We are just leaving Graham's Landing after an awesome lunch! First, I'll say that Rob, our server was smiling when he greeted us, and was very attentive. I ordered the large (I should have gone with small) Caesar salad with fried oysters, my husband ordered the fried oyster basket. The oysters were a great size, and were tasty and crispy. We showed up and this place was packed. To our surprise we was seated immediately. There was a wait because the kitchen was backed up a bit, but as they say. Good food is worth the wait. We had fried pickles as our app. They was really nice. Came with a blackened ranch and pimento cheese. I ordered the Smoked French dip. I know it's a sea food place and I didn't get sea food. Okay experience - service was friendly and prompt but food was mediocre. We had pulled pork sandwiches, onion rings, French fries and a side salad. The onion rings were the highlight of the meal. The side salad was laughable. When I asked the server what was in it, she said "A tomato, A cucumber, some carrots and lettuce." She wasn't kidding when she said 'a' tomato and cucumber. Our party of 6 had a 5:30 reservation. Finally seated at 6:10. Ordered a dozen grilled oysters for an appetizer. They finally came with our entrees. They were cold and terrible. My beer was warm and flat. Waitress said they were out of cold glasses. No one liked their entrees. Crab cakes, flounder and others were bad. Avoid this place. Absolutely wonderful seafood restaurant and bar! It's south of the Inlet hustle and bustle and a convenient turn off of Hwy. 17. The staff are very attentive and made sure we were satisfied. I ordered a Classic Salad and wanted blackened grouper on top. But grouper wasn't one of the options available as an add-on. I was totally willing to just do the flounder instead, but our waitress made the grouper happen and my salad was excellent. My wife ordered the seared tuna entree and requested that it be served rare. Ya'll . . . this tuna was beautiful! It had about a 1/16" sear and was crusted in black and white sesame seeds. It came with something called a "grit cake." Holy smokes! Where has this little square or paradise been all my life?!? Haha! Anyway, this is probably one of the best finds for local seafood in the area. They have a full bar, but aren't really a party scene. Located on the southernmost tip of the Inlet, it offers a slice of tranquility away from the busyness of Murrells Inlet, but still the breathtaking view of the marsh. Seafood, prime rib, ribeye, sandwiches, pasta bowls, soups and sides are on the menu for your perusing. Fresh, local ingredients are prepared in a Lowcountry style and cooked into every bite. Our lunch selection was one of the Seafood Baskets, with a choice of blackened flounder and grilled shrimp. A side of coleslaw and fries. Not the traditional way of fish being blackened with coating of a special spice blend that takes on a very dark brown when cooked on a grill, theirs is in the seasoning. Lightly dusted and grilled, it contains its own coloring with a simple flavor that enhances the freshness and texture of the fish. Standard grilling of shrimp with a buttery flare, creamy, home style coleslaw and crispy fries. Beautiful, breezy afternoon made it even more enjoyable sitting outside. Large outdoor fans do cause quite a bit of noise and one finds themselves talking loudly over them. Parking is the usually dirt lot with no designated spots and the Wild West approach to parking. We went last week. We were able to sit outside. It was cold and we were the only ones eating outside. However I am fighting cancer so we have to be very careful . The waitress gave us amazing service with a smile. We started with the bucket of oysters. They were local oysters. They were amazing. Cooked perfectly. If it hadn't gotten colder toward the end of the week we would have gone back for them. My husband and I loved them We will return. Used to be a great hole in the wall. Just dirty and bad food now. Seated outside on a Monday night, not too busy a night. After 15-20 minutes and our server never even said hello to us much less take an order, we moved ourselves inside. Good thing because the blonde female server that would have waited on us snapped at her other tables, talked under her breath about her tables and walked around the place just coughing into the air. She never once covered her mouth. The server inside was nice and service was fine. But the place is just dirty and every person that works there looks hungover and like they just rolled out of bed. My oysters Rockefeller was disgusting. Dried up oyster with dried up chunks of bacon and maybe a package sauce. The oysters were cooked and the other stuff just dumped on top afterwards. Stopped in for a late lunch on a weekday. The restaurant was quite busy even though it was past "rush" time. We sat on the back deck which was decorated with pretty herb pots and has a great view of the marsh, inlet and ocean beyond. We watched Osprey and Terns fish while there. So - great atmosphere and very friendly service. Not the most efficient service ever but there were only 2 servers working. Regardless, once we ordered our food came pretty promptly. The shrimp Po' Boy was really nice and the tater tots were great! My husband had flounder tacos and raved about peppers and mango chutney that accompanied them. We decided to try a new spot in Murrells Inlet for our last night of vacation and picked G's Landing. The location on the salt water creek marsh is awesome. It's away from the Marsh Walk where most of the restaurants in Murrells Inlet are located. This is a nice change of pace for some nights. Their deck is nice with the rope lights around the railing. I gave this place 2 stars just for their location. Here is why we didn't like their food/service. We ordered the grouper bites which looked like fried clam strips. These bites were decent. It took forever to receive them..over 20 minutes and they weren't busy inside the Restaurant. Then we ordered the Local Clams Linguini, French Dip, bacon cheeseburger, & oyster po' boy. These dishes came out 45 minutes later and the bacon cheeseburger was the last one to come out of the kitchen. My 8yr old son said the bacon cheeseburger was good. The oyster po' boy was reviewed to be adequate by a local resident that was with us. The French Dip was recommended by our server John. It was said to taste like a briquet of charcoal by my wife. My local clam linguini was $16.99 and in NO way was worth that price. Basically the kitchen threw good tasting clams on top of linguini