From the initial call and all the way till the end, Great Wall Termite Control were a true professional. I found their price decent compared to other companies for the same service and came with 3 year warranty. I had dry rot termite several areas of the house and terrestrial termite along with fungus on foundation sill at a part of the house were we used to have garden next to I had several quotes and settled with GWTC. I spoke to Chester at the office and he was friendly, honest, and was able to provided a ball park estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. I had Dean C. as the inspector that came out for actual inspection the house and when over the findings. The GWTC uses another partner for the tenting/fumigation of the house and their crew was great also. I was provided contact for Lori and she was very responsive. The fumigation crew even helped out with any last minute pack up. The GWTC soil treatment guys were great. They explained if a certain places couldn't be drilled or treated due to under ground plumbing or electrical. I got my house back on time as promised. Don't bother with this new company. They seem to focus more on selling you their service than to actually do the inspection. Unprofessional with no experience and not covid aware. They'll sell you services you don't need or don't make sense like a whole house fumigation for a couple of spots which by the way they subcontract out. That explains their high price. I had them inspect my rental property I manage in Santa Clara County since they're in our venders list at the office and I wasn't pleased at all. Waste of my time driving out there. My colleagues who had also used them for wood repairs do not recommend them. They ended up having to call a general contractor to redo the work because they did not pull permits which is required for all wood repairs in Santa Clara County! Chester the owner came out to inspect my home a year ago and was referred by a Realtor whom I've worked with for a couple of houses. His inspection wasn't as thorough and he had missed a lot of damages I could've gotten compensated for from the seller. I brought up the issue to Chester and he basically beat around the bush trying to dodge the situation. He will deny everything like he will when he responds to this post and as if I am not a customer of his. They used Termidor to treat my termites and to my understanding from research that this product is poisonous and should not treat near my fruit trees but so he did. He seems to be new in the business so I tried giving him the support and probably wasn't the best decision. He drilled and trenched around and after patching the holes the concrete patch he used had sunken into the hole. He never came back to fix it. Not only that, the hole and patch was not circular. The holes were staggered as if he just wanted to get the work done quickly to move on to the next job. Looks awful but I went with it because he said it was the way to go. Probably over a hundred holes all around the outside of the house. Do your research before going with this company as they're not experienced at all compared to others. read more

They had every chance to make it right but failed every single time. The first visit by the inspector is great but once they've charged your card their service goes down hill from there. Good luck getting them out under warranty. Looks like they're understaffed to handle the many recalls. Termite treatment was not successful. Had Phillip and Gustavo, their only techs to do the work and they're sloppy. Chemical puddles at the injection site and patch work is terrible. Floor is dirty. Maybe a bit more training? I wanted to go with fumigation at first but later to find out they subcontract with another company which had terrible reviews damaging roofs and stealing things so we decided to do the local treatment with them which was a mistake all around. Perhaps they're not well experienced in this industry. Not recommended at this time. read more
