Have you ever been at a mall but instead wished you were at a used car sales lot, or maybe a timeshare presentation? Fear not, because now you can! Simply step inside to green biotics and be subject to high pressure sales tactics by sleazy snake oil salesmen attempting to sell you fantastically overpriced skincare items that don't work and you don't need. And if you make the dumb mistake of actually being harassed into purchasing such products, be aware they will make sure that getting your money back is more painful than a root canal. I went in to the store on a Wednesday for a "complimentary facial." I wish I never stepped foot inside the store and I definitely wish I had never purchased any of the products. When I got home my face had become red and itchy where they had applied their highly touted eye cream. I called the store the next morning and told them I would like to return the unused and unopened items. They didn't want to refund my money. I went back to the store on Friday to return the items and they gave me the runaround directing me to call a number that leads to voicemail and still refused to give me a refund. This place is a scam, plain and simple. They will say whatever it takes to get you to buy something and refuse to give a refund. This place is a SCAM. They sell "facials" but what actually happens is they bring you to the back of their facility which is like a big storage room and try to sell you their $6,000 handheld red light therapy machine and solicit you while they use their device. I had just given birth and was looking forward to some alone R and R. They actually charge you for about 10 mins of them practicing their device on you and then you have to listen to a 30 min sales pitch. Literally a nightmare. It's also not done by an aesthetician, it's a sales rep for their device so that was scary since they are advertising "facials". To cherry on top, she actually took 3 personal phone calls while trying to sell me the product. Horribly weird experience here. Felt extremely uncomfortable. I went to the bathroom at Cheesecake Factory and washed my face with the bathroom soap because the back room they brought me to looked so unclean that I started to think that there may be a chance that the machine may have not been cleaned and got really freaked out. I've seen this kind of cosmetics scam before; would advise staying well away from this establishment. Got roped in by a soft-spoken salesman with a noticeable Israeli accent. He insisted he show my an exfoliant and moisturizer and wouldn't take no for an answer when I politely refused. The exfoliant he claimed could remove dead skin, and after applying it to my hand, he showed what he claimed were flecks of my dead skin. This is false advertising; I am aware that these products contain polymers that ball up upon application, giving the appears of flecks of dry skin. Plus, all epidermal skin cells are "dead" already, so the argument didn't hold water. He then applied a moisturizer, it seemed to work, but the price highly exceeded the quality, and being familiar with this company's business model, I knew their products were subpar. Naturally, the salesman continued to insist I "treat myself", to which I explained I wasn't able to afford it. He responded by saying nothing and proceeding to ignore me; leaving me to walk out without so much as a goodbye. Avoid making eye contact with the friendly looking salespeople at the door; they'll hand you a sample and insist on showing you other products with the intent to aggressively sell you on low quality cosmetics at exorbitant prices. read more

This is a very bad company. Do not buy a product that is so bad. When I bought this product at the store. I was told to come back for a free facial. I did came back for the promised free facial. However, after that I was asked to buy the product use on my face. Alonzo started with 3,000 dollars. I said no, I can't afford it. I wanted to leave. He was standing behind the door. My purse was hanging behind Alonzo the owner. I couldn't leave, I felt so imprisoned. And the only way to leave is to buy this product. These people are trying to sell skincare products as "medical" products and verbally put price tags on them for $350 each and then yell across the store to other associates when you decline their "special offer" of $199. Then they gang up and push their products on you as a team and yell at you as you leave. CRAZY. Such a weird experience. Went to the mall and was approached by Liav in front of Macys on 10/14. She gave me the spiel of their all natural organic skincare. She told me I have problems on my face. I'm thinking it could be from a long shift in the ER, I wear an N95 mask all day, everyday. I told her I'm scared to try since my skin is very sensitive and I'm allergic to many things. She said its natural and good for me. She demo the cleanser, cream, and exfoliate on the back of my hands to see how the dirt was rubbing off and how smooth it was. She said the products are expensive but there's a great deal for 3 bottles of the AM routine and lasts a couple years. The break down was cheaper and to invest in myself because for example, how many clothes do you have yada yada in the end, you only have one face. I kept saying no but she said don't tell her manager cause she can get in trouble. There's a coupon if I get something now, next year I can get one of the products free. It ended up being $199. She asked if I had a moment to see the specialist (Danny) to explain how to use the products. She closed up shop and walked me upstairs to their storefront next to Nordstroms. He explained the routine. Asked what skincare issues I was worried about. Suggested a PM routine and started demo-ing on my face. He added this and that, let it sit for a few mins and wiped my face. Did a side by side comparison. He said