My wife and oldest daughter got the buffalo chicken mac and cheese - which they normally love - but they said it was not very good today. And to top it all off, our waitress disappeared for about 10 minutes forcing us to go up to the bar to get drinks/refills and request a new set of silverware because my son dropped his on the ground. We literally have to cook extra meat at home just to turn these into actual cheesesteaks. And the cheesesteak rolls? The menu photo shows four halves. What showed up was ONE roll cut in half. That's it. The curly fries were the only thing remotely worth the money. Charging extra for every tiny add on while simultaneously skimping on the actual food (and the addons) is wild. If you're going to charge premium prices, at least put enough meat on the sandwich to justify calling it a cheesesteak.
