Booking process is the easiest! Love the process and the follow up. Checkout is the most effective since they keep a card on file. They are always very welcoming and friendly. Hanna my nail tech is amazing. I've gone to her maybe 4-5 times now and she always provides the best experience and I always walk out happy. Not here to review nail services, just the incredible experience I had with the staff at Greenfield. Right when my appointment began, my wedding band slipped out of my fingers, landed on the ground, and bounced away. The thing vanished into thin air. Myself, about half the staff, and a ton of customers spent the better part of an hour scouring the ground for my wedding band. I was in tears, trying my best to maintain my composure, but this ring means the world to me. After about an hour and a few suggestions to go buy a metal detector, one of the male employees looked under one of the nearby nail tech's chair and BINGO! He found it. It's rare that complete strangers will spend so much time helping someone else, and I am so so so grateful for these kind people (staff and customers included.) I was seconds away from bursting into sobs, and they were so kind and warm to me. I felt like they cared as much as I did. Thanks everyone. read more

Trang is such an amazing nail artist! She is very friendly and really takes her time with her work. I came to the studio with an idea in mind and I even had a photo of my idea. I talked about my idea and she didn't even need to see the photo! My nails came out better than the photo and I couldn't be happier! Disappointed in our experience here. I called almost a week in advance to book 3 pedicures for my daughter's bday. I specifically asked that they be seated together and taken back at the same time so she can enjoy the experience with her two best friends. After checking in we waited almost 30 minutes before they called them back and then seated them where one of the seats had a big walkway separating them from the other two. So my daughter had to decide who was gonna sit separate from the other two and not be able to talk easily with them. It's loud and noisy in there so not easy to talk if you aren't sitting next to each other. There were like 30 pedicure chairs in there and almost all were sitting right next to each other so...definitely annoyed that they couldn't make it work when they said they could when I called to book the appointment. read more

Why haven't I reviewed this place? I have been coming for years! The best part about this place, they are CLEAN! I love that they allow you to book through yelp and it's easy! I have strayed to other salons when out of town or with friends and it's always a mistake. Just come here! They will do a great job. I can't remember a time I wasn't happy with my service. Was a loyal customer for months, getting fills every two weeks, and then my nail tech suddenly started getting frustrated if I asked for her to fix anything. I'm pretty chill so only ask if things are noticeable. She would respond by doing a poorer job on my nails than normal, as if on purpose. Then on my last visit, she charged me an additional $13 for a service I didn't receive. When I challenged it, her and the owner argued with me, insisting I got a service I didn't get. So I just paid what they wanted and never went back. Nail services aren't exactly cheap. To be treated poorly and overcharged is a firm no. Bizarre experience. read more

Unfortunately I feel compelled to leave this. For nails, I love this place. For eyebrow waxing? Do not get one. I got my eyebrows burned and they said my skin was just sensitive. I have been getting my brows waxed for years and got it for the for time here. I'd never have this happen before until now. It's been 72 hours since the first photo. I'm just disappointed. I initially got my nails done by a lady named Rose and they were absolutely terrible. The acrylic was super thick and the design was terrible. She also poorly misinformed me on the price. After complaining the owner Lyn (spelling might be off) took care of me and I now absolutely love and adore my nails. She cared about my nails and informed me on every step of the way. With the originally girl I would have left one star. The owner was amazing and deserves 5+ stars!!! read more

I've realized after a few past experiences it's quantity over quality here. Had two absolutely terrible experiences at this location. After the second time, I was complaining during checkout, apparently Tom, the owner, was standing there listening to me tell the cashier about my experience. Not once did he acknowledge anything that I was saying. I realized he was the owner as I started looking at the reviews here on yelp. Awful feeling not to be acknowledged after not one but two bad experiences. The first time involved someone who cut too deeply on my toenail. I couldn't wear shoes or have anything touching that toe for over a week. I was just about to go to the doctor concerned it was infected, when it finally started healing. read more

So it's been about two weeks since I went to get a fill that costed me $65, which is just as much as a new set would cost. The nail that she super glued down came clean off and to my surprise my natural nail is green and brown and riddled with infection because there was most likely moisture trapped under the nail. My nail tech decided to take the easy way out instead of replacing the very lifted nail she just super glued it down and covered it with acrylic. I will definitely not be returning because I just refuse to spend my money on low quality half effort service that leads to infection. Please take your money elsewhere. read more

