    Rocky Road Desert

Gordon Ramsay steak is a beautiful restaurant. The idea of transporting you from Paris France to London England was very cool. I have to say that service here is amazing. You are treated really well in the options for food are really good yet also really expensive. We had the trio of beef and the beef Wellington. Being that I have never had beef Wellington I was very interested in that and the trio of beef was something we were really interested in trying. While the beef Wellington was good, it wasn't knock you off your socks good. It probably isn't something I'd order again, but it was good. We were served that first and split it and then the trio of beef came out while we were still eating that. I do think that's a bit of a mistake because the A5 Japanese steak had time to cool which made the fat kind of gross. Online a lot of people raved about the mac & cheese, and I thought it was all right. I've definitely had better. For dessert we had the Rocky Road and it was very good. We enjoyed some cocktails as well, but nothing crazy enough to rave about. Probably would not do most of the items here again.

Came here a couple of times for business dinner, even saw the chef Gordon Ramsay here twice. Very nice and chic vibes at the first floor following with the music and dined lighting. The entrance is pretty cool for a nice IG pic. But the downsides of sitting in the first floor are also the music and noises. It's hard to carry conversations in all the loud surroundings. Also the table is not as luxurious as the booth seating on the second floor. I highly recommend you request the booth seating on the second level. They also have a very nice private room for larger parties. The steak and the seafood tower are good, but I love their blini with caviar. The main character for me here is their blini! Perfect sweetness and fluffiness. I can just eat them without any caviar! The foie gras and the risotto are enjoyable, too. Definitely try their desserts, other than the famous sticky toffee pudding, the chocolate one is delicious, too.

We had the hamache crudo, the Caesar salad, and the 18 oz bourbon aged ribeye with pureed potatoes. Our server Richard was amazing. He suggested a great wine to have with my steak. He also paced the meal perfectly. We didn't feel rushed. There was enough time between courses for us to take a breath and relax, but not so much time that we felt like we'd been abandoned. He was cheerful but not pushy. Knowing that it was my friend's birthday, he also brought us dessert, gratis. The portions are big enough to share which we did and felt perfectly full at the end of the evening. I think that this restaurant is really underrated because since it's part of the Gordon Ramsay family, it is thought of as a chain restaurant, but really I'm going to say it's one of he best steaks on the strip.

Jonel is, without a doubt, one of the best servers at Gordon Ramsay Steak. I hadn't been here in almost two years, and I was so happy to see she was still here. I always request Jonel because she's consistently knowledgeable, attentive, and provides exceptional service. She was warm, friendly, and genuinely engaging throughout the entire evening. One of my dinner guests is a cheese manufacturer from Holland, and Jonel enthusiastically joined the conversation. Her knowledge of cheese was impressive, and it was refreshing to have such an authentic and enjoyable discussion. She is incredibly well-versed in the menu and expertly explained every cut of beef, along with the new menu items since my last visit. She answered every question with confidence and made excellent recommendations without ever making us feel rushed. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine passion for hospitality elevated our entire dining experience. Jonel is a true asset to Gordon Ramsay Steak, and she is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Thank you for another unforgettable evening!

Our experience at Paris Las Vegas exceeded expectations. The ambiance is elevated yet energetic, creating an ideal setting for special occasions. Every member of the staff delivered warm, impeccable service. The culinary offerings are nothing short of spectacular--holding their own alongside sister concept Hell's Kitchen--and the cocktail program is equally impressive. A captivating culinary stop in Vegas; advance reservations are strongly advised.

I went here with a coworker after a conference ended in Vegas. We both got the scallops and shared the butter bread. It was amazing!! I also ordered broccoli which was also good but just hard to cut. The service was excellent and I would love to return again!

