Just about the worst food I have ever had the misfortune of ordering. I live less than a mile from the establishment and thought I would try something new as their menu seemed very promising. I decided to order delivery and it took well over an hour for the food to arrive, when it did the food was a mushy slop of bread and condiments accompanied by moist flaccid fries and watery flat soda. This business charges upwards of $6 a burger at the time of writing and for a premium price I expect a premium product! This was my first time ordering because I wanted something different for delivery. The food was good and you can tell it wasn't pre made. We ordered the Shawarma and the Bacon, egg and cheese burger and fries. I had one issue when my order got delivered. But, I called, stated my issue and my correct order was delivered within 15 minutes. It was tasty too. I will order again in the future. I live close to Got Burger! and since trying it, have been a consistent customer. Their staff is welcoming, friendly and honest (they inform you immediately if an item is out of stock/when it will be available). The food is delicious; the fries have been great every time (they aren't soggy, perhaps they'd resolved this problem before I began ordering) and being that french fries are my favorite food I feel it should be noted. I build my own burger with the garlic puree, guac, lettuce, tomato, pickle and blue cheese and it hits the spot (only $5.48!), while my partner orders the Bacon, Egg & Cheese, which is tastilicious too (only $6.49). The meat is lean, prepared as a home-style burger, with three bun options (Kaiser, Plain, Onion). I have also tried their wings, prepared with ample sauce and they aren't a skimpy size. Highly recommend this establishment and look forward to each meal they provide me when I don't have time to cook. I order online mostly, but have had walk-in orders, all done in a timely manner (10-20 min. depending on amount of food and how busy they were). Seriously satisfied customer. To those readers on the fence, I suggest trying it for yourself with an open mind. Best Burgers In Town! Really great staff and really great owner! Lived here for four and a half years, and my sophomore year of college I saw the fliers everywhere. Didn't actually go to Got Burger until my senior year. I was having a really hard week, so I went with my boyfriend to try it out. The owner (I assume, he seems to be in charge) could tell I was having a rough night, and that whatever we were dealing with was affecting my boyfriend and I in such an emotionally draining way. But the way that the owner interacted with the two of us was exactly the type of interactions we needed. He took the time to read all of our body language and figure out what we needed in that moment, and that's not something you get from going to a restaurant. Most people are just at their job to do their job and leave, but you could tell he genuinely cared. He even kept offering to refill our drinks without us asking, and before we left he stopped us so that he could top off our drinks. Which I loved because I always have some sort of tea, lemonade or water with me. I even walked in there one time in a rush and just said, "I need cheese fries" and he joked about me looking like I was in desperate need of cheese fries, which I was. But it was great to just have someone so friendly running a place that also makes SUCH GREAT FOOD! And he has yet to judge me for the amount of times I go in just for cheese fries. haha. The prices are great for the type of food they serve, if you're looking for a cute little place to relax have a small dinner and maybe catch part of a movie or t.v. If you think that ordering online will save time, you have a surprise waiting for you! Also you are going to have to wait until they put your order in, and cook your food. It seams they do not understand that you are on your way to get your food, and want it ready when you get there. Walked in 20 minutes after getting an Order confirmation that said my order would be ready in 15, and was told they had not put the order in yet! Then did not understand why I was upset, and asking why they did not do as promised. Was told they were busy, that is why I ordered online, so my food would be ready, when I asked why they would disrespect me like that I was asked to leave. That is when I got mad, and made sure everyone knew they did not do as promised. I will never return! read more

