TRUFFLES FOR DAYS If you're looking for truffles come here. I shared a truffle burger with truffle fries with my wife and we had a great meal. The burger was cooked perfectly and had a great sesame bun. Although we had truffles in both parts of the meal it was balanced and didn't become overwhelming. Also it didn't cost an outrageous amount of money to get both. Later that day we went to Momofuku Ramen where they have Truffle Ramen that cost nearly $80 haha. We didn't end up trying that. I also tried to get a beer with my burger and had a couple of issues. I wanted to try their Stone special brew for Hells Kitchen, but they were out of it on tap so instead I asked for a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, but they said they ran out of that too when the waitress went back to check. She ended up recommending an IPA to me that wasn't on their taps list and had me try a small sample before I bought the whole drink. Overall the food was good as to be expected for Gordon Ramsay's restaurant and the prices were not crazy considering that the restaurant is in a casino on the strip. I'm really disappointed in our visit to Gordon Ramsay Burger. We have been looking forward to this for a very long time. 3/4 of us ordered burgers, including my 6 year old daughter. My younger daughter is very picky so she just wanted fries and a milkshake! A few hours later we all started to get sick, except my youngest daughter who will not eat a burger! It kept going all night and for most of the next day. Which of course was the nicest day of our trip and so many plans that we made for the day had to be cancelled. Of all the restaurants that we could have gone to, we expected the highest standards from a restaurant with Gordon Ramsays name on it. This being a Gordon Ramsay place, I held the food to a higher standard than I would ordinarily. I know of the guy, and I know he demands quality and precision. Would he have been in the kitchen that evening, I wouldn't have heard a barrage of profanity, but I would not exclude a bit of yelling. First, the server I had, Alex I think was his name was awesome. He definitely knew his stuff, and not from a handbook or manual, no, this dude has tried literally everything. The fact that the food took a little longer than I would expect to come out he let me know ahead of time, which was much more appreciated than the "It'll be right out" when guests start to get antsy. I had ordered the Hell's Kitchen burger, cooked medium. Let's start with the good, so it doesn't seem like bashing this place is all I came to do: the flavor from the combination of ingredients was good! The burger wasn't overloaded to the point where you couldn't bite, but everything still came together nicely... or was supposed to. Now, the not-so-good. If this were some little pub, I would give them more slack. In this case, I expected the same level of precision and quality Mr. Ramsay seems to demand of his chefs. The meat in the burger was overcooked for what I ordered. Per the server, medium is supposed to have lots of pink. In my case, they had overcooked it, as I got a medium-well, with tiny hidden areas of pink in places. I also found the meat slightly underseasoned, a pinch more salt and pepper would have done this place quite a bit of good. Then there was the overall execution which I found quite lacking. To me, when I bite into a burger, I'd like to get the same experience with the first bite, last bite, and each one in between. The avocado was more or less evenly dispersed, yet the roasted tomato(es) were very unevenly dispersed. Only a handful of bites got this taste, hence the quotes. As for the jalapeno aioli, it suffers the same problem... it was as if it was slapped on without regard. There was so little of this stuff, I don't even recall tasting it. I'm hoping the photo I've attached from my meal will at least somewhat corroborate this point. One of the final points I'd like to make is regarding the fries. If you are here with someone, the portions are great for splitting with a friend or two. However, if you come here alone as I did, the portion of fries it too big for one person. If you go to Gordon Ramsay burger you should know not to stand in line. We were over an 75 mins in line and I saw people that stood behind me closing reservations on spot with their phone, step out of line and walk right in. The idea of closing reservation 10mins before you show up is ridiculous. The waiting time isn't worth it. The burger it self wasn't hot enough and it took about 50mins to get it. So it's our last night in Vegas and we had had to try Gordon Ramsay's burger joint. Service was amazing, we had no reservation and were seated in under 30 min.the pear apple sangria was delicious. We had the wings for appetizers and we devoured them, out second appetizer was the street corn dip, which was more tastier than what we get at some of the Mexican restaurants we've visited. The winner was definitely the chicken wings. So for the burgers: we had the Truffle burger, blue cheeseburger and the 24 hour burger. All 3 were cooked beautifully at medium, the verdict: the kids loved their burgers I was on the fence with mine. It's a blue cheeseburger however the flavor of the blue cheese was not as bold as I would have hoped it to be. Would I have it again most definitely just ask for more bleu cheese. Lastly we had the sticky toffee pudding sandwich, apparently it's almost the same desert we had at Hell's Kitchen. And it was moist, delicious and just the right portion... The food is SO good! If you are staying in Planet Hollywood, they can deliver it to your hotel room, but it's a $12 delivery fee. It's an expensive delivery fee, I know, but if you are lazy like me and my boyfriend, the food is so worth it LOL. Of course, you can just walk to the restaurant too!! The truffle fries are AMAZING! This is one of our favorite lunch spots in Vegas. They have the best burgers I've ever had, and they have a bunch of unique ones too. I had the truffle burger and it was amazing and cooked to perfection. The street corn dip was also super creamy and flavorful, it was hard to stop eating it! I also had the truffle fried with my burger and they tasted so good, they also came with house made ketchup and some kind of truffle sauce. I would bottle the ketchup and sauce up it I could and take it with me haha! The service is also great. We went without a reservation and they got us in within 10 minutes for lunch. This is the best and most boojie burger I've had. I don't really have any other upscale burger to compare to but I know my tastebuds were dancing as I took a bite of my burger. I decided to try the pork chop and applesauce burger. It has a pork patty, dubliner cheese, branston pickles, apple braised pork shank, and cabbage apple slaw. It was heavenly! The pork patty and pork shank was cooked perfectly with the right amount of flavor. I'm not a huge fan of cabbage but I loved it with the apple slaw mix. My friend and I also shared the Parmesan truffle fries and onion rings as appetizer. I highly recommend sharing the fries for sure because it's a huge serving! We also got drinks. I got the Chombolita and my friend got the New Old Fashion. Their drinks I find more on the sweeter side. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the wait. Get there early for dinner! Hella good! This restaurant is located at the entrance of Planet Hollywood facing the strip. Came here on Saturday around 3:30 and it did not disappoint. Being a Saturday, there was a line and we ended up waiting about 45 minutes or so. Some bar seats became available and 2 groups in front of us didn't want them, so we happily jumped the line a bit. Food: Amaaazzing! I wasn't feeling to good, so I nibbled at everything, but everything I tasted was so yummy. We ordered a burger (forgot which one), ahi tuna sliders, hellfire chicken wings and a side of fries. Everything was delicious. The burger and wings especially! The ahi tuna wasn't anything special, but wasn't bad either.I was sad I wasn't feeling well, otherwise I would've enjoyed the experience much more and ordered more food to try. The restaurant itself is nice, clean and the service was great. We were very pleased with our experience here and look forward to coming back next time we are in Vegas. read more

