    Gyros Plate
    Danielle M.

This place was a random find on a Thursday afternoon. What a great place! We ordered two gyros plates traditional style which includes pita bread, Greek salad, hummus, and rice. Everything was delicious!! Will stop by again!!

    VERY reasonable prices!

This is the second location I've visited. The restaurant is very similar to the other I visited, and the food was identical. Very tasty, generous portions, reasonable prices, friendly service. One complaint; I ordered a chicken kabob to go. I expected a skewer with chicken, green pepper and tomato, similar to what you'd get if you ordered dine in. Unfortunately, what I got was four pieces of chicken, no tomato or green pepper. I found that disappointing. Lesson learned, order the food for dine in, and pack it up yourself. Several people around me commented that to go orders were much smaller than dine in orders. Management should fix that.

Randomly came across this place. Photos looked good so we drove to do take out. We were visiting so we took a chance. Coming from California expectation wasn't high. So happy I gave this fast food place a try though. Pretty busy but quick. Everything smelled good. We were hungry for a night snack and the size was bigger than I thought. Taste was great. Inside was tidy and line was moving efficiently. We got the Gyro Plate and Fries. Private lot in front

Excellent value. Excellent quality. Excellent service. The space is large enough to fit my party of 20 people with lots of other tables seated.

Green Corner is one of those "not so hidden anymore" gems you stumble upon and then can't stop thinking about. After my first visit, I found myself wanting to go back the very next day--and now it's firmly in my weekly rotation. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and served in portions that leave you more than satisfied. My go-to is the Green Corner Plate Combo. The skewers are grilled to your liking--juicy, well-seasoned, and full of that smoky char flavor you want from a grill--even the chicken. The plate comes loaded with sides, and I love that you can swap them for options like the garden hummus (velvety, herby, and bright) or the baba ghanoush (smoky and rich). And don't skip the complimentary baklava--it's flaky, sweet, and the perfect bite to wrap up the meal. For a lighter option, the shawarma sandwich is great and the fries it comes with are chunky and crispy, so good!

Wow!!! The food here was excellent! Parking was decent and there was no line to make your order. Service was polite and estimated my wait time at 25 minutes for the food. That was correct. I had a lamb skewer meal. It came out fresh and piping hot with hummus and fresh pita bread and a salad. Not to mention the free, delicious baklava! It was probably 3 servings worth of a meal and cost about $17. Great deal!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The food is just to die for. I got the wrap with fries and it was all so good. Good music, good vibe, great server. Would definitely recommend!

    Vegetarian platter - delicious

So many people have told me about this place and yesterday late afternoon, I finally made it in here with a buddy. Around 4:30pm, the place still had people ordering food and by the time we left here around 6:30pm, the place was mobbed with people and for good reason, the food is excellent. I spent time living in the Middle East and the food here is truly just as good as overseas. I ordered the vegetarian platter which comes with tabbouli, baba ghanoush, hummus, falafel, wrapped grape leaves and pita bread for dipping. Everything tasted great! Portion size also very generous. They also gave us complimentary baklava. How nice! You order the food at the counter, then take a number and they bring the food out for you. There's a nice outside patio when it nice to eat outdoors. They have serve yourself soda fountains, refillable. Overall, an excellent Mediterranean place and I will be back when I am in the mood for a Middle Eastern treat!

We have heard so many good things about this place... All true! Great service, delectable fresh food with so many fun flavors...and delicious baklava. We love going out to places that make the kind of food we'd never realistically make at home...dishes with tons of ingredients, time, and effort behind them, and this spot definitely delivers on that.

The beef shawarma plate was great. The serving size was huge and the service was quick. Sat down at my table and my food was already ready. Can't beat the free baklava either!

I thought Mediterranean, Greek... how can you go wrong? Maybe it was just what I ordered. I love a good lamb, so I tried the Lamb Kafta. Have you heard that saying, "Does it taste too lamby?" Well, this did--and not in a pleasurable way. Maybe I'll try the chicken if I go back. I also had the Baba Ghannoug. Personally, I prefer when the eggplant and garlic are the stars of the dish, but this one was heavily blended with tahini. It's counter service, which is convenient, and the staff are friendly. The inside ambiance was busy, which I'm guessing is because the price point is approachable. You know that other saying, "You get what you pay for"? That pretty much sums up our experience. Saluti

Ask the Community - Green Corner Restaurant

    Is hummus vegan?

