Horrible service, rude people, food is awful, the ambiance of this place is bad and I don't really appreciate it.

Server was extremely rude to us as soon as she approached our table. We had a party of 11 and she made us all move our seats to "lessen her confusion" over our 3 separate checks. The food was not fresh or even hot. Not one person at the table enjoyed their meal. read more

We are staying in North Myrtle Beach. We normally stay in Surf Side and go to Murrells Inlet all of the time. We decided to find a new restaurant for us. We decided on Graham's Landing. I'm happy we did. We made reservations earlier in the day. We had an outside picnic table. The weather was much cooler and nice. We ordered drinks. HH on domestics. My wife and I ordered LandShark. The waitress said that isn't domestic. Just as an FYI, it is because it's brewed in St. Louis, MO by Anheuser Bush. It should have been 2.75 instead of 4 per beers. No complaints, just a teaching lesson for the staff about this. The food we ordered was good. The pasta my wife and daughter ordered was really good, my other daughter had the stuffed shrimp and wow it just melts in your mouth. However, I had the Po Boy with flounder and it was just ok. I've tasted better. We had an appetizer and it was good. The service is quick, friendly and very helpful. This is a great place to dine at. If you have a large party call ahead to make reservations. They have a small bar and no draft beer. All bottles only. I just logged into my bank account after I initially posted this. My bill was $129.30, and I provided a $20.70 tip. Apparently, after they went to put the tip on that it was declined. When I reviewed the bank statement it showed $179.30 was taken out. I spoke with the manager Amy, and she stated that they had an issue with the card and attempted it several times. I contacted my bank, and they put my card on hold. Due to the reason, they attempted it 8 times. This locked my card, and I will not be able to use it until this afternoon. Amy said they will reimburse me the $29.30. If you're traveling out of town be cautious of what comes out of your account. This is the second time this has happened to me this week at another place of business. read more

We stopped in after viewing the Christmas lights at Brookgreen Gardens and were very happy. The She Crab soup was delicious. We also had Fish Tacos and the Cuban which were very good too. The service was great. We will definitely go back next time we are in the area. read more

We have eaten here before. On our October visit. I did like it then. I ordered the low country stew that was wonderful In October. This time the rice was no where near done. It was hard. The coating on the chicken fingers was dark and they were just ok. The shrimp and grits was OK but not very seasoned. Disappointed because we really liked this place in October. read more

It's rustic, and the parking is a bit confusing. But it's among my favorite seafood restaurants anywhere. The fried seafood platters are superb. But the star of any meal at Graham's Lansing is the she-crab soup. It is consistently the best I've ever had, and I've tried dozens from Emerald Isle to Hilton Head. We met with one of my teachers from my high school days at Graham's Landing and had a table reserved on the outside deck. The view of the landing in the marsh was fantastic but unfortunately our table wasn't a high top table like all of the others on the deck so we had to stand if we wanted to see the beautiful view. The server was very friendly and informed us of the specials and the drinks were good. I had the blackened snapper on special which was tasty but a little over cooked for my liking. My friend had the smoked prime rib which he said was ok but not great and my wife had the ribeye. My wife's ribeye had a nice char and was cooked well but it was thinner than what you'd expect for the price. She thought the green beans that she got with it were horrible and she wasn't impressed with the potatoes. The place was ok and I'll definitely give it another shot but I would try something else on the menu the next time. read more

