This place is amazing! Great selection!! The buffet is absolutely huge. They are always super busy, but there is never a lengthy wait.

I used to like coming here, but now I feel like the quality and the taste of the food has dramatically dropped in authenticity. Either it is too plain and bland or it tastes as if it was sitting out for hours. I've been going to this place for years and I will continue going. Recently I've just been getting their sushi and soup; which I find delicious. The rest of the food is pretty good. Typical buffet not great and not awful. You can forget the crab legs for dinner. Every time They have them there's always a few asshole families that think it's ok to take them all. Welll it's a lot of food but not good quality food! It's a buffet so I will go easy on them. The hibachi was closed on a Thursday late afternoon at 5:30. The service was good all that is expected is to pick up dishes and keep the drink cup full. They do that but the staff who all seem to be Asian are constantly yapping in what I believe is Mandarin. They are loud and it's constant to the point of annoying. Suggest to all do not get seated by the staff station or within 50 feet of it :-) The food was mostly bland and over cooked, while there is a lot of food the variety is poor. The ribs tasted sour, the vegetable rice was tasteless and the desert selection poor for a $12.00 buffet! This is and will be a one shot place for me. read more

I have been here many many times. And I will go back many times more. I find the food here to typically be fresh and hot. There are so many selections you won't get to eat everything. There salad bar leaves much to be desired but who goes to a Chinese buffet for salad. I give it 4 stars because I would like to see their dessert section be a little bigger. First of all, I'm generally not a big fan of buffets since the quality of the food tends to be substandard with the exception of the Japanese/Chinese buffet chain Todai here in Ca. I'm not sure about other locations. Well, my husband found this place in some tourist magazine and after a debate about how we should go to the place the lady at the hotel said was wonderful nearby right by the beach instead of there, he told me no as he was hungry and wanted to get his moneys worth. As much as I hate to admit this, I'm glad that I listened to him this time as this buffet was actually one of the better ones that I've been to period. First of all, the selection is huge and they have all kinds of different ethnic dishes available from your standard pizza, (not bad), salads, mac and cheese, tiny tasteless desserts to wonderful items such as stuffed crab mushrooms. They were huge and quite good! Yum! Also, they had some fried ball thing with sugar on top in the non desert section. Interesting. It was basically like eating a donut without sugar on the inside but with sugar on the outside. I loved it! My diet went to hell on this vacation, especially here, lol! They also had onion rings (just OK) to Chinese food, Italian dishes, seafood, lots of salads, and most of all, a great selection of FRESH good fruit like giant red grapes. It wasn't seedless though. They also had kiwi, watermelon slices, pineapple slices, oranges, and bananas with some strawberry glaze on it. They also had frozen yogurt but I didn't try that. The selection of food and the quality of it for an all you can eat buffet is great. This location is in a huge shopping center so parking shouldn't be a problem. Next door is a big Mexican market that sells both Mexican and American products and the prices for produce there are pretty cheap for the great quality, but that is for a different review. Generally, when you think of buffets you think of gross, greasy Chinese food. That's how I viewed this place until I came here recently. Boy, was I wrong. GO ON A WEEKEND. Of course there's the typical Chinese food and then they have pizza, macaroni, baked salmon, etc. BUT on weekends there's oysters, clams, crawfish (drool), whole blue crabs, and more! But mainly, I just eat the seafood listed above. Surprisingly enough, the seafood's fresh! I've never gotten sick eating here, and you can generally tell when seafood isn't good. The crawfish is the best in my opinion. Don't waste your time eating anything BUT the seafood. The service is always attentive and they're pretty good at clearing your plates off the table. read more

Best buffet in SW Florida (to date). But I think the search for one may be over. This place is clean and friendly. The food was plentiful. Lots and lots of variety and the staff was very diligent in making sure all the food was stocked, including the crab legs. Not once was the tray empty while we were there. The raw meats and seafood for the grill were kept in refrigerated trays and the sauces were very good. Most buffets we go to, by the time we go up for our 2nd plate, we find it hard filling it up due to lack of variety. Not the case with Grand Buffet. There were many things still to try but we were so stuffed.... If you are looking for a good chinese buffet, this place is about as good as you're gonna get. read more

