Toasted everything bagel with tuna and lettuce and tomato
    Rachel B.

Delicious, fresh bagels with the usual options, and some prepared foods: salads, treats etc. The tuna was really yummy with celery and onion, and I got lettuce and tomato with a pickle on the side. It was a giant sandwich! My Mom got the veggie tuna, which she loved!! Service was good and quick, and there's a few tables to sit at. Only downpoint is the music was a bit loud if you want to chat with someone or on the phone.

Gramercy Bagels is so tasty & delicious! A must-stop to grab a bagel for breakfast. I don't know how a simple bagel at this place can taste so much better than anything I can find in Los Angeles. But yes this bagel hits the spot if you are a fan of it! I tried their Lox creation and it was so good. They do not skimp on the cream cheese and other ingredients. It is worth it and a great try.

Update: after trying more of my assorted bagel pack, I have to note that they have EXCEPTIONAL fruit bagels: cranberry walnut/blueberry/cinnamon raisin. The general sweetness of all the bagel doughs make these very tasty! In the savory, not so much (neither here nor there).

Perfect NY bagel spot. Great sandwiches too. But my bagel and cream cheese was exactly the NY experience I was looking forward too.

Really friendly service and really tasty bagels with a ton of options! Definitely on the pricier side, with a bagel with cream cheese priced at over 6 dollars! Crazy, but still tasty and fun vibes!

Bagels here, but a paltry selection and too expensive. Gramercy Bagels is yet another locally owned bagel place. It's located in Gramercy of course, at the corner of Gramercy Park and Third Avenue. Finding it shouldn't be a problem. Ordering and receiving what it is you want will be though. Comfortable looking inside. It also has a few tables outside. They look like a basic setup. Order a bagel. Then order spreads and toppings. Problem is, they're out of everything. The last time here they didn't have any poppyseed or sesame. Also the bagels are just okay, and they're too expensive to just be okay. It's about $6 for a bagel with a spread. They have some good spreads though. I like the flavors of tofu vegan cream cheese. There's many other places besides this to get it though so why come here. It overall is pretty average. Many things here you can find in other places. The prices are better in these other places as well.

I love this place - quick and easy bagel stop. Lots of options and always hot and fresh! The coffee is great too. Best breakfast on the go and totally affordable

One of the best cures for my emotions is a chunk of carbs, and this bagel shop did not disappoint. I must admit, I indulged in a full dairy cream cheese even though I forgot my lactaid. It was a true depression bagel, and the indigestion later on was worth it. When it comes to bagel preferences, I will always be an egg bagel stan. They are so much softer and don't scratch my mouth like other bagels tend to do. I recently had a blueberry cream cheese bagel from this shop, and it was one of the fluffiest bagels I've had in a while. I could even taste little micro chunks of real blueberries in the cream cheese. It was a small detail, but it made my experience all the more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this bagel shop for anyone looking for a comforting and satisfying experience.

Not exactly generous with the garlic

Decent dough, but looking at the garlic bagel it was hard for me to tell the difference between that and a plain bagel (see my pic)...is cost accounting running this place?....they do have La Colombe coffee and decent seating which is why I'm giving them a generous 3...maybe they have a blind guy behind the counter who picked out my bagel?

Once a week we get bagels for our team in the office. Thursday is our bagel day now since most people work from home of Friday's. These bagels are gigantic and the spreads are always good. Can't comment on the orders getting messed up as we've been getting the same order for the last ~5 years. Delivery shows up on time and as ordered.

Needed a quick bite so stopped in. The chocolate muffin was drier than a popcorn fart. The bagels looked better and had a nice taste to them. They have all of the heavy hitter breakfast items so you can't go wrong. I would probably try another spot when in the area again. Nothing is drawing me back to gramercy bagels.

This was my first time seeing one with roasted duck though. Just a heads up that the street felt a bit sketchy even though it's near the edge of Chinatown. We were unfortunately harassed by someone outside of the store and ended up giving him a few dollar bills... *Chinese Sausage Mala Wrap $10 ** The lap cheong was spread so evenly throughout that I got some in almost every bite. The mala aioli was quite spicy, but not overpowering or lingering. The crispy shallots added such a nice crunch too which I loved! *Duck Tsangwich $16 I was quite surprised that the roast duck skin stayed crispy! The crackly cookie topping could've been thicker since it was pretty flat. They give you chili oil on the side, but it was already super flavorful with the hoisin sauce. Only thing I wished for was more cucumber and scallion to help balance out the richness.

Ever since my husband introduced me to this place almost a decade ago, I've been in love with their sandwiches. The chicken parm is definitely my favorite because there's nothing better than a hot sandwich on a cold day. Their chicken cutlet portions are always generous. We used to get them on their round semolina bread which was absolutely amazing, but unfortunately they don't make the round semolina anymore. If you want a sandwich that earns your loyalty over decades, Parisi Bakery & Deli is that place…read more I've been eating sandwiches here for as long as I can remember, and the remarkable thing is how nothing has slipped--not the quality, not the care, not the magic. Every visit reminds you why Parisi has survived since 1903 while trends and neighbors came and went. Let's talk about The Dennis--the undisputed star and a true signature sandwich. This thing is a monster, built on Parisi's legendary fresh-baked bread that somehow stays crisp, chewy, and perfect no matter how much goodness gets piled inside. You get a crispy breaded chicken cutlet layered with thin-sliced prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, and (if you know what you're doing) roasted red peppers. It's all brought together with their house balsamic blend and basil herb spread/pesto--bright, savory, and completely addictive. I cannot confirm or deny that the sandwich is named after me, but I can confirm it's flawless. Pro tips: * Cash only, old-school rules apply. * Come hungry or plan ahead--this sandwich is big enough to share or save half for later, and it still eats beautifully round two. * Tip the sandwich makers. These folks are artists, and the tip box deserves some love. Beyond the food, Parisi is living New York history. From its origins as an Italian bakery on Mott Street, to feeding generations of locals, to being famously beloved by Frank Sinatra (yes, the bread was shipped to California), this place is woven into the fabric of Little Italy/Nolita. Legends like De Niro and Scorsese are fans, and you can still feel that old-world soul--right down to the original brick oven relic resting in the basement. Parisi isn't just a deli. It's continuity. It's tradition. It's proof that when you do one thing incredibly well for over a century, people keep coming back. And once you've had The Dennis, you will too.
