I went here for my Birthday Eve Dinner and Granville just never disappoint. We sat at the bar on a Wednesday night - Scout, our host was fantastic! We felt like the only people in the room as much as he checked on us!! The food is hands down 10/10! My hubby had the skirt steak for the first time and as much as I love my rainbow trout I wanted his steak. It was juicy, tender, non-fatty, and buttery (just look at my video)!! Now when it comes to ambiance the vibes is luxury and inviting. I wouldn't dress too casual for this restaurant- it deserves your Sunday best. The music level just right! Restrooms clean.

We decided to celebrate Easter with an early dinner at my favorite Granville, located in the charming Boho Arts District. I've visited a few of their locations, but this one really captures the artsy vibe that I love. Thankfully, we made reservations, as it wasn't too busy when we arrived.I always order the salmon, and it never disappoints. The addition of corn elevates the dish, making it incredibly flavorful. My boyfriend opted for the hummus pita, which he found to be a light and enjoyable meal. Although I didn't snap a photo of the artisan bread, I can assure you it melts in your mouth. I also highly recommend the Brussel sprouts, they're cooked to crispy perfection. (Sorry no picture ) Overall, it was a delightful dining experience! Would also be a perfect date night !

I stopped in and had lunch today at the bar. I enjoyed my meal. Chicken plate. The service could be better as I tried numerous times to get 3 bartenders attention when it was time to pay my bill but they were all chatting to each other for a lengthy time without looking in my direction. But I will still go again as it's a nice place and the servers were friendly and helpful.

I have been to Granville a couple of times and have had an enjoyable visit both times. My partner and I have stopped by here for drinks and appetizers before enjoying the rest of our evening and have been very pleased with the taste of the drinks and the attentive and friendly service. For a rather large restaurant, we haven't found ourselves having to wait around for staff to take our order or check-in on us which is always appreciated! I would recommend making a reservation to ensure seating as it seems to get busy Friday and Saturday evenings. Our recommendations for appetizers and drinks are: uptown mac and cheese, grilled cheese dipper, the palomita drink, and the whiskey sour drink (both of these drinks are pictured)! Overall, this is a cute restaurant bar if you're looking for a date night spot in the North Hollywood area!

Fantastic lunch at this location. Been to Granville in Woodland Hills and Burbank so knew this would be a good lunch. It was in fact a great lunch! My friend had the ahi poke bowl and I went with the Superfood Longevity Salad. My salad was delicious!!! I finished every bite and almost licked the plate clean haha.

Always perfect grilled salmon. I get the corn on the side. Mmmm

The best thing when you are going to meet up with someone for lunch is when they suggest Granville!!! The absolute most consistent restaurant on the planet. Every single time (and I go many times a week) the food is flawless, perfect, tasty, and the staff is friendly welcoming and helpful. The store always looks absolutely spotless and is such a vibe! The salmon was sooooooo goood! We had a great experience thank you as always!

Stopped by Granville (NoHo) for a quick bite with friends and had a great experience. Our server Rene was super sweet and gave awesome recommendations based on the kitchens speed, which helped since we were short on time. We ordered the steak taco trio and sweet potato fries. The fries were crispy and perfectly salted, and the tacos had great flavor with crispy onions and a light BBQ taste that worked really well. Beautiful, warm space with a great bar vibe. The parking was easy too (5250 structure a short walk and there's meters out front). We will definitely come back!

One of our new favorite restaurants. The food is always excellent and they have great service. I'm obsessed with the cucumber martini. My toddler loves the fries! It can be a bit noisy but it still has a cool vibe. My husband and daughter always get the skirt steak which has a delicious fire roasted flavor to it. See you next time, Granville!

Since I was forced to fly in to Cali for a paternity test. I decided to try this spot . Made reservations but didn't need them. The portions were great. The potatoes were actually seasoned. Food was 9 out of 10 but the jam with the toast was fire ! Definitely coming back if I'm ever in town

All of the staff was extremely friendly. Our server, Jenna, was amazing! She took extra care as we had questions navigating the menu. We ordered the Shakshuka and Wagyu Birria Brisket Breakfast Tacos as well the Granville Berry Lemonade, Black Cherry Tarragon craft soda, and Agave Vanilla Cream craft soda. Of the meals, the Shakshuka really shined! They grilled the sourdough to perfection and cooked the Shakshuka with care leaving it robust and full of flavor. We ate it up before thinking to take a picture for this review (sorry!). The Black Cherry Tarragon Soda has a unique herbal, borderline medicinal, flavor that I really loved (my partner wasn't the biggest fan, though, so your mileage may vary). The venue is lit with ample natural lighting in the morning for a chic and lively brunch atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience!