Oh, Grand Buffet... as a vegetarian you do not have a whole lot for me to eat, but for $14.99 a head for dinner I can't complain too much. This is essentially a Chinese/Asian buffet, but with some strange additions... like french fries and onion rings. There was also a bit of a salad bar as well as a sushi station, but for the most part it's Chinese. They have a decent dessert selection including a soft-serve ice cream machine. At the end of the day, though, most people are here for the crab legs. Every time a new batch came out, a feeding frenzy would ensue and within 2 minutes the tray would be empty again. I saw people with plates of crab carnage 8" high. Grand Buffet is certainly not the best buffet I've ever been to... but it's definitely not the worst. And it probably IS the cheapest. read more

This is a typical Chinese Buffet. Not bad but not the best. The sushi actually was fresh so it was worth the money. The hibachi was very limited and slow without a lot of flavor. For the price, it's not bad. read more

Read the other reviews, they're right on... THE BEST Naples Buffet, bar none.... and truth be known, my husband and my "go to" restaurant. No kidding; we're there 2 x's per week. There is a HUGE selection of food, from fried, to fresh, to American, Chinese, fruits, veggies, all kinds of meats, deserts. You have the option of having your food sauted by the "chef" as well. Most of all, (and this is HUGE for me; aught to be for you too :-)) this buffet is CLEAN (as clean as any buffet can be -- staff constantly on it, to insure sanitary nature), and the STAFF is the BEST. (we've actually become friends with the owners and many of the wait staff as well... "good people.") Oh, did I mention too, that the price is SO reasonable, (and beyond) that you couldn't even come CLOSE to being able to buy the same foods if you were to buy them on your own??? We have gone here a few times. Always just -- ok. Now it has really gotten awful. Literally inedible. I started with Chinese ribs- tough, cold, greasy and off tasting. Next was coconut shrimp-- all breading and tasted so. Spring roll was cold and not crispy- tasted of something- not sure what but it was not pleasant. So figured just have soft serve and leave---- but--- soft serve was like liquid and unable to form a swirl to go in cone- but looked like soup in the bowl. Absolutely inedible. I wrote "worst food ever" on my charge receipt -- watched manager look at it---- said nothing. Perhaps it was best not to say anything. Stay away. read more

Best Buffet in Naples. Huge buffet with everything you could ever want. Food leans Asian, but they have everything. Dinner food is more expensive with crab and seafood. Lunch is cheaper by a couple bucks but has a little big less fresh seafood. Overall quality of food is average for a buffet. Worth a trip. read more

I have been going to the Grand Buffet for years. I went last night 1/24/20, to discover some not so "Grand" changes. As of 1/26/20, The Grand Buffet will no long have Crab Legs. Also I have noticed a steady change of items on the buffet selection of lessened quality to include sushi and no more soft serve ice cream. So I am saddened to say that last night will be my last visit to the Not So "Grand" Buffet. It is just now another cheap buffet option. read more

been coming here for awhile now. the server only brought us waters the entire stay. we still tipped 20% as we work in food as well so we know how it's like. the server straight up demanded us to give her a larger tip. that is extremely unprofessional. especially when all she ever did was bring waters. not sure how this place is even still running. not to mention everything was just gross there. it's really gone downhill, we used to go there all the time. i'm glad this was the last trip there. read more

Yes, the food is good and plentiful. But we feel we were taken advantage of. We have been going there for our eighth year. I guess we never went there on a Friday night because at $16.99 per person we wouldn't have gone. O.K. this is our fault for not reading the price board. We spoke to the manager. We explained to him that although we missed the pricing for a Friday night, maybe we could have some consideration for coming in 5 minutes after 4pm (as he pointed out) and we didn't eat any of the dinner items (which the waitress could confirm). He would give no consideration. But he also failed to tell us 70 year olds that they offer a 10% senior citizen discount (which has never been offered in our 8 years patronizing here). my best friend and I came to Grand Buffet on a Wednesday night, not expecting much but leaving very satisfied. the food is hot and fresh, and the sushi selection was nice. the sashimi/tuna&salmon nigiri were not the best but they still tasted fine and settled with the stomach well. this is hard to come by with sushi/Chinese buffet/ I'm very glad we decided to stop in for a very valuable and delicious meal. This place is okay, nothing especial really. The food was decent for a buffet. The waitress was friendly and helpful. Crab legs are available on the weekends only. Be prepared to wait online for crab legs to come out of the kitchen!!! If you have more than four people in front of you, you will end up waiting for another tray of crab legs to come out because people just pile them on their plates. The wait will take another 15 to 20 minutes. For the amount of money customers are paying for this buffet on weekends, this shouldn't be the case. Customers shouldn't have to wait for food to come out of the kitchen period. read more