We stopped by on a whim pretty late at night as we were hungry still and we got seated right away at their bar area which had a great ambiance We were given a variety of bread/rolls and butter for the table and then we shared a steak for 2(can't remember cut of meat) It was prepared well and tasted very good Obviously it's crazy expensive being a famous chefs restaurant and in Las Vegas I'm just glad we left satisfied

French fries and roasted mushrooms, $20.99 each

IMHO Gordon Ramsay Steak is located in the Paris Hotel Casino off the casino floor. You can't miss it due to its very tall sign that reaches to the blue sky ceiling and bright red "Chunnel" tube that leads you from "Paris to London!" The interior dining room had a dark amber glow to it, if that makes sense to you. On the ceiling was a depiction of something in the center of the Union Jack British flag. (I later asked our waiter what it represented and he said it was meant to look like how Gordon Ramsay creates his signature Beef Wellington. Really? Ok. I still didn't get it.) LOL Our waiter Corey and his assistant Sean were our very capable servers who provided excellent service throughout our meal. Corey rolled over a cart showcasing all the special cuts of meat they offered, and their history to help us decide what we could choose. This is an EXPENSIVE restaurant. Think high quality steak. Check out the menu online first so you won't be sticker shocked! :) Our party of five women, decided to share everything family style, instead of ordering 5 individual entrees. This helped in making it a slightly more reasonable check total. The chef sliced our two steaks into shareable pieces. Even then, we still had leftovers. Our Menu: Caesar salad, $23.99 Warm Breads and Spreads, $18.99 24-oz. Bone-in Ribeye, $139.99 American Wagyu Oscar Style, 9 oz. filet of ribeye, charred asparagus, king crab, bearnaise, $165.99 Broccolini, $20.99 Roasted Mushrooms, $20.99 French Fries, $20.99 Sticky Toffee Pudding, $18.99 My personal favorites were the American Wagyu Oscar filet of ribeye, the Caesar salad, French fries, and the Sticky Toffee Pudding. The bone-in ribeye was a slight disappointment. In my opinion it lacked flavor and wasn't super tender, just okay. In contrast, the American Wagyu ribeye was melt-in-your-mouth, juicy, tender and full of flavor. I wasn't sure how I'd like the sticky toffee pudding, but it was a lovely surprise in a moist cake, on which Corey poured a warm toffee syrup over. It was presented to my sister with a lit birthday candle. Sharing the one sticky toffee pudding was a perfect ending for the 5 of us since we were stuffed from our dinner. Will I go back? I just might...

    Bone marrow

I've been dreaming about eating at a Gordon Ramsay establishment since even before his "idiot sandwich" meme and after doing thorough research, I decided on his steakhouse as the food is on supposedly on par with Hells Kitchen, but without the bells n whistles and at a much quicker pace. We ordered a bone marrow appetizer, a beef Wellington (had to do it), grilled asparagus and broccoli. The bone marrow was fatty and buttery, seasoned well when paired with the peppercorns. The beef Wellington was cooked to perfection, and so damn tender- it's actually crazy how they're able to cook the steak and crust so perfectly without melting the cheese, a culinary masterpiece. With that being said, I'd probably opt for a juicy rib-eye next time, I'm more of a fatty cut kind of guy. The asparagus was delicious but the broccoli could have been better with some more cheese. The service here was absolutely amazing, I wish I had more money so that I could have tipped them better. They had us seated upstairs in a booth, across from the neon sign, and it was an amazing vibe and experience.

El Matador cocktail was excellent. Mango, Cointreau and Maestro dobel habanero infused Tequila

This is my second time here and both times I had a great night. The first time I had dinner and it was truly memorable. This time we sat by the bar and opted for some cocktails. GR Steak currently uses some of the most premium spirits. When I saw maestro dobel I knew I was ordering El Matador cocktail. I'm always a fan of tropical fruits and tequila based drinks and it was on point! It had a slightly sugar-based rim that balanced the tinge of habanero infused tequila. It was amazing! I also tried the Paloma's Corazon which is Flecha Azul tequila with basil and grapefruit syrup. This one was impossibly refreshing and had a tad of fizz that gave it a really nice mouthfeel. This one had a sugar tajin rim. Shoutout to the bartender for making these amazing drinks and the hostess for being so hospitable. The decor at GR Steak is almost seductive and intimate. It is busy and for good reason! Will come back.

