope.". He became angry and said "Nope? You're not working with me here! What was so bad about your service anyway? I don't even do oil changes and I did your car to get you out of here faster." I responded "I am working with you. I'm agreeing to pay $45 for a really bad experience." He responded "Saying 'Nope' to me is not working with me!" I restated that I had an appointment and that no oil change should take 4 hours. The previous rep made some excuse about being overbooked on appointments, which isn't my problem. I don't really care that the manager is generally too good to get his own hands dirty and change oil (I'm certainly not, I just live in an apartment and don't have a place to change my own oil) but the fact that he supposedly made an effort to get us out early and it still took 4 hours is beyond absurd and indicates extreme incompetence. I've changed the oil in many different cars dozens of times in my life, and it has NEVER taken me more than twenty minutes. Two hours I could understand with other jobs to manage. But four hours is just ridiculous. He finally agreed to charge me just under $45 out the door. He was rude, refused to make eye contact, and insisted that I was unreasonable. Every time I explained my grievance, he made excuses and accused me of being rude. I kept my voice low and my tone calm, but I was firm. I was in no way unreasonable. His team is simply incompetent, slow, and unhelpful. They also don't care about their customers. I will NEVER do business with them or let them touch one of my cars ever again, and I strongly recommend that you don't either. read more

I just had an amazing experience at Goodyear! My car was overheating and my warranty company recommended that I go to the Goodyear as it overheated on a Sunday. They were quick, professional, organized, and informative. They identified the problem (thermostat housing was cracked), communicated quickly, and had me back in my car in no time.