I came to Granville for the first time before seeing a movie screening. First off, this area of NoHo was super artsy. You'll find many murals on buildings, old school theaters and overall cool vibes. I was really impressed by this restaurant. You step in and are immediately transported into a very upscale and romantic atmosphere. The bar is the center piece and absolutely stunning. There are actually 2 levels to this restaurant and both the 1st and 2nd floors are equally beautiful. Even the bathroom was nice! Our server was very kind and helpful. We received A+ service. And, the food and drinks were delicious. They have fabulous cocktails and zero proof mocktails as well. I loved the butter lettuce cups...they had a bit of a kick and were really refreshing on a hot summer day. My friend ordered a sandwich and fries and the fries stole the show for me! They were seasoned to perfection and had the perfect crunch. Looking forward to coming back to Granville again soon!

Went for their 3 year anniversary specials recently (Congrats Granville)! Enjoyed their skirt steak and substituted my potatoes for fries. Also ordered their green drink and splurged on calories with their tasty ice cream dessert! My only compliant is trying to find parking there especially on the weekend!

The steak was a generous size, cooked appropriately medium rare, and came with a unique side of bone marrow salsa. That was a nice, interesting touch. Was it the BEST food I've ever had? You throw a birthday in the mix and there's a little pressure to make this the right kind of evening. The vibes were certainly not absent. There was the tastefully low mood lighting, and of course, the tunes of a scattered jazz jam session. We get to our seats and are told the place was designed to heighten and maximize the patrons' listening experience, no matter where they were in the establishment. The menu wasn't overwhelming from a volume standpoint. It screamed a curated adventure through a brand of Americana that knew it had ethnic roots on different continents. That's a cool prospect to dig into but knew we weren't going to order the whole menu. My wife and I were still feeling like we had to get our very first selections right though. More pressure. We started with the Hokkaido Milk Buns (super recommended) and the Wagyu Tartare. I'm such a poor sucker for bakery buns from an Asian grocery store. 99 Ranch has a lot of my money because it. These were perfectly fresh and airy. The sweet butter was a good sidekick, but with the right bread that sits with your soul, you never really need much for it. The tartare did taste as advertised. And more sexy bread in the toast! In this case, the toast was the sweet butter. You didn't need it. You could have spooned the tartare like it was ice cream, but you certainly didn't mind the brioche slices tagging along. There were our mains: Dungeness Crab Campanelle, and the Braised Lamb Pasta. We went back and forth about ordering a side of Roasted Carrots, but you only have one specific birthday to start your mid-thirties, so I opted for it. If you've been reading my reviews, you know I don't go out of my way for seafood. I'll have a bite. I'll be as openminded as a foodie should, but it won't be invited to my cookout. I didn't hate the campanelle. The miso and aji Amarillo peppers gave this a really familiar tuna casserole profile. My wife asked me not to tell anyone that. But it brought me back to my childhood, where even then, I was not crazy about seafood, but I was mature in my thinking enough to know the casserole was going to feed me. If you observed us that night, I might've snuck a couple of forked noodles to taste the roasted almonds and some of the uni residue with the cheesy tones. The lamb pasta was the richest, fullest flavor I've had for pasta in a while. The lamb was abundant and savory and lean, providing such a serious punch when supported by the padano. It was a smidge creamy, and greasy - optimally speaking. It had such a dark and cheesy-bitter personality. The charred green onions probably were in the mix more than I anticipated. Roasted root vegetables are just very satisfying potatoes, at the end of the day. The carrots ate more like fun, herbaceous fries, showered in a vinegar concoction. Loved it. The chumichurri and togarashi spices aligned for a peppery bite. The vinegar did give the carrots a pickled skin so it was helpful for cutting through the brightness of the crab campanelle and the boldness of the braised lamb. Verse took the pressure on the night and gave us food baby diamonds. I'd say we're encouraged to check out more of the supper club scene after our visit. If the bar was set at any place, it was for the sensibility of how the music pairs with the food. The strings and the particular pitter-pat on the drums kept us going. It kept us talking. It kept us eating.