Our server was amazing - I'm so sad I forgot her name. She was extremely passionate about the menu. You could tell she takes a great pride in make sure her guests are well taken care of. The food was amazing, I personally had the filet. The mains do not come with side dishes. They said the sides could be shared between 1-3 people and recommended that everyone our party of 5 got 3 side dishes. We found this to not be enough - I'd recommend one side per person.

Love Gordon Ramsay Steak, great place for intimate dinners or business meetings. Came here for business and enjoyed the ambiance. Service was quick and on point, our server was amazing and she was great I forget her name but she was on it. The food was delicious and flavorful, the meatball and bread were perfect to start, and the main dish with the sides (fries and broccolini) were perfect. The only reason for 4 stars is that they were out of the cocktail I wanted which was odd, and the draft beers were out as well. Otherwise great dinner.

The hubby's belated birthday dinner! The jalapeno mac n cheese was good! However, the farmers market salad I got was even better! It had a dark chocolate in it, which went very well with the grapes, pears, mandarin oranges, and endive in a creamy sweet dressing. As for the hubby's steak....he got the Trio of Beef that consisted of cap steak, NY strip, and Japanese A5 Wagyu....3oz of each. The mashed potatoes he got for a side were phenomenal! Yes, they should be at $20.99 a side....but my mashed potatoes never tasted this good. It was an enjoyable dinner! Yes, every so often we splurge at dinner!

Ask the Community - Gordon Ramsay Steak

    Is there non-alcoholic wine options?

Definitely, and a decent selection also !

For the gents: Sports jacket, dress shirt & jeans ok or recommend slacks worn?

My dad went in jeans and a semi nice dress shirt with regular sneakers. There's no dress code unless you're going out of your way to be fancy

If I order the tasting menu does everyone at the table also need to order the tasting menu or can they have their own entree of choice?

Not everyone has to order the tasting menu as anyone can order their own entree of choice.

Does anyone know if this restaurant takes Ceasars rewards credit?

    They absolutely do!!

    If there outdoor dining?

There is not outdoor dining. This is tucked away at the back of the Paris casino and doesn't have outdoor access.

Do you not take online RSVP? Do we need to call the restaurant for reservations?

You simply book online via open table. If it doesn't show for the day your looking for either check with your casino host for a booking or call the restaurant.

Is Trenton Garvey, winner of Hell's Kitchen season 20 still head chef? More importantly who is the current head chef?

    Yes I believe so.

I've had bariatric surgery and I know I wont be able to finish my meal in one sitting. Are take home boxes available or do I have to leave behind whatever I cant eat?

When I was there in Jan of 22, they had to go containers.

Are you allowed to bring your own bottle of wine? And if so how much is the corkage fee? Thanks. ***EDIT: I ate at here on 07/01/22. YES, you can take your own wine, but it…

    No!!!

We just want to come in for dessert. Is there a lounge or bar we can sit at that will let us order the dessert?

There is a bar, and if you make a reservation you could probably even have dessert at a regular table. I'd suggest a reservation in any event (well in advance) and just ask to be seated at the bar if you like.

How much is it to add a side of scallops to a steak order?

For 2 scallops we were charged $18.

For groups (i.e. at least 6 people), is it possible to split the bill separately or would everything be on one bill?

    Yes!

How far in advance would I need a reservation for 2 for Valentines day 2022? It's our first anniversary and we'd love to spend it there!

Like now! It might be too late but give it a try. I made mine on Open table but you can alway call them too. Congratulations!

We have reservations at the end of the month can we bring in a birthday cake?

Yes, just let them know and it is no problem to do that.

Can you ask for separate checks?

We did, although they didn't seem very happy to do it.

    Do they Allow small pet?

Good morning, We do allow service pets in a separate area of the restaurant.…

Does this restaurant have outdoor seating?

    No.