3.5 stars Despite having been a life-long fan of Gordon Ramsay's TV shows like Hell's Kitchen, MasterChef, and the F-Word, I've never actually visited one of his restaurants, so on my recent visit to Las Vegas, Gordon Ramsay Burger was the place to go! Located in Planet Hollywood, the place has a casual "sports-bar" vibe, along with an open kitchen, and there were people of all different ages and group sizes eating at this busy restaurant. We started our meal with the parmesan truffle fries, which came with a spiced ketchup and truffle aioli on the side. I didn't find the fries particularly special (there was a distinct lack of truffle aroma/flavor), but the truffle aioli was chock full of amazing umami unctuousness, though the ketchup was just dominated by sweetness. And then what we came for--the burgers! The Hell's Kitchen burger was a must-order, and it came with melted asadero cheese, roasted jalapenos, roasted tomatoes, jalapeno aioli, and avocado. Plenty of fire and spiciness indeed (and the burger itself was nice and juicy), but otherwise, the flavors of the burger weren't all that interesting, and the bun turned out to be overly greasy with butter. I much preferred the Forest burger, which came with salty tremor cheese, forest mushrooms, arugula, and duck bacon. The flavors of this burger were very umami (thanks to the mushroom, cheese, and bacon), and the combination with the refreshing arugula worked very nicely! Again, however, the bun was way more greasy than necessary. The burgers at Gordon Ramsay were good, but I can't say that they were the best I've had or necessarily worth the celebrity-chef price tag. I won't be in a rush to come back, but perhaps some of Gordon Ramsay's other restaurants in Vegas would be worth a try! read more

Size was pretty small regardless of the price. I liked the sesame seeds on the bun (added a subtle flavor) Fries: small portion but tasted very good. Nice crunch but still soft inside. We heard it gets super packed so we were so happy to be seated rather quickly. My friend had to try the two staple items, the Hell's Kitchen burger as well as the sweet potato fries. I wanted to try something fresh wheatberry-quinoa salad. The burger was perfect as well as the salad. The portion for the salad was a good amount so the price corresponded well. It was fresh and had enough to share. The burger was tasteful and packed with all the spice and hot flavor if you're looking for a kick in the burger. The sweet potato fries were a little disappointing. I was sad to see the fries loose it's hold after about 5 minutes and the flavor was just kind of mediocre. They gave us this green sauce -- honey jalapeño?--that wasn't my favorite. I would have liked to have paid less for the burger as well and the service was okay. First time here and now I understand why there's always a line! Food: all of the burgers and dishes are well thought out and flavor execution is as good as it sounds on the menu. Our favorites: the chicken saltimbacco sliders are tasty. Perfectly breaded, thin, fried chicken topped off with arugula salad that is dressed on a crispy toasted seasame brioche bun. The onion rings were crispy and not oily, served with house made spicy ketchup and mayo. The mangalica pork burger wrapped in mangalica bacon and pulled pork is divine! The forest burger is also amazing. All the flavors work well together and the meat temp came out exactly as ordered. Service: all the service staff was quick, friendly and attentive. Our drinks were quickly refilled before empty. Even though the restaurant was full, service was impeccable and food came up quickly. I'm totally impressed with how well run this restaurant is and the food is deserving of the Gordon Ramsey brand. Will be back to try some of the other burgers. read more

I had the 24hr Burger (something like that) and my wife had the Hells Kitchen Burger. Neither dissapointed! My wife absolutely loved her burger. The Jalapeño was actually very good and was actually spicy. I was very happy with the flavors of mine, the short ribs on top was perfect! The burgers were both cooked to a perfect mid rare.
