Is there any açaí bowls that doesn't come in contact with nuts? My friend has a nut allergy and I want her to have a good first time experience at this place as much as I did when I tried it out!

The bowls all contain almond butter but if asked the staff will wash out the blenders and use nut free products

Are there gluten free options?

Yes. My boss, who eats gluten free, introduced me to this place. She eats there all the time and can eat the entire menu.

You order (ahead) and park on the street and call them to let them know you're outside. They'll bring the food out. Reception isn't great outside fyi. I've been here 3 times and never last long enough to get a photo before digging in. There are two other vegan restaurants right next to it, same concept - order and pick up. It's sad to have to write this review due to wanting to support small local restaurants but theres got to be a line. I'm a vegan and am very familiar with this type of cuisine and also come from a family who are restaurant owners. The food came out cold and tasteless, after it took ages for it to come out, the place only had a few tables who already had there food. One of the staff decided to have his dinner at a front table, while our food I guess sat there. The chai was as if you ordered just heated almond milk with a dash of cinnamon.?! Really. So, we asked to get our food heated up and one dish came back being a soggy panini. Wouldnt you think maybe to remake it if thats the case? Also, the sides were wrong again as this happened two days before when I ordered a sandwich but, I didnt speak up until it happpend the second time. Then we left to find another place to eat due to our horrible experience. Thank God for the yummy indian hole in the wall next door due to being so hungry! I spoke to the owner on the phone which felt like she wanted to just argue with me! If I were a restaurant owner, I would be grateful to get this feedback but which I stated this to her. They don't have real milk for coffee. I was present at the next outdoor table when an armed robber with a huge gun (1 ft long barrel), smashed a patron at the table next to me on the head with the gun butt and demanded his wallet and his wristwatch, and dashed into a car parked at the curb that sped off. All within a minute. The owner came running out cursing, to paraphrase, "it's his f- fault". He kept repeating that, and I asked him, who he was referring to. He said, "f- BIDEN". The ignorance of that remark is enough reason for me to never patronize that establishment regardless of their food. If you want to patronize an eatery run by an angry and truly ignorant person, then this is the place for you. Don't let the phony vibes for you. I do not what it pretends to be. How anyone can associate that robbery with Biden. I don't like coffee without real milk. read more

I came in to find a quick treat. I got an iced matcha latte with blue agave and it was yummy! It cost around $6. My palette is pretty accustomed to the raw stuff so I found the prices and taste alright. I think if you want to be extremely healthy then this is definitely one destination. It's also a really relaxing and fun place to chill and be on your laptop. The girl who helped me was the sweetest! She wrote on my cup "good luck!" after I told her about my interview. This cafe is located very conveniently by my place. The ambiance is great, very open and bright. They basically use fresh and very different ingredients for most of their items. I have tried a few of their smoothies and have yet to find one I don't like, although the Banana Bomb is my favorite. The staff ( which usually tend to also be the owners) are amazing. There is actually a dance studio attached to it to. I'd be willing to go again to try more things, but with so many cafes in the area, it's not the top of my list or any particular priority.