Just tried this little spot by EMU the other day, and it was just as good as I'd heard! I ordered the Fiesta burger. It was a perfectly cooked, single patty, topped with salsa, guacamole, and jalapeños. The jalapeños were spicy just right to compliment the burger, with the guacamole offering the perfect counter to that spiciness. I got the sweet potato fries to go with it, which wasn't even necessary because I was stuffed from the burger! As far as the sweet potato fries go, I'm more inclined to my own, home baked fries. Especially for carry out, fries don't often travel well in styrofoam containers. These weren't soggy like many get, but I do prefer a little bit crisper finish typically. Don't get me wrong, these were still tasty. As a small detail, they provided a cup of ketchup with their fries. Silly to mention, I know, but how many places offer that small convenience anymore? It was a nice surprise. The staff is the last important aspect of this review, since if the staff hadn't been so friendly I probably wouldn't have made a point to post this review so quickly. I ordered online which I love - I was waiting for my car to be fixed and that's super convenient when you don't want to tell your order to the person on the phone, plus the entire Midas waiting room. Upon arrival, the gentleman behind the counter called me by name (this wasn't during a busy time so assuming mine was the only online order). He explained he had called me to confirm (left my phone at home but appreciated him explaining what the missed call would be from) - he was very comfortable talking to me about their process. Takeout is quoted at 15 min, I was actually early by over 5 minutes, and the burger was getting finished as I paid for my order. Got Burger gets 5 stars because I can't give ten. I've reviewed Got Burger before, when they experienced downtime do to change of management, and I begged them to come back. They had only two issues before (barely), one was bad delivery service and the other was soggy fries. They've dropped the third party delivery service and started doing it themselves, that was a pro move! The fries have also been upgraded, and they are no longer soggy sticks but instead surprisingly incredible steak fries (wow!). The new family is so friendly and kind, and they really have attention to detail and honest care for their clientele. I did not think this restaurant could get any better and I was wrong. read more

I feel that Got Burger is a bit expensive for my taste but they have OK burgers. They are not great but not horrible either. It is a pretty OK. The only problem that Ii really have with them is that their burger meat is dry and that their fries are sort of soggy. If you are thinking about placing an order for delivery, DON'T!!!!! I get a call from the driver and he is raising his voice because the person who took my order gave him the wrong information. He did not know his way around the area and was unprofessional. Once he got here he called me and told me to come outside, now I'm at work. I cannot leave my post, or else I would have went inside the restaurant to get my order. Luckily I was able to leave really quick to get the food. When I opened the box, I got someone else's order. The quality and freshness of the food is what will keep me coming back. I love the hot dogs, and they do a great job grilling the onions and mushrooms I like as toppings. My fiance really enjoyed the burger with the fried egg on it as well. The employees are super friendly, both in person and on the phone. However, the business has a couple areas that need improvement. Of the three times I have called to place a delivery order, each time on the first attempted call no one has answered. I have always had to wait 10 to 15 minutes and call a second or third time before someone answers the phone. I understand they may be busy, but it really should not be that difficult to pick up the call and put me on hold for a few minutes. The other thing that needs improvement is the communication between the person taking the order and the cook. My orders have been messed up twice (once in store and once over the phone). Both times, the person taking down my order repeated it back to me correctly. However when I received my food, either items were missing or toppings on the burger/hot dog were incorrect. read more

Got burps? Where do I start? We sat at the counter and we liked the fact that it was an open kitchen and you could see your food being prepared (that is probably the best thing about this place). What we saw was the cook pulling meat balls out of the cooler and then smashing them on the grill until they were paper thin (that is not how you patty a burger)...much too thin for the large (but good), buns. The variety of toppings and sauces was good, but the burger itself is not special in any way and much better burgers are available within walking distance for the same price and same wait time. If you are only selling three things, burgers, hot dogs, and fries, they better be really good! The cooks seemed a little confused and inexperienced overall. The cooks were slow and were sliding around on the greasy floor. Two of our burgers came with cheese, when we asked for no cheese. The staff was apologetic, but then they forgot the mayo on the new burger. The seasoned fries were a flaccid pile of stringy and greasy potatoes. The cook asked us how the food was and we expressed our displeasure with the fries. They explained that they didn't have the proper fryers that they needed to crisp them, and so they were aware of serving horrible fries, but they did not take them off of our bill. Hopefully they will improve things, but we won't be going back. read more