noodles and served it. It was a basic dish that anyone could have chef'ed up inside that kitchen. We won't ever go back there to eat their food or experience their very slow kitchen service. Don't pay for the expensive items on their menu. If you must eat here please do yourself a favor and order inexpensive items as a test of their kitchen. This place in my professional foodie opinion is a BAR. Go grab a drink here and have a good time with their views. It's not a typical Murrells Inlet Restaurant that you may be used to visiting on the Marsh Walk. Stick to the Marsh Walk for the food..come here for their bar. I hope this helps you decide? We stopped in for dinner last night. They take reservations but they must not have written our name next to it because the one host was a tad confused. The staff at the place is super nice and it is a casual environment. I would say the food is neither great or bad, just average. One dish, the seafood platter, was super salty. They require mask to walk to the table. No problem with that, but the Hostess charged me $2.00 for a mask, then charged almost $50 for a salad w shrimp for one, and a scallop basket for another. Very nice atmosphere, looking out the marsh reminded me of being in Charleston and the service was friendly and efficient. There were five of us at dinner last night and we all had different things my niece had fried mozzarella and a burger said it was really good. My mom and my aunt had a burger as well and they said it was really good and it was a nice size. My sister had she crab soup shrimp and fries and she said it was delicious. However my dish fell short I had the lunch shrimp and grits. It was a little tiny Shallow bowl ice cream scoop size of grits at room temperature. It was placed on some very runny broth that was barely warm and it had two very thin slices of sausage and 4 small shrimp. We were on our way to Brooke green gardens so I wanted to eat lite but not that lite. I really did expect more for 13.99 Plus an extra $2.99 for a very very small side salad. Everyone enjoyed their meal except for me. So the overall experience for actual dining and eating and liking the food I would give a three. The place is kind of small but it is cozy and comfortable except for the bathroom front door hostess area. There's one bathroom for each gender. It would be nice to see non-gender bathrooms or have an additional bathroom. Meaning only one person going to the bathroom at a time because there's only one toilet and sink in each. I had to wait in line twice to use the bathroom and one of those times when I was standing in front the front door because there wasn't anywhere else to stand. I was in people's way for coming and going from the restaurant which is a little uncomfortable but it was the only place to stand to wait for the bathroom. Also when I was standing in front of the hostess stand by the front door the hostess and another female employee were talking about someone inappropriately touching them and how it made them feel uncomfortable and they didn't like it. I think the the hostess staff should be more professional and focus more on customer experience then standing there talking to each other about inappropriate subjects in front of their guest server this and the bathroom experience I definitely give this one star. Another thing about the bathrooms is the deodorizer in the bathroom was so strong it was very unpleasant. Even though the bathrooms were clean the smell of the deodorizer was way over powering. Would I go back to this restaurant? Maybe. I'm not opposed to it but there's so many places to eat in Murrells Inlet Myrtle Beach and surrounding area I probably won't go back read more

Maybe we caught them on a bad night. A sign said they were closing for 3 days. Our waiter said they were going to do a thorough cleaning. We had fried oysters that were very greasy. My wife and I both had digestive problems later that night. The two sides were a twice baked potato and green beans. Both were average. Amazing server! Had a large party and everything was correct and so were the complicated ways to split the checks we gave her. Food was absolutely amazing. If I could give this place zero stars I would. As a local trying out a new spot, waited about 15-20 mins after being seated and was completely forgotten. Sat 2 other tables next to us and still forgot us. Hostess didn't seem to care, she just said "oh sorry" with a smile. Over priced on the menu, charging to add cheese to a sandwich, charging for sauces, and apparently "market price" on a steak is a thing at a place like that lol. Our absolute FAVORITE place to eat on our whole vacation. Our server called Canada was so knowledgeable & welcoming. He answered our questions with patience and accuracy. We wisely trusted his suggestions for things like adding Dill Pickle Vodka to my Bloody Mary. The seafood platter and fish sandwich were our choices for lunch. Everything was perfectly seasoned, fried & fresh from the ocean. The prices were also exceptional! TERRIBLE, terrible service. First off took the waiter 10 minutes to realize we were sitting there and for him to come over, he then excused it by saying he had a lot to do for a 10 person table and he was sorry. Then waited an hour for our food (crab cake dinner and smothered chicken), the waiter came every 15 minutes telling us a couple more tickets before us, and that he hates when the large parties come in. Basically just made excuses for the hour we were waiting. The crab cakes hardly had filling and the "smothered" chicken couldn't be any drier. The foot was not really hot either, warm at best. Luckily the stray cats outside enjoyed the chicken because I did not. The stray kittens are the highlight to this establishment. read more

Girls weekend so asked a store owner for a recommendation. He said without hesitation Graham's Landing. Said it's the same menu, same cooks so food is consistently good. Service was good. Great recommendation on local beer and food. Apps: Buffalo shrimp..we were fighting over the last one. Calamari..was a bit more peppers than calamari but nice light breading and cooked perfectly Meals...blackened scallops (waitress recommended) were amazing. Had to share those with everyone and the ones who didn't get scallops were kinda mad they didn't. Oysters fried perfectly, shrimp battered lightly and were so fresh and yummy. Stew was filling and nice for a rainy chilly day on Feb. We all really enjoyed our lunch there with a view of the marsh...got to watch 2 eagles hang around for a few minutes. read more
