My nail tech was Emily. I asked for an ombré nail style . She was friendly & payed attention to small details. I ended up paying $55 for this style of nail and $21 for a basic pedicure.(+20tip) I feel like my nails were good but not the best I've had so to me it was a bit to pricey. The pedicure was great because of the foot massage . So with that said I guess that's why I'm giving it a 4 star. read more

I just wanted to give a shout out to Grace Nails Spa. I've been going there since they changed to new management almost 2 years ago. They take walk-ins or you can make an appointment with your favorite nail tech. When you have an appointment they are always ready for you! The shop is very clean, they always sanitize their equipment, everyone is very professional, they use plastic covers in their pedicure chairs, they wear masks and they even have a loyalty program that gives you money back after you come I think several times, plus my nails are ALWAYS on POINT! If you're hungry or thirsty they have snacks, sodas and water. This place is gem in West Cobb and I just wanted to give them a shout out! read more

I really wanted to like this place. Nice people. I rarely switch places and I went here probably 10-12 visits. On two separate visits, I saw roaches (once on the floor and once climbing up the side of the nail station. I pointed out the insects both times. They blamed it on the restaurant at the other end of the strip mall.) Then a final visit where the guy almost cut off the tip of my thumb. (Literally. No exaggeration. He took a regular straight scissors to trim a nail tip down and caught my actual skin in the scissors. I yelped in pain and disbelief.) Enough. I am looking for a new nail salon again. read more

Came here for a basic spa pedicure. We were greeted immediately, and instructed to pick out a color. After about five minutes, we were brought over to the spa chairs where they started filling up the tub's with water. We sat down and they told us that they would be with us in about 10 to 15 minutes. After about 45 minutes we asked if anyone was going to be with us soon due to how long we had waited and also the fact that the water was now cold. We were told they were just finishing up, but at that point we had already had it and had other plans for the day. Basically we soaked our feet in Coldwater for about 45 minutes, was very displeased with the service they should have at least told us that it would be a long wait and not seat us immediately. Paid $35 to get sns on my nails. I asked to keep the shape that my nails already had but to make them shorter as they'd grown out. They completely ruined the shape of my nails. The were all crooked and misshapen and pointy. I even went back later the same day and asked them to fix them. I was so disappointed with my nails. The sns itself looked so messy and uneven. since they were my natural nails, it took a month for them to grow back out. I a was stuck with them for a month. My cuticles were bleeding from the drill because they hit them so many times. worst manicure of my life, but the staff was sweet. read more

Never going back!!! I started going to Grace Nails on Dallas Hwy about 1 year ago and they started out fine. Today, I called ahead of time to see if there was availability if I showed up within the next 5 minutes. I was literally a couple of minutes away from their location parked at the Lowes across from them. I arrived in about 2 minutes and they took me right away to begin my requested mani-pedi with SNS (powder) on my fingernails. The male tech who performed the manicure, wrapped my nails with the acetone and foil. An older lady performed the pedicure. My issue is with the male technician. First of all he stopped servicing me to handle another customer who just walked in and had no appointment and left me for almost an hour with the acetone and foil wrapped nails. The female manager seemed to noticed my agitation and began speaking to him and he stopped working on that customer and returned to finish working with me as during this time again, almost an hour, my pedicure had been completed. When he comes back and precedes to remove the foil and begin the process of applying the SNS powder, he used an electronic filing device with a gold tip and literally took the skin off the side of my nail causing a stinging and burning sensation. When I said ouch and mentioned that I thought he cut me, he just looked at me as if he couldn't understand. Even if he didn't, I'm sure he knows what "ouch" means. As he continued, he did it again and took the skin off of another finger. I know I should have run out of there then, but I didn't really realize that he had actually filed my skin off with the device until I got up to wash my hands and noticed my fingers burning in those spots. Needless to say, I'm never returning to get my nails done there anymore and I would advise, if you go, avoid him and only go to the female techs. They seem to do a better job and I think they are aware that he has no clue of what he's doing as they give unsuspecting customers like myself the male tech. I've noticed from previous visits before that he is careless with the tools being used but I had never been injured before, so I just allowed him to do the manicure BUT NEVER AGAIN! Also, I took note that you have to ask for new tools to be used on your hands and feet. They don't just automatically use the new "sanitized" ones. read more

I am new to Marietta and have very thin nails by nature. I was a bit nervous having to find a new nail tech. I needed one who would not rush using aggressive nail drills and files instead taking time and care to shape and buff without further thinning out my nail bed. Emily fit the bill. After not being able to come into Grace Nail Spa, I entered today to find a completely new staff and owners. Although everyone was friendly enough and my nails were done well enough, I would love to know where Na went. The atmosphere has changed a bit at Grace and I felt more rushed than I normally have in the past. The massage was okay comparably and the prices definitely went up (which I would be willing to pay had it been the same customized and amazing service). New owners= poor customer service. The nail tech doing my gel mani was quite rude and pushy. When asked to do a nail design, her immediate response was "sure I will try." After trying, she was unsuccessful. When I asked her to stop, she got an attitude. After, she told me to quickly pick new color. They did not have various glitter colors and when asked to fix nail, attitude was given. Sad to see new ownership equate to failure to detail and good customer service. read more

