This is a pricey Chinese buffet restaurant but relatively affordable in Naples, FL. As a visitor year after year, I do see a slight decrease of the quality in seafood such as the oysters and the mussels. However, I would still recommend this buffet because of the unbeatable selections of food and the nice sushi bar. Our waitress yelled at my parents for not leaving a tip (and I had left a big one for both of us on my check). They yelled it across the restaurant and made a huge scene. This is after not refilling our drinks a single time so they're lucky they got anything from me. Me and my family have been here previously on our trips to the Naples area. The food is always good. Definitely go to build your own hibachi station. It has lots of fresh meat and vegetable options. There is this one lady that's always telling you don't forget my tip. How much you give me for tip. The rest of the waitress are wonderful. But for some reason the food is always cold when I go. My father, boyfriend, younger sister, and I went here and it was disgusting. The food was cold and hard to eat! Default Chinese all you can eat buffet. If you're starving, after a full day on the water and want to stuff your face, where else would you go, but a Chinese buffet. This specific buffet is very large and has a lot of seating. The waitresses are really nice and always filling our water and picking up our plates, right when we finish. They have a large array of different foods from Louisiana crawfish to the typical sweet and sour chicken. They have a sushi station, hot foods, make your own stir-fry station and a lot of "fresh" seafood options. Pretty average. Nothing out of this world, but still pretty good. The one downside is that the ice-cream machine was broken. Let's face it, buffet desserts are gross and their unlimited ice-cream is their only saving grace. That was a really big letdown. Worse Chinese buffet I have ever experienced! We arrived at 840pm and were informed that it closed at 930pm which was fine. What they never told us that they stopped cooking food at 8pm so all the food on the buffet was cold and was not replenished. They had also started cleaning so there was kitchen staff mopping the floors with really strong bleach all round the buffet tables. Floors were swimming and there was no wet floor signs. We told the manager we were not happy and after pretending she wasn't the manager and that she couldn't understand us she took $9 off the $29 bill - total joke! So I went there with my mom and I ran into the worst, most disgusting and counter in any restaurant ever. Besides the usual Chinese there was a large variety of sea food and some "American items". All were at the proper temperature, tasty and quickly refilled. Service was fine for a buffet. I eat here many times for lunch. Its just your average Chinese buffet. The atmosphere here isn't special. I got to admit. The buffet is pretty big. The whole restaurant it self is big. Food there is 3/5. The muscles there are good. Not amazing but good. My favorite thing to get there is fryed shrimp. They look like chicken nuggets . There amazing. The food ain't bad here. But when you come in at like 12:30 for lunch the place is packed with family's and annoying kids. When its packed like that the service isn't to great. The place is very large and has a lot of seating. The waitress we had was great; we were charged for the lunch price even though it was after 4 pm so it was a great price. The selection of fruit and desert was large and tasted good. There was a huge selection of other foods ranging from Chinese dishes to sushi to American food. The only issue was that the food was cold. If the food had been hot, this would be much better. Not a good experience. If you like seafood you may find it ok. We came in looking for Chinese food and the quality was really poor. Egg rolls chewy and greasy. Boneless ribs filled with fat. Chicken with broccoli was average. Fried dumplings were horrible. Guy refilled the buffet right from giant cans of fruit poured on top of the old stuff. Two dinner buffets and two sodas came to $37.00. We gave the waitress $40 and she walked away, never to return. We waited awhile and then got up to walk away. Guess they tip themselves. We ordered beef chow mein and fried rice. Any Chinese restaurant should be able to make these two dishes perfectly. They are not difficult and pretty much standard fare. About the best I can say is that it was almost OK. Not good and not terrible but also not worth eating. We will not try them again.
