We were looking for a quick takeout lunch and this place definitely surpassed my expectations. The food was deliciouuus! + Chicken wing basil (4.5/5): SOO good! I loved the sweet chili sauce and the crispy basil leaves were a great addition to the meal. + Tofu w string bean (4/5): Also addicting! It was tossed in some type of sauce that tasted super good when paired with rice. + Pad Thai (3/5): Not the best i've had but it was still good. The noodles were a bit dry and mushy, though that could be attributed to it being takeout! They were pretty prompt when it came to picking up the meal after calling in. I'd definitely come back!

Lunch Special Review!!! Tucked away in a plaza. The lunch special here is a good deal! You get an entree of choice with a small soup and two crispy wontons. I got the Pad See Ew. This is definitely on the more savory side rather than sweet. The noodle texture was very soft, and the beef was tender! Not too oily. They didn't skimp on veggies either. This is a solid option for Thai food in the area!

[Food] Takeout - Yum Woon Sen ($21.95): I've tried to find this dish in every Thai restaurant I go to ever since I had this in Thailand. They either don't have it on their menu or don't make it very good. Then I found Oros Thai and I'm so glad I did! Their silver noodle salad has a good amount of seafood, lots of noodles as well as salad! I was most impressed with their chili & lime dressing. I got this in medium spice but it wasn't that spicy for me. - Chicken Tom Yum Soup (L $18.95): Delicious! One of the few places that make this well. The chicken was a bit overcooked, but I can look passed that. [Service] - Fast, friendly, helpful [Overall] - Definitely coming back and excited to try their other dishes!

We stop by for lunch. We ordered chicken wing, it's amazing flavor and crispy... Papaya salad with grilled prawns, it's very good combination with all ingredients and so refreshing. Massamun curry beef, it's full flavor with a touch of tamarind. Pad see ew and pad Thai , they are always the best here. And we ordered tiger crying Togo... it's was so good.

This review is long overdue. I've been living around the area for a few years now and this place always popped up when I'm looking for a Thai restaurant. Came here on a whim on a random weekend and luckily they weren't busy. We ordered the tom yum, pad see ew, and roasted duck curry. The yum yum felt a bit mild in flavor and a bit watered down. The pad see ew was also mid. It wasn't as flavorful as other places and a bit bland. The roasted duck curry was good but there were barely any roasted ducks. The most disappointing part was that they didn't serve any rice with the curry. We ended up ordering steamed rice and sticky rice. The service wasn't great either. The server was a bit rude and not attentive. I would've understand if they were packed and busy, but there were only 4 tables that were occupied, including ours. Maybe it was a bad day for her and the chef. The only positive was the size of the dishes. We had enough leftovers for dinner. This place overall should be 2.5/5 but I'll round it up to 3. Maybe I'll give it another try in the future.

My family and I visited Oros after a visit from Kaiser since this was really close. This is a pretty solid option for a group dinner! We did family style and the service was good- they refilled our water and were consistent with ensuring there were no peanuts in our dishes due to allergies. Out of the dishes we ordered, my favorite was the Papaya Salad. Can't go wrong with this one, and it's refreshing when it's hot out! You can also check in on Yelp for a free Thai Tea! Just let the server or a worker know!

Took my best friend who visited me from Southern California! She said this is way better than thai restaurants in SoCal haha We ordered a panang curry, pineapple fried rice, tom yum soup with coconut juice and thai iced tea. Everything was so good, service was excellent, we were seated right away by the server! It was lunch on Sat :) The restaurant has the unique ambiance, they decorated really nice and i like that lighting is slightly dark.

Came here on a Monday during lunch time, and so glad I did! The items are about $17-21 per entree and it comes with a soup. We ordered the chicken pad Thai, chicken panang curry, and sticky rice with pork. So yummy!! I'm usually opposed to chicken because of it being dry, but I'm so glad I got it. It was juicy and perfectly cooked. We got everything mild, and there was still a perfect kick. The pad Thai was exactly what I thought, and the curry wasn't watery at all. Super flavorful! We got the pork sticky rice since we were intrigued, and it delivered! The pork was so nicely marinated and juicy, and the sticky rice was great too. Highly recommend, and I'll be back!

First time customer and going to be a future one as well! This place ROCKS!!! Great people and the food is delicious and definitely a five star rating! Oros Thai has a way of transporting you to Thailand. The smells, kind staff, and incredible authentic dishes could not be improved. Yes, is it pricey (and increasingly so- think $25 for a pad Thai with chicken), but at least once per month I get a strong craving for Oros that I absolutely must listen to. Whether taking out or dining in, it's a pleasant experience whose comforts are a treasured part of life.