I cannot say enough good words about Graham's Landing. My girlfriends and I visit Myrtle Beach/ Murrells Inlet about 3-4 times per year. The first time I ate here, I got a BLT and it was SCRUMPTIOUS. The Second time I ate here I decided to kick it up a notch and go for the local clams on linguine... Oh. My. Clams. In my mind I thought to myself, "This, THIS is the meal I will request if I ever go on Death Row." I am not kidding people. The second time I ordered the local clams on linguine was EVEN. BETTER. I was nervous to order it, and it not stand up to my beliefs the first time I ate it. Nope, it was absolutely delicious and I finished every crumb on my plate. The linguine is cooked perfectly al dente, the clams are unbelievably fresh, and the whole thing is paired with this beautiful white wine and lemon garlic sauce. Not too much lemon or garlic, everything was so perfectly balanced I could not believe it. I pair it with a Moscow Mule, mixed to perfection. Every time I come down I visit Graham's Landing to eat this wonderful meal and I am happy for weeks afterward. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant. It took quite a while to get someoneto take our order. After ordering, we waited a long time. The waitress finally brought our appetizer and salads out and apologized for the wait. She said they had lost our order. We then waited for for our food. She came out again and said they were out of crab balls so our order had to be adjusted. Our food finally arrived. But unfortunately, it was not good. The fried seafood did not have a good flavor. The grilled seafood was just average. Everything on the platters were just thrown together in a big mess. It was a very unappetizing presentation. The waitress did take 10% off of our check. Food is a joke, they brought out their signature dish Shrimp and grits and it looked like grits in a soup with baby shrimp. The rib eye steak came in 3 pieces as if they took someones left over and made a dish. I just think people are used to frozen dinners and they have no taste buds. read more

Although I have been to this restaurant many times and enjoyed it, today was not that experience. I had a bowl of she crab soup which typically is very good, but it was served cool. I ordered a side of fried flounder and it was cold, and instead of being served a fillet, it was more scrambled and in small pieces. My husband ordered a specialty salad and instead got a small Caesar with chicken. His soup was cool as well. The highs were we were seated promptly and after a delay of being served the hostess came back and got us a beverage. The restaurant was clean and well spaced. Stumbled upon this gem after a day at Huntington Beach State Park. I'd like to first say that the staff respected it's customers. All staff wore masks and if they had it off and you approached they would immediately put it on. Can't tell you how much our party appreciated that. Let's get to the good stuff. The food. Amazing! Had fried pickles, shrimp boil and she crab soup for apps. The shrimp in the boil was cooked to perfection. Shrimp can be very tricky but they have it DOWN! She crab was a tad too sweet for our tasting, pretty sure it was due to that fresh crab meat. Entrées we got Shrimp and Grits, Lump Crab Cakes and Chicken Tenders. All three were exceptional. The chicken tenders were 100% made there, no frozen junk. The breading was delicious and flavorful. Crab Cakes had lovely flavor, no bread crumb filler here. Great size too! Shrimp and Grits. My goodness. Probably the best I've ever had. Large plentiful shrimp, deep flavors in the sauce and andouille with that perfect heat at the end. Dessert we got cheesecake and the Bourbon Pound Cake. Cheesecake was pretty good but the pound cake. Phenomenal. Great bourbon flavor and the pecans inside were a treat. If you're in the area and looking for fantastic food and a great waitstaff look no further. You'll be over the moon you landed at Graham's Landing. read more

Graham's use to be my favorite restaurant but since he opened his Georgetown location the quality seems to be going down. I ordered the Grouper special and it was over cooked. After three years of dining there I would like to see more options for sides than the green beans, fried grits and twice baked potato. Service was not great the last two times also. I like time between my salad and dinner. Not happy when I'm still eating my salad and dinner comes out. The service at the bar use to be excellent but my favorite bartender left. He use to put my salad in a larger bowl. The normal salad bowls are so small when you cut anything salad falls out. I would like to see the owner pay more attention to quality and service at this location. read more

Yum. Always get the special, it is sooo worth it. My favourite dish from this place is the herb encrusted fish of the day. I have had it with 2 different types of fish and it was amazing each time. Staff is very friendly and try hard. The interior is pleasant enough with ample booths. The flies outside were relentless and they didn't have bug zappers or anything to repel them. So we moved inside. The menu promises a lot, but the kitchen fails to deliver. Every course disappointed. The fried calamari at the start with fried banana pepper rings was the sole exception. The salads = awful. The twice baked potatoes = dry, weird, and not fresh. The cocktails = weak. The shrimp was way too heavily seasoned. The scallops were okay but not hot. My wife ordered stuffed shrimp and they were an abomination. The stuffing was half-a-teaspoon dollops dropped on top of each shrimp as an afterthought. The temperature of almost everything was not hot. Even the corn on the cob seemed days old. Not a good experience. Given their many reviews we came away extremely disappointed. read more

