There's just something different about eating freshly grilled beef. The marinades added a slight char and sweetness to the beef. I liked that they described what each sauce was in the menu book, it was helpful for me to figure out which to choose. There were also dipping sauces (shoyu, ponzu and spicy) on the table and I liked the shoyu one the most. Somehow, Dallas BBQ can sell banging meals for decent price. I think that this is even cheaper than some SoCal BBQ places for the amount of food we receive.
