If I'm being honest, I didn't expect to like it that much since I'm not a burger person to begin with. But going in with such a low expectation and ordering the blue cheese burger, I loved it and was begging to go back one more time while I was there. I do think that if you go in as a burger connoisseur, you may not like it but as an average burger eater, it was great to me. Probably the best burger I have eaten. Everything in that burger was paired perfectly together and tasted amazing. The bun was soft, the meat was juicy, avocado in the burger tasted fresh. The line wasn't extremely long, maybe a 20-minute wait. While standing in line, I noticed how relaxing the vibes were inside of the restaurant. This is a huge plus. Once seated, we wasted no time choosing our food. I ordered the fish sandwich, and my friends ordered lettuce-wrapped burgers. We shared fries among us since the waiter said it's a good portion. When my sandwich arrived, I was overwhelmed. Lol. I knew I wouldn't finish the entire sandwich. It was so delicious!! The bread was buttered down and had the right amount of crisp. Yummy! When we arrived at Gordon Ramsay Burger on a week night we were able to be seated right away. The service was amazing and our server quickly took our order and brought us our drinks. I would recommend the vegan burger for those who don't eat meat, it was amazing! The vegan burger was flavorful and looked like meat which was a little weird. My husband said the 25 hour burger was excellent as well, he was unable to taste the cold brew vinaigrette. I was a little disappointed that to sub the vegan burger on the other flavor combinations was an additional $7. Now this is how a "fancy" Gordon Ramsay burger should taste like! This was the first place we ate at after arriving in Vegas. It happened to be right across the strip from our hotel. Lucky us! Located inside the Planet Hollywood hotel, you can't miss the huge signage outside of the restaurant. We came in from the other entrance so we walked through the casino floor which is practically right next door to Ramsay. At the entrance of the restaurant is a large cool display of what looks like two flowing strips of propane burners on fire! They do everything "big" in Vegas I guess like Texas. It was a Labor Day weekend Thursday midafternoon, but there plenty of people in the casino and the restaurant was about half full. We were seated immediately and our server promptly took our drink orders. As you can guess, everything on the menu is a bit pricey. In honor of one of his shows, Tammy and I split the Hell's Kitchen Burger. It took a few minutes, but it arrived beautifully plated (see pics). We requested medium but it was more on the medium rare side which Tammy preferred anyway. We both agreed it was one of the best burgers we've ever had! If you imagine a fancy chef who was going to elevated a burger, this would be one way to do it! The ground beef was grilled to perfection and this wasn't even the wagu beef patty. It was covered with asadero cheese, roasted tomatoes and jalapenos, drizzled with a jalapeno aioli and topped with a fresh slice of avocado. Yom Yom Yom Yom! I could've eaten a whole one but remember we split it. The truffle parmesan fries were also excellent. They large cut fries were fried a beautiful golden brown, lightly salted then drizzled with a truffle aioli and sprinkled with parmesan. Yom Yom Yom Yom. Everything was served on nice looking Gordon Ramsay plates and napkins. The menu is impressive with a few other wonderful sounding burgers. There's also wings and chicken burger and a couple of salads. There's also a small dessert menu. If you imagined what an "elevated" burger joint should be, this will be it. I've tried Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips in NY and wasn't impressed, but this place has renewed my faith in the man! Being right next to the casino, don't bring a date here if you're looking for quiet conversation. If I could afford the prices (the Luxe Royale burger is $50), I would eat here at least once a week. Good thing this is my first (and don't know when again) trip to Vegas. Viva la Vegas! read more

Me and my family came here during our Vegas trip. It was our last day and we wanted a place for breakfast after our hotel checkout. My brother loves burgers and we were there for his birthday, so this seemed fitting! We got there about 11:30am and our family of 5 was seated right away. The menu isn't super big, there is a couple salads, the hot dog, a chicken sandwich, and then the different burgers. Me and my sister got excited to try stuff so we split an ultimate burger and the hot dog. My dad got fries and onion rings for the table as well (there is no combos. Everything is Al a cart). The hot dog was my favorite! It had ketchup, onions, and pickles (comes with mustard too but I asked for none). The bun and everything was just perfect! And it's huge! The burger was good as well but it needed some onion or something more on it for me. The ultimate burger was just different cheeses and the meat, next time I will get a different burger with more in it. If you have a picky eater with you this may be a iffy place. There is no regular ketchup, it's specially made. It was delicious, but for those just wanting regular ketchup it may be different. You can order a plain burger though! I honestly expected way more from Gordon Ramsay burger. My fiancé and I came on our last day on the strip - thankfully were able to make a reservation on open table! We were seated really quickly and we're able to order almost immediately. We ordered the onion rings, the Hell's Kitchen burger and the truffle burger. The onion rings were my favorite thing of the meal. The breading was thin but crispy and the two dips were delicious. The burgers were honestly not very impressive. I don't think the truffle burger was worth the money. There was some truffle flavor but it was overpowered by the flavor of the goat cheese. The Hell's Kitchen burger also wasn't my favorite. I had the Luxe Royale Burger (the most expensive burger on the menu as of this writing) with parmesan truffle fries and the Beer Battered Onion Rings. Burger didn't taste any better than a Big Mac in my opinion and was about as small as one too. It tasted like something was missing too (i.e. ketchup or some other sauce). But the onion rings were some of the best I've ever had. They server chipotle ketchup with onion rings which was also very good. Would I go back? Maybe if someone else paid. Came here because it was one of our listed restaurants for our free $50 dining gift card from a timeshare presentation. They don't take reservations so there's always a wait, luckily we were only a party of 2 so it didn't take too long. We were starving so when we were told that the burgers take 35 min to make because they are made to order, we were surprised. We had to order some wings to hold us off. There was nothing less than $15 on the menu! That's right, not even the appetizers were cheap. I guess that's what you can do as a famous chef. Also, putting your name on everything just to upsell on the items is nuts! If it wasn't for the gift card, I don't think this would be a first choice for me. This is my second time going here. The first time I went here, I got a burger that isn't on the menu anymore that had a jam on it along with a side of tater tots that's also not served any more. This time I got the Hell's Kitchen burger which is highly recommend if you like avocado on a burger. It wasn't as spicy as I thought it would be but still delicious. The onion rings are a must order and the fries were cooked perfectly with a crispy outside and mushy inside.