it cost X amount of dollars, but he can give me a good deal and am I ready for the surprise that he was gonna spoil me since I deserve it.. $199. He applied more things and said if you put everything together it'll be great for my skin and I'll end up looking like a teenager. He said it's a good deal and he's gonna spoil me because I deserve it, that normally it would cost around $2000 but he will throw in 5 free facials if I promised him to check in and have a photo update of the difference in skin improvement I had so they can advertise later. If I agree, he'd give me a discount 40%. With all this I have to promise not to tell about this super special discount. If people ask, tell them I pay full price. I was thinking everything is adding up how can I afford this? He kept saying to treat myself, I deserve it. I tried to say no and felt uncomfortable but didn't know how to say you're making me uncomfortable and not giving me room to leave and say no. It felt very pushy and aggressive that I felt like a child being told how young and beautiful I can be. It was hard to say no. I felt if I say yes, they would leave me alone. I signed my life away and left. I went home and had a major breakout where they applied their products on me. It never occurred to me that they never told me the return policy. I checked the receipt and in tiny letters it says "no refunds". The next day 10/15 I went to ask if there is any way to get a refund. They were shocked I had a reaction. They sent pictures of me to HQ to see what they can do about my situation and would give me a call back the next day at 11:30. They said they would call but, no answer. It wasn't until I texted them that they called back. He said that they have a machine in store that would analyze my skin to see why the products did not work with my skin. Went to get analyzed on 10/19. Said results would come in 10/20, no answer. Texted 10/21, no answer. Texted 10/22, finally answered and said 10/23. No answer. I texted. Response on 10/24 saying they have a solution to the problem and to get the facial so they can take care of me. At this point I don't trust the products at all. It felt they tried to push me away so the 14 days exchange passed and I am in deep shit. I asked if it's ok I cancel the facial since I'm traumatized to have an allergic reaction again. The whole situation made me feel uncomfortable and not confident. I asked nicely what can be done to get the refund. They ignored me. I understand what you are trying to do for the company but at the same time, be straight up and don't ignore your customers. I even texted to reconfirm the cancellation of my facial to which they read my text but no reply. I researched online and was shocked. There's numerous claims how these people use high pressure sales tactics and take advantage of people. Some do have an allergic reaction (they claim it's impossible and dermatologist recommended and hypoallergenic. But hypoallergenic means majority of the population isn't allergic. I'm one of the few where they would). There's a video of people protesting in front of a store because the products don't work, aren't safe, and a scam. They try to give you all these promises of youth when their products are truly not worth what they are charging. This company changed their names numerous times. Red flag. There's a FB group where people from around the world are being targeted with similar tactics and experiences. I want my money back for the trouble and for my face breaking out. Scammer's!! Be careful! They will try to sell you a fase laser for $10,000 then they will come down on the price significantly if you keep saying no and will apply very hard, unpleasant sales tactics. Ultimately, they offered me the laser pluss a lotion treatment for 2.5K. After purchasing it, the store rep asks you to open the laser, take a picture, and text it to the sales rep to activate your warranty. They know that doing this will void any returns. The receipt shows it is a final sale, and they don't verbally tell you, nor do they have signs in the store! It took me 3 weeks for the store to agree to accept/process the return, the lasser and the lotions were unopen. read more

I go in let her put on this cream under my eyes. It literally feels like a gel that just dries up. She told me it's worth $1000.00 but she was going to give me a secret discount for $399.00. I told her multiple times that I wanted to see my esthetician first. So then she hands me the bottle and says I'll give it to you for my discount $199.00. WTF! How do you go from $1000.00 to $199.00. Unbelievable scam. They offer to apply a product to your that is an "instant facelift." It's a lotion that drys, and makes your skin so tight the wrinkles and bags under your eyes seemingly disappear. Until you rinse it off when you get home (after I got sucked into the scam) and your eye is red, irritated, and puffier than when it was applied. And they instruct you to apply once a week as a treatment. So I attempted to do it myself when I got home, and it did the same, tightened my eyes, but so much so that it pulled my bottom eyelid down! Then again red, irritated, and swollen when removed. I couldn't imagine applying this one more time to my face! And if you read the instructions, it is intended to be a temporary topical fix to reduce bags and fine lines, but also, "instant, on the go.... DESIGNED FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS!" Definitely not a once a week treatment as they instruct!! And the "peel" is a joke as well. Great hocus pocus on their part! Do not trust these people. I got suckered into buying the supposed eye cream and immediately had buyers remorse. Note that when you buy from them, the receipt says no refunds. After coming home and reading horrible reviews about the company and their products, I called about a