They ensure that they take their time, creating a comfortable environment. You don't feel like they are rushing but they still work very efficiently. This is my go-to place! Wow! That is all I can say...wow! I am so impressed with the service I received here today. Yelp can sometimes be a little tricky (as far as not recommending some negative reviews) but MAN were these five stars on point! Hands down, best nail salon experience - ever. The ladies were SO nice, none of that snooty attitude that's so common in most salons. I was directed as to what to do and as soon as she got started, she noted that I had never been there before. Wow! Again! I was very impressed, and informed her that I felt like giving myself a last minute treatment before a party and saw they had awesome reviews. Multiple times she thanked me for coming in. We chatted as she worked and my goodness, she was so accommodating. Asking if the heating pads were too hot, laughing as everyone in the salon was watching "Family Feud", and not demanding quick and concise answers to questions. "Square or round?" she asked me. Ugh, my hands trembled at the age-old question that still made me feel like a toddler. "Square-round? Well...round, but with a flatter end? Um..just like...yeah?" my words were jumbled and broken but she still took her time, carefully filing and letting me see every result she came to, letting me tweak it to my liking. Again, so nice! All in all, I walked out with the best dang looking nails I've had in years. I've only been once and I can already tell you now, I will be coming here until one of us moves out of state. The service is incredible! Pedicures last forever without chipping. Great prices, the nicest people you could ask for. They rarely chatter amongst themselves in their own language they speak english 98% of the time. they even have american names. Jenny, Jessi, Donna, Richard. They are sincere and sweet. They alway ask how my daughter is doing and call her by her name! I can't say enough good things about them and their establishment, always clean. I have finally found a nail salon I feel comfortable in! The 3 girls working when I went have been there since the salon opened about a year and a half ago, so there's no turnover rate, and they are so friendly and sweet! They talk to you and make sure you're comfortable, and don't talk amongst themselves the whole time. I came in for an acrylic set of nails with a gel coat on top,and they were very nice to me and asked me if the size and shape of the tips were okay. I enjoyed the experience except for the kid that kept talking over to the nail technicians. There was nail dust everywhere and my cuticles felt a little dusty before I washed them, but I was pleased with the end result and for a price I thought was fair ($38). read more

I am a bit surprised by positive reviews of this place. I have tried this place twice, yes twice, thinking their reviews are great- maybe I should give it a second chance. I am never going back! Firstly, the place is very deserted and dingy looking. They messed up a simple pedicure first time. How you ask - cutting the nail too much and nail polish all over the skin. The store is run by husband, wife and wife's mom. Wife's mom, the older lady (nothing bad about her personality - she's a sweet lady) has shaky hands and doesn't understand a lick of English. She messed up the polish. The gentleman, her son-in-law, came to rescue and fixed it. No problem. That's why I wanted to give them a 2nd chance. When I went in 2nd time, I got assigned the older lady again. I requested I'd rather wait and and get someone else. They said yes - let me soak my feet. Guess what, 10 minutes later, the older lady starts working on my feet. I tell her I am waiting on someone else, falls on deaf ears. I ask for the gentlemen and he says - she will be fine. What? I asked for someone else - no idea what made them change their mind. I could have walked away right then, but out of courtesy for the old lady who was eagerly continuing without listening to me, I stayed calm. I felt she would be disrespected if I just stepped out. I had already made my mind I won't be giving them a 3rd chance by that time. Her hands are shaky again and she messes up the nail polish again. She even left spots of nails not painted at all. When I went to pay, I told them I did not complain out of courtesy for the enthusiasm of the older lady but I won't be ever returning. read more

Usually my gel manicures last 2-2&1/2 weeks, this most recent trip it hasn't even been a full week and the gel is peeling off completely. I used to love the prices at this salon and the employees. I got my nails done here and was very dissapointed. I picked out the color I wanted and showed them, but was given a completely different color for my nails. I also asked for a basic manicure but they gave me gel nails and charged me extra. Extremely disappointed in this nail salon. I've been coming here for years and years and I went in today for the first time in a few months to find that they have new owners and a whole new staff. I wasn't pleased with the service i received, the prices were far more expensive then they were and the customer service was poor. The woman that did my nails was very rude and somewhat aggressive with how she handled my hands and nails, even cutting me while cutting back my solar nails, (not apologizing might I add). I hate to say it but I'm beyond upset and I wish I knew where to find the previous owners because they always took great care of me and gave me exactly what I wanted, and stopping and making sure I loved my nails during each step of the process.
