After service I noticed the slight but consistent oil leak I had going on had increased dramatically to the point that I was leaving huge oil puddles in a parking spot after a minimum of two hours. As of the date of this post, my car began to overheat, and when I popped the trunk I noticed that there was antifreeze on the engine. None of these problems were occurring with my vehicle before the oil change, it was noticeable by next day. I am hoping that it's an oversight that they will be able to acknowledge and willing to make right.

I had an appointment and still waited about 3 hours. What made it worse was watching a customer without an appointment get taken care of ahead of me. To top it off, I left with my tires underinflated and had to add air myself.
