At some point she dropped the ice tongs on the ground and only rinsed them and put them back. That was after she made out drinks luckily. We stopped by this place after the beach & it was the perfect sweet treat! The inside was very new and clean, and they even had a bathroom next to the cafe. For drinks we ordered: -signature milk tea 9/10: strong taste of the tea but not bitter. Perfect amount of sweetness & I opted for less boba. Tastes similar to ding tea signature milk tea -strawberry smoothie 10/10: I normally don't like smoothies but this was so refreshing! It was a very thick consistency and super flavorful, the strawberry flavor was definitely there and didn't paste powdery. I would order their smoothies again! -strawberry yogurt 9/10: extremely flavorful yogurt. Super creamy and milky, very different from the strawberry smoothie too. It seems like a small business, but the owner really did a great job trying to modernise it with online ordering and two kiosks. The owner? is very friendly and excited about her shops features. The logo design is cute. I got the Paris milk tea, quality is similar to sharetea but I think its due to the nature of the drink. Abundance of toppings. Repeating the other point that on the kiosk there's a 0.5 surcharge (on menu prices) b/c only large size is available. I guess it may be a hassle to change but for transparency reasons it'd be good to have a notice. Somehow the boba came out to around $7. This was the cutest and one-of-a-kind boba shop!! I'm glad I stopped here for my boba fix instead of a chain store. Everything about the boba shop was clean, modern, and convenient with easy to read TV menus and even tap to order tablets. The customer service was great as we asked if they had coffee drinks because I was craving a coffee boba and they gave me many options. I chose a Vietnamese coffee and they even suggested that the sea salt creme went good with it. I liked how you can choose your sweetness level and went with 80% sweet. We also got a tiramisu cake since they had cakes and snacks as well. Everything tasted very good and I love the design of all the packaging, bags, napkins, etc. So cute!!! Great shop! Boba lover here and I will say this is the best flavored boba I've tried out there so far. Very flavorful and chewy boba balls. The tea is good too but the real show stealer is the boba fs. I've tried the traditional milk tea and the honey milk tea. Both are good depending on your personal preferences. I wasn't a huge fan of the traditional milk tea it kind of tasted like a light oolong which I personally don't like oolong but my bf loved it! Just tried the honey milk tea and the tea is a solid 8/10 and a 10/10 on the boba. Not too strong of a milk tea flavor but not light either. Perfectly brewed. Note: it does take some time for the drinks to be made but when you get amazing quality boba warmly made, it's worth it. Love this place! It's local to me and I love supporting small businesses! The shop owners are there everyday and are super kind and helpful! My favorite is the Mom's Favorite. I love the classic fresh milk with grass jelly, boba, and egg pudding. The shop is cute and small, they have 2 small outdoor tables and 2 indoor tables. So we ended up at this place and OMG worst mistake ever. We order a Jade Jasmine Green Tea with boba, Passion Fruit Green Tea Osmanthus Oolong Tea with sea salt They charge you an extra $0.50 / for a large, but they don't have any other sizes. When we asked about this we were just sort of ignored, then told that is just the way the system is. And also we were the only ones there and they took a long time to give us our drinks. Although I am unsure if they had more online orders or not. The teas were all horrible, but the best one out of the 3 was the passion tea, but still way too sweet. the Jade tea was horrible it looked at tasted water down, the Oolong Tea tasted more like a tamarind and there was hardly any sea salt creme on it although we pay extra for it. To start, this shop offers a wide variety of drinks: boba teas, yogurt-based drinks, coffees, and much more. I saw Gotcha Tea pop up as a new boba spot in the area, and ever since the first time I tried their drinks, I've been recommending everyone to go check this place out. The quality of all the drinks really doesn't compare to any of the chain boba spots in the area-- if you're reading this, you have to check this place out. The location is kind of in an awkward spot, but there's plenty of parking behind the store. It's also a pretty small place, mostly a take-out cafe, but there are a few tables inside. Hopefully they can place some furniture out in the front so there's more space for patrons to hang out while enjoying their drinks. Be warned, there may be a bit of wait time for your drink, but I promise it's worth the wait! Out of the 5 different drinks I've tried at this place so far, it seems like you really can't go wrong with anything that you order here. Right now, my personal favorites are the Oatmeal Milk Tea (it tastes like cereal milk to me) and their signature Paris Milk Tea. Personally, not a fan. Not one bit. For the boba/milk tea connoisseurs out there - this place was not it, but of course, drink at your own discretion. We placed an order through the kiosk, and the photos on the kiosks were misleading. My husband ordered based off the picture shown on the kiosk, which was a jade green tea milk tea drink, but we were not made aware that we had to select an additional add-on with the choice of sea salt foam or milk to make it a milk/creamy drink. Based off the picture, you'd expect to be ordering what is shown. When we got our drink, we were surprised to see something completely different than what we had expected. We told the lady we weren't aware we had to select a milk option, and chose the drink based on the name & picture. She refused to make us a new drink, and said "this is what you ordered". So customer service is very lacking. Whoever engineered the kiosk menu, you might want to replace the picture with a regular iced green tea drink instead of a milk tea to avoid this confusion. In addition to this, we were already waiting 15 mins long for our drink. When I went to check on it, the same lady said, "uh, let me check because I don't see your order". Turns out, the printer ran out of paper when I submitted my order, and she never got our drink ticket. Luckily I had said something, or else she wouldn't have checked the printer.