Came here on a weekend afternoon and were surprised to see open tables! My partner claims this place is packed, and within 10 minutes, the whole establishment was bustling and full of hungry people, lol. My bestie had a craving for Thai, and seeing that we hadn't tried Oros before, we decided to give it a try. We both ordered pad Thai--hers a chicken and mine pork, and thought the portion was quite huge. We could've probably been fine with one order, but we both were quite hungry. After all, sometimes your eyes tend to overestimate the abilities of your stomach, lol. For the taste, I found it okay. Compared to the other Thai places I've been, I didn't get that flavorful sweet salty, and tangy sauce from the noodles. It felt mostly sweet, with a bit of heat (mild spicy girl). However, it wasn't bad. I just wished there was a little more zest and flavor. Noodles were tasty--had a spring and chew to each bite, which was nice. I guess price wise with the amount of food, it seems okay. Servers were all super nice and attentive in filling water. Expensive compared to others, but okay if you share. Overall, 3.5 stars but rounding to 4. Pro tip: lunch prices are cheaper than weekend/dinner. If you want to be economical, just come on a weekday lunch time :)

Oh Boy!!! We moved to SJ from LA and were looking for a Thai food, kept trying various ones and finally stumbled upon this by chance when we dropped our son at 24 hr fitness across the road. We have yet to sit in and eat, but we ordered today and all three dishes were out of this world. 6 stars all the way. You must try the Red Curry, the spicy cat fish with green beans and the Pad see ew with chicken. I loved the cat fish dish. The best, it was spicy, well fried or salted with crunchy green beans and peppers. You add spicy sample to it and it was a fantastic dish. Next the pat you with chicken little bit mild for me, but then again, their secret spicy sauce made up for all spices. Lastly, the red curry was just fantastic and out of this world. You must try this place and next time, we are going to go and sit in a need as a family. Kudos to the chef!!!

Unfortunately, this most recent visit left a bad taste in our mouths- literally & figuratively!! Our party of 3 came here during the lunch rush and lucked out with being seated pretty quickly. Menus were provided but weren't needed because we essentially ordered the same exact dishes we did from our first visit. I kid you not, we were legitimately hooked! Order: Prawn Pad Thai x2 Green Curry [medium spice] w/ Chicken Thai Iced Tea Anchan Lemonade (Butterfly Pea Flower) The young gentleman took our order and repeated everything back. My sister requested to have our drinks brought out in take out cups as opposed to the glasses & our server said he could make it happen. We wait and wait and wait and wait. Food took a bit of time to come out but because our visit was in the peak of lunch rush, we expected that. What we didn't anticipate was such a long wait for our drinks. We wait and wait some more before speaking to 3 separate staff members confirming that our drinks were put in. Each and every time, the staff confirms the drinks were ordered and we were told they would be coming soon. Fast forward: Our food comes out and still no drinks. Mind you there aren't any alcoholic beverages or anything that should take too long to concoct. Again, we ask our initial server about the drinks @ this point, the young man remembers and immediately gets to working on the drinks. Drinks finally come out [not in take out cups] and while the Thai tea tasted good, my lemonade was far from that. This young man seemed new and I was trying really hard to be patient. I told him the drink was not right and he immediately takes the cup back to add some lemon. The drink now comes back with a lighter hue on top and yet it still tasted like trash. The server offered to remake it and while I thanked him, I requested that he just remove the drink completely from our tab. It was 100% clear that he didn't know how to make the infamous lemonade. Things continued to go downhill when we had to repeatedly request for the chili assortment. It took one too many pleas for that to even happen. The lady at the neighboring table got the sudden urge/craving for Thai tea once she noticed our cup. She places an order with the Asian lady with long hair and the lady happens to bring the drink to our table. We politely explain that the drink was not ours and she immediately gets defensive telling us that we had just placed the order with her. Her tone and all of the many hiccups that had already been going on set my sister off who responded firmly. She immediately corrected her [noting the drink was ordered through the adjacent table, not us]. I'm so sad this 2nd visit was so disastrous. I never would have imagined a 5 star review would drop within a matter of days! For a restaurant who regularly deals with long lines of patrons, the establishment seemed to resemble a chicken with its head cut off. The only person so did their job to a T was the chef's in the kitchen.

Also got a mango sticky rice to feed my sweet tooth, and it was good too! Served with blue rice which made it pretty. The bad: Oh my god. I love Rad Nar normally, but when I ordered it from here through UberEats, I was severely disappointed and couldnt even finish a third of the dish. It was severely sweet. Now, I do love my sugar, but holy crap it tasted like they marinated the meat, veggies, and noodles in sugar and then added more sugar when cooking it. I also got the spicy option so it was really weird to eat something sickenly sweet with a little bit of spice when expecting a spicy, savory dish. Maybe it was a bad night for the chef or they mistook salt for sugar, but wow. I was in shock, and in the bad way lol.