It takes place mostly in their rear patio area and parking lot, but a good number of vendors were also in an adjacent air conditioned event room. They have a very small parking lot, but it was occupied by vendors during this event. Do not park in the parking lots of the adjacent businesses, as we were warned when entering the Tonga Hut that cars get towed regularly. There's plenty of street parking in the nearby neighborhood. Entering from the rear, there is a good sized covered patio with around eight benches. We went inside to check it out and grab a drink. The interior is fairly small with four good sized booths, a lounge area with a large J-shaped couch with several small tables, and around ten seats at the bar. It is dimly lit with some basic tiki décor, and has an old-school feel. They had a fixed cocktail menu for this event which is understandable. We stood in line at the bar for about ten minutes, got our drinks and went out to the patio. The bartender was friendly, and didn't seem flustered by the high volume of patrons. I had the Horned Beast O' The Celtic Sea (Oceanus Hibernicus Irish Malt, Jamacian Rum, House Made Falernum & Orgeat, Peach, Citrus, Dash of Cherry Heering, $13). She had the Leprechaun Grog (Three Rums, Lime, Grapefruit, Honey, Spice, Soda, $14). Both drinks were good, were served in souvenir plastic cups, and were a bargain at $13 to $14. If you ordered a drink containing Oceanus whiskey, the bartender gave you a gold coin and you could exchange it with the Oceanus representative on the patio for a free T-shirt. Durango Tacos was setup near the rear entrance for food. We had four tacos (two carne asada and two veggie), and they were good and reasonably priced. This was the first tiki marketplace we have attended. There were around twenty vendors with a good assortment of art work, tiki mugs, tiki clothing, tiki décor, and other miscellaneous items. I purchased a few nice tiki shirts which were a steal at $20 and $25. The vendors and visitors were all very friendly and in a festive mood. We hung out for about ninety minutes and had a good time. We will return at some point to try their regular cocktail menu and see what it's like on a non-event night.

We really enjoyed our Friday evening here! It's a beautiful bar/restaurant with quite the view of…read morethe surrounding area; the decor is open and upscale and it's great! The service was friendly and pleasant and prompt, and our food and wine were great. Absolutely will recommend and return!

Echoing what everyone else has been saying - the service is SO slow. It was about 45 minutes before we were able to order our second drink and our water glasses were empty. They have so many runners bringing the drinks out but only a few servers and, from the looks of it, one bartender (on a Saturday night - what?!). The server was saying he was trying to find a manager to help out but they were nowhere to be found. Clearly management is fine with these service times since they're still making $$$. The drinks were delicious, and I loved that there were heaters on the patio (though they did get very hot at times). Our server was so kind and brought us a celebratory drink. I do wish there were more explanations with the beverages, especially for the Paid Vacation as most people will not realize you're supposed to bite into the buzz button for the tingly sensation. I would come back, but need some time for my wallet to recover first, haha!

Ya'll, this here is a gem! You go in and there's none of that pretentious bs. Don't got to worry…read moreabout others judging you. Everyone is literally there to have a good time, doing their own thing. Like I want to say, this is a safe place (?) I don't think I've ever used those words to describe a bar before! There's an entire wall of board games for you to choose from. We played about 3 or 4 games? And each one had all the pieces, amazingly! This just goes to show you that the people that visit this establishment respect and care for the games, which is a reflection on the clientele itself. And of course, you're welcome to bring your own game as well. We got there a bit after opening so we were able to get one of the multi seater tables. When we left at 3PM, the place was packed! The bar seats were all taken and the outside seating was pretty filled too. So be sure to get here early if you're looking for a table. Got an order of the chicken tenders and sweet potato tots. The chicken tenders was alright. But the sweet potato tots were delicious! We also ordered drinks. The food didn't take long and the staff was friendly. Parking is strictly street parking. So don't go parking at the KFC lot next door. Honestly, this place is great! Check it out if you're looking for a spot to chill and hang out! Good people and good vibes all around!
