I'm currently locked out of my apartment, so I might as well write a review in my extra time... Whenever I go back home to Silverdale to visit family, going to Green Garden is almost a given! The ambiance is absolutely amazing--the interior is nicely designed and they almost always play Yiruma piano tracks. We LOVE the older lady who works there, because she's attentive and friendly; my parents speak Vietnamese with her whenever we go, so she feels like a family friend now. In terms of food: the bun, grilled pork chop, fried rice, and pho are all great. I'm used to Seattle Vietnamese food, so I'm usually more selective when it comes to these dishes, but they do a great job on the flavor, authenticity, and presentation. However, I do shy away from ordering the non-Vietnamese items in the menu, like the Indonesian dishes and curries; not a fan. It's not the best I've had, but definitely the top viet restaurant in Silverdale. Side note: they have AMAZING bubble tea. I'm picky about my boba, but these guys are arguably better than a lot of places in Seattle! read more

I especially loved the flavorful, slightly sweet broth. - Herbs were not lacking (guess they fixed this after other reviewers complained) - BBQ pork spring rolls (rice paper, not fried) and peanut sauce were a very tasty but not too heavy appetizer - Vietnamese sandwich was really good. No jalapeños here which suited me but slightly disappointed the hubby. - Saigon crepe was unique, and I liked the coconut flavor. I don't regret trying it but didn't love it enough to where I would get it again when there are so many other enticing things on the menu (including pad Thai and Indonesian dishes!) - Boba was surprisingly good. Phó is allllll about the broth. And this place hit that expectations! The broth was great. It had a slightly different taste to it than normal places that I have been. I will be honest, I am VERY picky about my phó, well food in general. The place was clean, the music fit very well and the service was great. If a server can take a complicated order without having to write anything down, not come back to ask us what it was and serve it spot on, you get 5 stars. Was very impressed at entry (clean, nice space) and the very fresh overflowing condiment plate. The menu reads as more gourmet than most local phô places, and charges maybe a dollar more per bowl so I read that as maybe gourmet also. Then the phô came to the table. The ingredients were very fresh, and favors were good, except my bowl of tendon. These tendon were not very tasty or complex, even cut into smaller pieces, to minimize their taste/texture even more. But by far we were most disappointed by the broth which was very subtle (thin) and oddly sweet. It is a nice place, with good service, and has for the most part good ingredients, but more attention to a richer broth would help greatly. read more

This place has pretty descent ph and spring rolls. The flavor is geared towards what the community are accustomed to rather than traditional but its acceptable to a certain extent. Convenient location, ample parking and an acceptable level of cleanliness. There's a lot of foot traffic around the area and the place was in the middle of lunch rush when I came by. Stopped by and ordered pho with briskets and fresh spring rolls. Now, I'm not a pho expert, but the pho here is fresh and delicious! The brisket were soft and easy to chew and was served with fresh cold sprouts and mint. This is not a 4 or 5 star restaraunt with exquisite dine in - which is why I give it 3 stars. Overall, expect fresh food, friendly servers, and good asthetics. The only cons would be the dusty fan and ceiling is with cobwebs and the fresh spring rolls lack other veggie ingredients such as carrots. They also did not clear our 2 seater table of empty dishes. Our empty appetizer plate sat on our table for a long time. Overall, Garden pho is the place to go for a good lunch out. read more

If you want pho, you have come to the right spot in Silverdale. This little restaurant has a good sized portion of pho and condiments for your pho. They have their own parking area, so that helps out and the parking area isn't busy, so you will always find parking. As for the food, it is good for vietnamese cuisine. They have a good sized menu with a good variety of options and certainly worth a try if you haven't tried pho or if you just need to fill that pho craving. I really like how hot(temp) they give the go-to soup. It's hot enough that the noodles, bean sprouts, and basil cook right away. Soup is very umami heavy but not so much that it isn't tasty. I used lots of lime and sriracha to balance that. Phone line seems to be offline. Couldn't call in to order. I was feeling under the weather so my partner picked me up some veggie pho with tofu. I haven't been here in a while but remember favoring their pho over their other dishes, though I usually get chicken I didn't wanna upset my stomach any more. It was a phenomenal dish. It was Togo so everything was in a styrofoam container separate from the soup. There was a huge amount of steamed veggies and at least half a brick of lightly pan fried tofu. Truthfully, I didn't eat many veggies because I didn't have the appetite but I plan on incorporating it into a meal later on. The tofu had good flavor even tho it was very simply done. The soup itself was also extremely flavorful. Accurate to a pho taste but in a unique and special way. There were also plenty of bean sprouts, basil, lime, and some sort of sauce included as well (I asked for no jalapenos). I'm not sure if the broth itself is vegetarian, I'm not so I didn't ask. I remember their bahn mi being excellent too but like I said, I haven't been in a while. But, I'll definitely be back for the pho again soon. read more