    Are walk ins welcome?

    No. Reservations will be required.

I want to order the tasting menu, but my partner doesn't like those foods. Am I allowed to order the tasting menu for myself and then he can get whatever entrée he wants separately? Or does everyone have to get the tasting menu?

You can order the tasting menu separately. I had the tasting menu my husband had his own entree.

Do they serve non alcoholic drinks?

Yep! My 10 year old and I went there

I usually like ribeyes but this was delicious and paired well with the sides and appetizers! 9/10 Ribeye - Fiancé ordered this! A must if you love a fatty steak. Cooked to perfection as well. 10/10 Mash potatoes - We always order this when we come. It's sooo buttery and not too salty. Goes so well with the steaks. 10/10 Bavette is a must visit when you come to Vegas. Service and food is consistent. The vibes are great and a perfect place for a special occasion :) We are coming back to Vegas during Labor Day weekend and already made a reservation to come back.

The steak was tough and overcooked, the sides were mediocre and food was so terribly salty. I know I'm in the desert, but I didn't expect to wake up in the middle of the night dying of thirst. The price itself is a swindle, over $100 for a steak I can buy at Stop & Shop and bake myself-- with Celtic salt at least! Also, you could tell the customers dined there because it was a free company dinner. They were dressed like slobs (I'm talking gym clothes, spandex, etc.) Managers should not have to inform their employees to dress the part--not until now! I've had plenty of dry aged steaks, and this is not where it's at, ladies and gentlemen!

He spent a lot of time explaining the menu and answering questions. He never seemed to be in a rush and was on top of it. There were others constantly filling water, removing plates, etc. The service alone was impeccable. We loved the mushroom fries. The basil aioli it came with was fantastic. We also tried the Brussels sprouts, which were more like a salad, fresh with lemon and pistachio. The creamy garlic mashed potatoes were also fantastic. My wife and I both tried the Spencer cut steak. It was grilled to perfection. Great char and came out the way I ordered it. Juicy and not fatty, an excellent cut. I really enjoyed the sorbet as well. I was so full, but it was a welcomed, refreshing conclusion to our meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was classy. The food and service amazing. Can't wait to return here when in town next. Thank you Marcos and team!

On my birthday, August 21st, I arrived at this Rampart location with specific details in my…read morereservation stating our need for wheelchair accessibility. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the elevator was broken, as informed by the staff. We had two friends who required ADA accommodations: one in a wheelchair and the other who could not walk long distances. We were left with two options: a table in the front lobby, where everyone walks in, providing no privacy, or seating outside. It was 5 PM, and the temperature in Las Vegas was scorching over 100 degrees. Why would I choose to sit outside, especially with two guests who have mobility challenges? Moreover, the server informed us that there were no mist machines outside, which was an insult. The simple solution would have been to call or text us to inform us that the elevator was broken, especially since one of the servers mentioned that it had been broken for a few days. A simple call would have given us time to find another restaurant that could accommodate our needs. However, it was a Friday in Las Vegas, and making a last-minute reservation was challenging. We decided to stay and dine in the lobby near the butcher shop, where we were again seating in the open, lacking privacy. The manager did came over and comped two appetizers, which was appreciated, but it did not resolve the issue. A restaurant should be ADA accessible at all times, and if it is not, they should inform the guests especially if specific accommodation was mentioned in the memo of the reservation. One of our friends, who cannot walk far distances, had to struggle to go up the stairs to use the restroom, causing her muscles to cramp up and other issues. As a local and frequent visitor to this location, this experience has made me question whether we will return. It left my guest, who came to celebrate my birthday, feeling like they were an inconvenience and burden

Great flavor with no burnt after-taste from the crust. SHORT RIB STEAK: The meat itself is very tender but with the pepperoncini it got my head scratching . When I think of pepperoncini I'm thinking of Italian subs or pizza? Does it work? I guess? They put the check inside a softcover novel which is pretty cool. In the pages were notes/comment from patrons. Could't help myself and got in on the fun!
