Ordered Uber Eats around 9-10 pm and ordered two High Voltages but only received one of them. Extremely upset because I was already in a bad mood today and this only made my day worse. I was able to refund my one drink though so everything is fine now but I probably won't be ordering from here anymore because of how expensive delivery already is and the long wait isn't worth not receiving the full order. Very disappointed. It was at the Custer location though not the Lakewood location but I am still very disappointed, regardless of the location the inconvenience came from. read more

Visit 1/16/2021, ordered hot vanilla latte with almond milk with temp to drink. Came just right! My daughter ordered the 13 moon energy drink, this drank also came perfect. Staff friendly and drinks made perfect to order and quickly. We had 3 drinks so they offered a drink tray which we took them up on. Not too busy, got right up to the window in no time. read more

It was delicious! The line outside was too long for my impatient sister to wait in (lol) so I had her park and I went inside and I'm glad I did! The place is small, but quaint. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the two girls who were working were very nice and greeted me well. The one making my coffee might have been new because she was being instructed on how to do everything, but it was no biggie! The wait time was about 8 minutes, it might have been longer, but I was Instagraming the place so I didn't notice. I absolutely hate gravity coffee not this location but this location surprised me because it has a walk-in area so I assumed that they would be better staff. There's a line wrapping around the outside of the building so you can't tell me that they're not staffing it because they don't have enough business because every time I go there there's tons of cars there's tons of people and there's nowhere near enough workers. I don't know if the people who own this business are incredibly cheap and refused to staff so they can make more money and work their workers to the absolute bone but I hate going to gravity coffee. Even worse than going to gravity coffee is trying to order gravity, coffee online and having a convenient delivery. They ignore all of their online orders. They quite literally do not make them in a reasonable timeframe. There could be absolutely nobody in line to get coffee and they could have online orders, and they will literally just sit there and not make them. I hate gravity, coffee I would never recommend it. and the ambience is terrible because they just lock the door and don't put a note up that they're doing drive-through only so you go stand at the door like an idiot waiting for someone to open it or maybe pay attention to you and no one does because their customer service sucks. OH AND they refuse to leave their phone on the hook so forget calling to ask what's going on read more

They had 3 minutes before closing but the cashier refused to serve and said they were closed. She very well knew that we had just gotten 4 coffee's and we needed more. I was really pleased with our first visit here and they make a really good iced white Chocolate Americano. They also have other fun kid drinks like kids cotton candy cream soda in fun reusable cups. They were out of a lot of the food options though. The service was really friendly and the shop was very Clean. I would recommend and return! read more

This is my go-to coffee place! I love the iced Americano and iced Lattes. The staff is friendly and is always attentive to the order. I appreciate the specials on refilling my card and free drinks. I drive from West Olympia at least 3 times a week to give them my business. The staff will often have someone come out to the drive through area to take orders, especially when there are more than 2 cars in line! read more

This is absolutely my FAV Gravity Coffee location! All of the girls there are so welcoming & friendly. Gravity has easily become my favorite. I always switch it up with coffee & mimosas, they have so many options & the baristas are great about giving recommendations too. They have some snacks there too bagels, cookies etc. convenient location, & I also love that this location has an inside coffee shop! Super convenient. I love Gravity, period. The coffee and tea is top notch. I usually get an iced London Fog. They definitely make this drink better than Sbux, or BigFoot. This location is quite bigger than the rest so its an ideal place to do homework in a chill environment. There are approximately 6 tables and only 1-2 that are 4 person tables so it's a bit snug, but compared to some of the other locations (that are drive-thru only) its nice to have a place to go in and sit down. One thing that's different about this specific location versus other coffee shops is they have this nook on one side of the inside that is like a padded bench seating with some throw pillows, etc. I didn't sit in that area when I went but, it's cool they have it. The BEST part is the free, unlimited wifi. You have to ask for the password, but easy enough. Will definitely go back! read more

This is by far my favorite coffee stop around the Tacoma Lakewood area but lately it has really been hit or miss, sometimes I'll go in and get great service and my coffee tastes amazing and other times they aren't paying any attention and they're more interested in gossiping about their coworkers and I feel like my 5 year old can make me a better cup of coffee. I absolutely love this coffee stand and so happy they opened a location near me. This location has a sit in area with chairs where anyone can come in and chill with friends, do homework, or a quiet place to be in. The baristas were so sweet and always offered to answer any questions you have about their coffee or what to even order. The coffee is just amazing. It is strong, rich flavor, not bitter, and the best I've had. One major flaw is if you don't like your coffee on the sweet side then this place is a no go, but a great solution is asking for it "half sweet" and it is perfect . I recommend for anyone who loves coffee or any drinks to stop by and give them a try. Their menu is not all coffee, they have sooo many various of drinks that are not coffee such as: teas, energy drinks, smoothies, fusions, and shakes. The espresso is a nice roast. Prices are a little on the high side. But I'd rather come here than Starbucks and support a local chain. While it's on a busy street, if you're trying to get out of town quickly for a wake up on a commute, it's on the wrong side of the road. Nice ambience inside, but it could use something to absorb the sound--it bounces terribly. Gravity had bold grand opening--free coffee for three days with donations going for ALS research. This location has been death for other coffee houses (the 3rd one in 7 years?); but Gravity is to be admired for giving it a good effort. Another plus...the coffee house itself is open later (10pm) than any coffee house in the area. They've done some things to distinguish themselves in a tight coffee market. Good for them. read more

Being from Maryland, I would have never thought that energy drinks could become so popular and diversely flavored as coffee could, but gravity coffee has proved otherwise. I was a bit hesitant to try the brightly colored drinks thinking they would taste a little weird with the cream or juice they're paired with, but it was amazing. I'm a big fruit lover and this definitely satisfied my taste buds and gave me a great energy boost for the day! The service was spectacular as well. I asked for the barista's opinion and they gave me a great suggestion (supernova) and it tasted outstanding! The girls were very understanding of my indecisiveness, which may have been frustrating (luckily there was no line at this hour). My husband was in a hurry to work so he went to gravity knowing that their coffee is great and service is fast. There was only one car in line and the barista took longer than 15 minutes to make one drink for the car in front of him. And when he got his coffee, it was disgusting. The coffee is great but the prices are crazy high. My drink consists of 4 shots of espresso, a splash of half and half, and a scoop of white chocolate. Put it in a cup over ice and call it a day! Gravity charges over $5 for this drink! That's bonkers! Starbucks charges $3.30, Big Foot Java charges $3.30, and even Fox Hollow and Cafe Elite are only $4.00. With so many other options in the area that also produce a tasty, high quality coffee (big foot, Fox hollow, cafe elite), there's no reason for me to come here because, while the coffee is good, it's not *that* good.
