Let me tell you ,every time we get their drinks, it's always a hit! Their boba teas aren't overly sweet. They make them just sweet enough so you can enjoy them without worrying about too much sugar, and you can adjust the sweetness level to your liking. I love the atmosphere of this place ,very cozy and spacious too. It's perfect for hanging out with a group of friends or a solo date if that's more your vibe. I haven't tried their desserts yet, but I definitely plan to next time I stop by for boba. The service is very quick, and the workers are really friendly as well. I mentioned that to the person that made the drink and they offered to make another one. But I didn't have time to wait since I waited for 20 minutes already and didn't want to hit the rush hour traffic. Boba was either undercooked, overcooked and got burnt, or mixed from an old batch? The two bobaristas were exceptionally kind and welcoming. They were quick with making my drink and even filled up my Stanley tumbler with water. I ordered the "Salted Vietnamese Coffee" and am so happy I did. The actual drink itself is one of the most delicious, creamy, flavorful Vietnamese coffees I've ever had. I highly recommend trying this drink out if you're on a hunt for a good Vietnamese coffee in the Costa Mesa and Newport area. Parking lot is located behind the shop. It's quite small, but I had no problem finding a space. Will definitely be visiting again!

I honestly can't imagine how sweet it would be at 100%. The boba was a little too chewy for my preference, and I've definitely had better elsewhere. The drink was reasonably priced at $5.75, so it didn't feel overpriced. One thing I appreciated was that there is parking behind the building near the back entrance, which made it easy to get in and out. They also have a few small two-person tables inside. I was able to grab a seat, enjoy my milk tea, and spend some time reading my book while I was there. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't memorable enough for me to come back. Glad I tried it, but there are other boba shops I prefer.

We also order max 3 drinks and on average 1/2. Today was just one drink and I received a text saying it was ready in less than 5 minutes. Cool no problem, it takes 10 minutes to drive there. I got there and no one was within view. Once again, no problem they have a bell for a reason. I rang the bell and no one came out. I was also trying to listen for any sounds in the back if they were busy with anything. Nope. All I heard was a super loud Reddit story time. I literally walked around multiple times to see if I could see any sort of movement and rang the bell more times. Once the person finally came out, he looked at me and then went to move a couple items and I had to ring the bell AGAIN. What is the point of online order? Or the bell? This isn't the first time this specific employee has ignored us/people in general. I'm genuinely annoyed at how many times this has happened with this guy. We put in the order well before we get there to allow time for rushes or any issues. We've never had issues with other employees but the person wearing glasses, a hoodie, and a normally heavily stained sunright shirt.

There's only about 3-4 tables inside, so not too many places to sit if it gets busy. You can order through a kiosk or in person, and the service is usually pretty timely. I ordered the Roasted Oolong tea latte and the Phoenix Oolong tea latte, both of which are their more popular drink selection. I usually try to get the lowest sugar level which was 10%. Of all the tea places I've tried, these drinks easily had the strongest tea flavor at that level of sweetness. If you're not use to the bitterness from tea, you might elect to select a higher level of sweetness to balance it out. The oat milk has a very subtle flavor, but also doesn't overwhelm the drink. Either way, I thought both drinks were well-made.