They make a big deal out of letting you know they charge extra for additional sauces, but don't tell you what your sauce options are ahead of time (my wife was given one tartar and one cocktail for her shrimp and scallops basket, and she would have been happy with two cocktail sauces). Omg what a great find. After a disastrous situation up the street at another establishment our party ended up here for dinner and it was hands down the best meal of the week. We were a party of 9. The service and staff could not have been more courteous and helpful. The sweet teas were Always full and the beers were always Cold. We had the shrimp boil for an appetizer. To say the shrimp were fresh would be an understatement. They were amazing. The calamari app was also very good. The blackened grouper was a big hit for dinner as well as the other seafood dishes that were ordered. The low country stew was also a fam favorite. If you are planning a trip to Murrells Inlet and to the Marshwalk, drive the few extra minutes south to eat here. It's less expensive than the restaurants on the walk and definitely better service and quality as well. read more

We've eaten here 3 times now and really like the place. Really good prices for their really good food! A lot of their menu items are also smoked on the Big Green Egg. I love their crab cakes ..... so yum! The fried shrimp are also a big "Win Win" for me. The Prime Rib is also great. I ordered Medium Rare... but I usually order a Medium and wish I had done that. I do wish they had some cheese and chives for the baked potatoes. They have twice baked potatoes, but I'm not a fan of sour cream. They have outdoor seating and are pet friendly! . There's also a dock outside that my granddaughter enjoyed crabbing with some other kids. And they take reservations. I highly recommend this place. Went for dinner with the wife and kids. The prices are reasonable and the food is good. We got the catfish bites as an appetizer and felt that it was the most flavorful of the items we got. This would be a definite repeat order. We also split the she crab soup. It was deliciously sweet and creamy and worth the purchase. I got the oyster po boy sandwich and was pleased. It was $9 and well executed. I always enjoyed fried oysters and the sandwich had the right blend of savory, crunchy fried food with the sweetness of the oysters. As an added bonus, the fries were salted with flakey salt which was a nice small touch that added to the experience. My wife got the flounder tacos and it was nothing special, but enjoyable. Again, $9 which was quite reasonable. Because the meals were so affordable, we were able to get the appetizer and soup and I enjoy getting a variety of things. We sat out on the back patio which features a view of the inlet. It was a beautiful night and the atmosphere was enjoyable -- except for the dozens of flies swarming around. I won't fault them for this or reduce the rating, but it did detract from the meal. Although the patio had a couple of fans to keep the air flowing, the flies were just so numerous it couldnt be helped. We eventually poured ketchup on a napkin and laid that on the other side of the table as a distraction. Like I said, not their fault, but something to bear in mind. There's definitely a reason they have signs posted that read "Be Kind, Be patient." You will need some patience as the service is quite slow and even if you ask to be seated indoors you just may get sat outside anyway. But...the people are very kind and the food was very good. read more

Tried this place while on vacation. The French Dip Quesadilla was awesome! My husband got the hot ham and cheese. His sandwich was good but there was very little ham on the sandwich. It was a lot more bread than anything. Our friends food was also delicious. We sat outside on the back porch where it was really chilly and big fans blowing on you. Once the fans were turned off the outside was much nicer. The service was not up to par but that is unfortunately expected anymore at restaurants. The wait was long and they gave their servers time to catch up before sitting us. We were cool with that. Our waitress was nice but super tired. The people next to us did not have a friendly or attentive waitress. I would definitely try this place again as the menu had several items I wanted to try. We went late so we will go earlier on our next trip. Worth a shot! read more

Overall good experience. Parking is challenging. The food and atmosphere are good. The she crab soup was a little thin, but made up for it with nice chunks of meat. I had a grilled shrimp and scallop basket. It tasted great, but looked a little skimpy. I think fried would have looked fuller. But I prefer grilled. And it was super tasty. Graham's feels right for Murrells Inlet. There's a certain feel that has to do with the wood interior and the salty but clean smell and the way the sound carries. I don't know exactly what it is, but Graham's has it. It's not quite perfect, but I'm not sure the perfect I'm looking for exists anymore, so I'm going to err on the side of 5 stars instead of 4. read more
