    Drunken noodles, Crispy Tofu

This place is amazing. I've ordered the drunken noodles, mango sticky rice, crispy tofu, and much more and it all tasted amazing. On top of that the service is pretty good, the workers are kind and helpful. I also enjoyed the vibe and ambience of the place! I'll definitely come here often.

5 star for taste, 3 star for quantity. We order takeout from here regularly. Today we noticed that the quantity is ridiculously small. Very disappointed.

    Panang Curry w/ pork ($13.52) & Tom Yum w/ pork ($12.95)

[Food] Ordered takeout via phone - Roti Dip ($8.32): I'm not sure if it's the way they packed it or a faulty sauce cup, but all the curry sauce spilled out and made the roti all soggy. I tried to salvage it by airfrying them but did little to help. That aside, the roti was pretty good but the curry sauce was delicious! - Grab Wings ($11.44): Ordered this in a mild spice. I wish this was a dry rub instead as the soggy wings didn't help. The favor was good, as it was a light peanut-y, sweet, chili, acidic sauce, I think. - Pad See Ew ($13.52): Ordered this w/ pork in mild spice and this definitely delivered! Pork was nicely cooked and noodles were well seasoned! Would order again. - Penang Curry ($13.52): Got this w/ pork and medium spice. Another gem, considering flavor, tender meat, and spot-on spice! - Tom Yum Soup ($12.95): Love that they added so much veggies and grateful that the pork wasn't overcooked. Personally though, it was a tad too sweet for me. Acidity and spice were on point! Loved that this was a true medium spice! - Beef Larb ($14.56): Online this is set to $13.56 and in-person this is priced at $13 but I was charged an extra $1 and was told this is the same pricing as the beef salad. That aside, I was actually really surprised that the minced meat was so juicy. This turned out to be my fav dish of the night! I got this in a medium spice but this tasted mild to me. [Service] - Fast, friendly, attentive - Confused what is the true pricing as I read reviews that ordering via phone would be more true to what you'd pay if you ordered there, but upon picking up my phone order takeout, I realized they charged me online prices. Online prices vary from $0.30~$4 depending on the dish from what I saw on the menu in-person. I understand ordering via website has an up-charge to help sustain online orders via the platform but I was definitely disappointed that even phone orders were up-charged. [Ambiance] - Small and causal mom & pop restaurant [Overall] - My favorites out of this order were the Beef Larb & the Penang Curry. Both super flavorful plus meats were tender & juicy. - I would rate this place more of a 3.5 but am willing to bump it up to 4 stars despite the up-charge via phone order. I'm still willing to come back and try other dishes just for the affordability but I may just order in-person instead of website or phone order.

I feel like not many people know about this spot. At least I didn't, it's kind of tucked away in the corner of the food mart plaza below Eastridge Mall, but I felt like I had a great authentic experience here. I dined in, and the store seems to be run by two aunties. Menu prices are very competitive compared to other places, and they also have lunch specials at an even better price point. I really like how this place offers a lot more variety in Thai cuisine than other spots. Since it was my first time, I just went with the Pad Thai, level spicy. I love how every dish is made to order, and it really felt like I was getting a home-cooked meal. The food was delicious and piping hot since it had just come straight from the wok. I got beef as my protein, and it was super tender. I also love how spicy they can make it here because I'm a big fan of the Thai chili spice. You can squeeze in as much lime as you want, and I love how the citrus cuts through the dish. Seating was plentiful at this location. While I was eating, the chef walked over to check in on my meal. It was cool learning she immigrated here from Thailand and has been cooking ever since. She was super sweet and told me how she picked up English, Vietnamese, and even a little bit of Spanish while working which is really impressive and inspirational. This place also seems really popular for delivery because a lot of people came in to pick up orders while I was dining in. I overheard the chef explaining to someone getting takeout that she only cooks the noodles lightly so that by the time they get home, the dish is perfectly cooked and not too soggy. From the interaction, it feels like the store owner really knows her craft. I'm usually not a big fan of DoorDash because of delivery delays, but I'd feel really comfortable ordering from here knowing that the owner keeps things like that in mind. I'm excited to come back and try other menu items because they have dishes I wouldn't expect to see outside of Thailand, or at least not at restaurants in the area. Overall, just really solid Thai food made super authentically.

We were greeted by a friendly cashier upon entering this eatery. We ordered the Pad Thai with Pork, Chicken Satay, Green Curry With Pork, jasmine rice, and two Thai Iced Tea. Our food came out in a timely manner. The sauce for the Pad Thai had a sweet, salty , and sour taste to it, which I really liked. I can really taste the tamarind in it. The Green Curry with Pork had eggplants and bamboo shoots in there. The chicken satays were moist in the inside and the cucumber salad went well with them. The Thai Iced Teas had the right amount of sweetness to it. The prices are fairly reasonable and they were generous with the portions. We will be back to try their salmon curry, seafood mango and the larb salad.