refund, which they said they would grant. I went back the next day and they did grant the refund - which took six days to process. As for the eye product, it's just a filler; there are no long-term results, even though they say that if you apply it one day a week for a year, you won't have to use it any more. Additionally, the sales person was very smooth -- kept adding on things like a free facial and free products. I canceled the facial because I grew distrustful of their tactics. I was pressured into a sales pitch from outside to inside the store - female sales person removed my sun glasses and applied this eye cream lift. It was difficult to try to leave the store even though male and female employees were pleasant, the language barrier was huge. I would think NO means no in any language, but the pressure was very high from both of them. I bought the eye cream just to get out of there and when I got home I noticed the package was not wrapped. They sold me an open box, probably the one they use on customers and the receipt states they do not take returns if the box has been opened. The look of the eye lift cream was good BUT it is heavy like cement, you can't apply make up over it and also hurts to try to remove it with a wipe. I felt forced into the store and pressured into buying something I didn't want. If you can handle all of that, then by all means go there. This occurred in Fashion Valley - an upscale mall in San Diego. The product is called D'Oro Nano Tech. eye lift, the shopping bag says Dynamics and the store is called Green Biotics. This is just plain sad! --on numerous levels. First Green Biotics is quite simply a hustle and scam to sell unsuspecting customers cosmetic products. The hocking activity of standing out in front of the store offering free samples to lure people into the very small store should be a tip off of a possible hype. But the worst is the very smooth-talking sales staff, that, of course, plays on the supposed great benefits of their cosmetic products, which incidentally, have no proven professional research of any benefits. After, researching Green Biotics produces thoroughly they appear to be, well, the same erroneous organic, rejuvenating, makes you look younger, lie that is commonly touted for cosmetic products--and there is always the concern about microplastics and who know what else is used to make these products. My wife first got scammed with a $400 purchase, then returned for a 'free' facial, and ended up leaving the store with $2000 in cosmetic products. Here is the worst, my wife is 74 so she was obviously targeted. I did a little observation research outside the store, and I could see that women, particularly middle age and older women were being singled out for the free sample and invited in for a consultation. But the very worst of this experience is that the store appears to be run (and owned) by Israelis. My wife is Jewish, which certainly they realized, but that didn't stop them from taking advantage of her. That just adds further depth of how deplorable and appalling the experience was. Not sure how these types of folks live with themselves or how their families and friends can allow them to be involved in such a scam. The good news was that with a tremendous amount of calls to Fashion Valley, San Diego mall management, San Diego police, my credit card dispute people, and a variety of store employees, we were able to get the $2000 refunded to our credit card--and this was not easy at all to resolve. How this store and business continues to stay in business, and in malls, is hard to understand. It may be that people are just so embarrassed by being scammed that they don't come forward. If I had my way, I would put all Green Biotic people into some re-education counseling and teach them about the importance of fairness and ethics. I end up buying a product and cost me $487 and a damn pricey machine first they tell me it cost $6k of course I kept saying I dont have that much and he suggested installment payment plan but catch is pay half downpay which I don't want to. He wanted to sell so he end up giving it for $700. I agreed to the big machine only to find out he gave me the wrong one. i called right away and he said come back next time add another $100 to get it so I did. It is so hard to contact him nagways when I went to exchange it he told me only for that day but that is not what he said. So again he wants me to pay if for $2k I decided not to exchange anymore. Some are sadly scammed for thousands! After you buy their high priced junk products they tell you they will give you a "free" facial. When you go to get the facial they turn on their high pressure tactics again and sell you facial packages. I thankfully cancelled my facial when I felt so scammed from the products I bought that I researched more and read such sad stories of people being sold the facial packages and getting really scammed for thousands. Stonebriar location:This is a classic high pressure scam! They start with an in store demonstration. Then when they told me the price I started laughing and I said no. Roi went to the back to talk to his manager (ya right) and came back with another lower price. I still said no and he finally gave me a reasonable offer and promised me a full one hour facial. The day of my facial they changed the location of the store 30 minutes before my appointment to a store on the other side of town. Already a little frazzled I arrived and I had to wait 30 minutes only to learn this was another in store demo. I was not happy. I got the same high pressure treatment for a product that is supposedly a natural facelift. Same scam, she gives me a ridiculous price. I laughed harder and she said she would talk to the manager about giving me a better price because I am such a great candidate and could supply photos of my progress.
