I hate I even had to go back there after my absolute regretful purchase of this car in the first place. The first second I am able to trade this car in I'll be done with KIA and NISSAN of Matteson for good. We've spent hundreds of thousands on 4 vehicles between both of them. It would take days going into detail so I'll save that for when I get a call from corporate with my documentation.

It still couldn't pass emissions... Keep saying don't worry I'll take care of it. Each time it was $300, $260, 250... And then 240 but the last time I only paid him the 200 because he asked for it up front... For parts and said he would have it done in one day, a Sunday.... 10 days later I found my vehicle with the door wide open at 10p.. Key in the ignition, and turned... Windows down and Rained in! All along he made my van worse saying he fixed things including brakes but instead he just made things worse and he was driving my van around town it was not drivable when he was done and had to be towed to a legitimate shop owned by a knowledgable and honest mechanic! Garry Rivera acknowledges he was wrong and owes me money but every weeks promises to pay but never does! He makes his money but doing shotty work for someone buying cars at auctions and then resells them! Heaven help anyone who comes into contact with the cars he is putting out on the road! This is a last resort ... This man has children that go to high school with mine. Shame on you Garry!

They take such great care of me as a vehicle owner, and my vehicle itself. They have taken care of every oil change I've gotten since I purchased. What a savings! I appreciate the car washes after my oil changes, the burst of air freshener when my vehicle is returned to me, as well as all the other little accommodations and perks that come along. The customer service in general is always FLAWLESS. It's been a no hassle situation since I purchased. I would be lying if I said I wasn't happy with choosing South Suburban Mitsubishi for my vehicle choice. Would I recommend to anyone.... 1000%

We were at the dealer standing in front of the jeep when they responded they no longer had that car. When we told them we were standing in front of it, they said it was for sale and was going to the auction. This was late October. It is now January and the jeep is still on their lot. If the alignment is off, you can't tell, if the cruise control doesn't work, the brakes are spongy, the idle falters, you won't know until after the purchase. The employee said it is a newer car and not like a built camaro. Obviously he doesn't know they are still producing camaros and 2002 is not a newer car. I don't trust a place that wants you to spends tens of thousands of dollars on a vehicle but won't let you test drive it. What are they hiding I wonder.

I hired Montway to transport my personal vehicle to another state as part of my move…read more Because the shipping cost was high enough to exceed my credit card limit, Montway proposed splitting the payment: a deposit by credit card and the remaining balance in cash. I agreed to this arrangement. I was also told that paying the balance in cash would qualify me for a discount. However, as soon as I provided my credit card information, communication completely stopped. Instead of charging only the agreed deposit, Montway charged my credit card for more than the full agreed amount without my authorization. As a result, my credit card exceeded its limit. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact Montway by phone and email, but I have received no meaningful response. The only emails I continue to receive are automated messages demanding that I approve my credit card payment. To be fair, the carrier that Montway assigned was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job transporting my vehicle. They are not responsible for this issue. My complaint is entirely about Montway's billing practices and customer service. It is also concerning that the transportation proceeded normally while the payment dispute remained completely unresolved. At this point, I genuinely don't know how to resolve the situation. I expected clear communication and honest billing, but instead I was left with an overcharged credit card and no way to get answers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Montway.
