We waited until around 6:43pm and decided no one was going to "be right back". I hope no one was injured, sick or hurt. If not, this is extremely unprofessional. I'm sure the owners would not be happy to know they are losing business as I'm sure it is already a low producing store. Our poor mall needs new life breathed into it. So many stores seem like they're never open and so many empty. This type of customer service doesn't help to make people feel like they want to come to the mall. We went to Culver's instead.