This is one of the best spots for thai food in SJ. Not many people no about it. I love their drunken noodle. The tẽcute has a great char to it and its packed with flavor. There's a good amount of seating and the workers are also super friendly. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Affordable Thai food and they are super quick! Got my basil fried rice and I could really taste the basil! I love to come here to support the local business.

Passed by the spot often and I think their hours are on and off sometimes, so I didn't get the chance to try it until recently. Ordered off of DoorDash while in the mood for Thai food. I chose the spiciest level the foods because I'm not sure what to expect when ordering from a new Thai place. The food came piping hot and on time. Wow, the heat was real! My mouth was blown away lol. The papaya salad felt spicer than the pad thai, so I ate more pad thai to balance out the salad. The pad thai was less spicy the next day. Pad thai: Not the best in terms of flavor; I think it could use more seasoning. The noodles were all stuck together. I think the heat made it pretty tasty though. Papaya salad: I wish the papaya was more crunchy and cut more thin like most places. However it was saucy and the spice was good too. Tom yum soup: Spicy! People said leaned more on the sweet side but it was good to me. Lots of onions. I wish there was more cabbage and mushrooms. All in all, a standard place for Thai food in the area.

The sweetest aunties running this place!

Get your delicious Thai food fix here! Each dish is cooked to order and so tasty. Such an incredible deal with their noodle and fried rice dishes only $13 each. Plus, the two aunties who run this place are the sweetest and so happy to serve you. My husband and I really enjoy Siam Station in Cupertino, so it was nice to find some place closer to Evergreen for Thai food. The interior is clean and simple at Grab Thai, but the drunken noodles with chicken and the pad se ew with tofu (medium spicy) were just as good as Siam Station and a lot less expensive, too! We ate at Grab Thai for lunch on a cold, rainy Tuesday, and the hot food hit the spot and the adorable aunties chatted it up with us. They do a big takeout business, too, so give them a try! It's located in the same mall as Food Maxx. Can't wait to try other dishes here.

We ordered the roti, crispy pork belly, sausage, Laos style papaya salad, and a khao soi to share between 3 people. All of the food was absolutely delicious but we felt like the portions were a little small for the price. The pork belly and sausage were both ~ $23 and didn't come with as many pieces as we thought it would. This was some of the crispiest roti I've ever had! I loved the curry dipping sauce on the side and the nice crunch of the cucumbers. The pork belly was slightly overcooked, a little hard but the flavors were great! The sausage tasted house made, it had a great tang to it and I loved the variety of dipping sauce. We ordered extra spicy/hot for the Laos papaya salad but it was definitely medium. The khao soi was very comforting on a cold day and the broth was rich and creamy. I'd definitely come back if I was in the area!

A generous portion of noodles and veggies, but not as much meat (which is fine by me). As a spicy loving girl, the spiciest level option was good as it was present throughout the entire dish, meaning it was mixed in well! I appreciated this immensely. Also got a mango sticky rice to feed my sweet tooth, and it was good too! Served with blue rice which made it pretty. The bad: Oh my god. I love Rad Nar normally, but when I ordered it from here through UberEats, I was severely disappointed and couldnt even finish a third of the dish. It was severely sweet. Now, I do love my sugar, but holy crap it tasted like they marinated the meat, veggies, and noodles in sugar and then added more sugar when cooking it. I also got the spicy option so it was really weird to eat something sickenly sweet with a little bit of spice when expecting a spicy, savory dish. Maybe it was a bad night for the chef or they mistook salt for sugar, but wow. I was in shock, and in the bad way lol.

A lady saw my cane and offer her table to sit at so I felt seen. You pretty much order at the front counter; you pour your own water. Front counter was so nice to us as we try to order. We got the funk salad and kombucha. We didn't order a lot because we wanted to try the place. When we got to our table, it was near the door. Our funk salad came and it was hefty mf. It was a bowl of salad all right. So you know how I said earlier that I don't like vegetarian food? OMG I was amazed. The best salad I've eaten. The vinaigrette was so good; it was citrusy. My salad was cut into small pieces so it wasn't big that I need to cut it. The sweet potato was sauteed. The princess sauerkraut was so good. I don't like sauerkraut at all but it was divine. I never tried kombucha because I thought it was dirt tea. I was wrong. It has the fermented taste and I never knew. After trying it, it's not something I would order again.