    Yeah it's garbanzo beans!

Do they have any gluten free options?

    Yes

What options are vegan? It's the pita bread vegan?

Most Pita Bread is vegan so I would assume theirs is. Great vegan options at Green Corner would include the stuffed grape leaves, Baba ghannoug, and their falafel. They also have yummy hummus and salads.

    Do they have tzatziki sauce?

Yes. I always switch the garlic out for tzatziki and they do it for no extra cost and they are happy to do so.

Do you guys serve halal meat/chicken?

Hi Safaa , Yes we have everything served Halal

It's a seat yourself joint. Focusing seating around the focal point, the big bar area. Atmosphere is pleasant, spacious and welcoming! Decent selection of food options. Huge draft, craft beer selection. The staff is friendly & offers just the right amount of attention. You won't wait long to be welcomed, for your food, for a refill or for your receipt at the end of your dining experience. We started with their honey hot wings. Our party of three decided to split one of the numerous salads they offer & went with the steak & walnut salad. It includes grilled steak slices, blue cheese crumbles & crispy onion rings ( made in house) . The dressing was a light vinaigrette that made this a delicious & delightful thing to share amongst us all. For dinner we went with one of their "create your own" pizzas. Our favorite toppings are: pepperoni, garlic & basil. This was a great presentation & pie! From service to staff, to cooks in the kitchen we had a great dining experience! Everything was legit. We will be back to try a burger next time. This is a really cool place with a wide selection of outstanding food & bar beverage options. Highly recommend it.

From the moment we walked in, the employees were welcoming and genuinely friendly, which set a great tone for the visit. I ordered the corned beef and pastrami on marble rye, and it did not disappoint. The meat was high quality, flavorful, and the portion was very generous--I could only finish half. My husband had the spicy BLT, and it was just as impressive in both quality and size. Each sandwich comes with a bag of Ruffles and a pickle, which is a nice touch. What really surprised us was the price. Our total bill was very reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes and overall quality. It was impossible for them to not know that the bread was stale and hard. The order was at 10:15 AM so it was not a situation where it sat out long enough in the day to get hard. This had to be yesterdays stale bread. I have to ask who does this? Do they think the customer is going to find this acceptable? Paper on the cheese and stale bread on a 20.00 sandwich. There is genuinely no excuse for this and who ever prepared this food needs to be either reprimanded or terminated. You have one job and that is to make a quality product. Very nicely decorated with their theme. The street view seating was shaded and the misters were on which kept it cool. Street traffic was a bit loud but not too bad, the front parking buffered the noise. Our server greeted us quickly and was jam packed with suggestions of comparable commercial beers to their brand of beers. Not going to lie, their brand is delicious and actually a bit better than the commercial brand We had their Dead out & Dont F it up. Dead out is a must try, I'm not in any way a dark ale person but this was by far more tasty than the Don't f it up. However both were wonderful. The food is not a reason to go. We both had tacos and shared onion rings. The meat was cooked perfectly but the sauce was less palatable, flavors were too overpowering and drenched sauce. It killed the flavor of the meat itself. When mentioned it to the server, she simply shrugged and stated they do have "heat", I said that it was too much on there, lifted a piece with my fork and it was dripping, covered. Heat was not the issue, too much was. The sauce itself was tasty, but took away from the dish. Had it been on a chip of a fry dipped into it would have been better. Duly noted, next ask for it on the side, let the meat itself shine through. Lastly, the onion ring were truly disappointing. Arrived a very cool room temperature. They arrived few minutes after the tacos, and after reminding the server as we had ordered them. Almost felt as if they were ready on time by the kitchen staff, she was purely overwhelmed and simply, forgot. Small portion and my opinion not an option on my future visit again. Soggy and very greasy, perhaps would have been better if served hot and on time. Worth a visit, may go again. Maybe. Definitely go for the extensive list of brews, here is where they shine.