I would give it 0 stars if possible! If poor customer service marked with impertinence and atrocious attitudes is your preference, this is the perfect salon for you! I have visited this salon a few times and was satisfied with my nails as I consistently go to a specific technician who does a great job. I was called today and told my nail tech would be unavailable for the appointment I made and I could go to someone else or cancel. I am leery about going to random techs in this shop as my friend who went to one here had a very bad experience where her cuticles were severely damaged, her nail beds were filled extremely thin, she was cut during her service and the gel nail polish was not properly cured resulting in two subsequent visits to correct the issues. I called the salon back to see if they could recommend someone as thorough and detail oriented as my nail tech and they proceeded to book an appointment. I asked who they scheduled me with and "Taylor" (who claimed to be a manager) aloofly told me that it would be with whoever was available at that time. I told her that I wanted a specific nail tech based on my requirements and I was told she could not make a recommendation. That was a lie because upon trying this salon for the first time, I let the receptionist know what I was looking for and they recommended the nail tech who met my requirements. I asked that "Taylor" just cancel the appointment and she hung up the phone. I called back to get her name and she hung up again. I called back and she finally gave me a name of "Taylor". I told her to cancel my appointment as I would NEVER patronize this business ever again SOLELY based on my interaction with her! She was EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE AND UNACCOMODATING!!! I have never been hung up on for asking for a recommendation or requesting to cancel an appointment. This business needs to evaluate and train your staff on customer service before employees like "Taylor" cause you to loose more business. read more

Hand down best nail salon I've been to in a very long time!! Never had a go-to place until now. Customer service was amazing from the start. Offered water, tea, coffee & soda! Highly disappointed in the pedicure I received, came here to get my toes done before my wedding upon recommendation from a friend and saw all the great reviews. I called on a Saturday and the next earliest appointment was Tuesday which was fine. The technician, who didn't give me his name, spent about a total of 22 mins on the gel pedicure including removing my old gel which is fine if the quality is there. It wasn't. I had to come home and fix up my own toes as I don't have time to come back before I get married. For $50 I shouldn't have to do this. read more

If you're a POC, just leave this place alone. Only POC to arrive while several yt people came after all got seated including several without appts. Each nail was cured separately under the light so my hands were under the light for basically the entire hour I was there. She stepped away every 5-10 minutes during my appointment to check out costumers, repeatedly touching cash and coming back to do my nails with ZERO hand washing and no gloves. Also using previously used files. To top it off, she and a customer besides me spent several minutes discussing their support of Trump and that they don't read "bigot news." Very uncomfortable experience. I hate to leave these types of reviews, but please do better with your sanitary standards. I came here because of the positive reviews about cleanliness here but that was not the case.

Been twice & disappointed both times…read more My first visit, I got a French tip gel manicure over my natural nails. French tip turned ok, some were filed crooked to one side, and the painted tip was crooked as well, but not the worst. I could see the nail grow out from underneath the clear pink polish because the tips were painted to far down almost immediately. Within a couple weeks, the gel polish started chipping off and my nails would crack close to the nail bed. It would snag my hair in the shower and the cracks would hurt so I had to clip my nails down super short to where there wasn't a free edge anymore (stubs). I had to start picking off the lifted parts of the gel polish so it wouldn't snag things and eventually just took off all of the polish by hand. My real nails underneath the polish suffered greatly. I gave them a few weeks off, kept them short and natural. (Also received a pedicure this visit, which seemed okay but they started to chip as well and were slightly crooked too, but not as bad) My second visit, (different tech) because I had my short natural nails (stubs), I got acrylics for a little length with French tip gel polish. Not only do they not look like the simple French tip design photo I showed, you can see the nail tip growing out from the nail bed underneath because the tips are painted on too far down towards the end of my nails. I tried to say something about having that fixed but then he would've had to completely redo the polish and some of the clear acrylic because it wasn't noticeable until painting the clear topcoat. I just don't have the time nor can my nails withstand being drilled down again. It should have been done correctly the first time. Some of the painted tips have more of an arch on one side than the other, and the white line is messy on a lot of them. You can also see the dust that was left on and painted over underneath the gel polish. I did not get to pick out the pink/clear acrylic that went underneath the polish. My cuticles were drilled over and are extra sensitive on some fingers. I did not receive any nail soaking to push my cuticles back or an arm massage this time. I'm heavily disappointed because I've paid about $75 each time plus a 20% tip on top of driving 30 minutes one way. I've had to wait weeks in between having my nails done. They were heavily damaged from the first set cracking and lifting, requiring a lot of downtime to recover despite being a healthy length prior and almost never breaking. Im familiar with proper nail care. Normally mine are in great shape, all I do is maintain a reasonable length, use gel polish, and can go up to 4 weeks between (but usually aim for 3). But they have been pretty annihilated after these two visits, weeks apart. I don't feel confident in returning and feel both visits were a waste of time and money.

I've tried several other salons for one-off visits and was never satisfied. Some looked great initially, but the quality just didn't last. Beauté is, without a doubt, my forever go-to salon.

The pedicure was wonderful, and I was very happy with my feet. Unfortunately, my eyebrow experience was the complete opposite. I specifically asked for a simple eyebrow cleanup, but the technician removed far more hair than she should have. My eyebrows are now noticeably uneven, and a significant portion of my right eyebrow is missing. When I expressed my concern, the technician insisted she had not made a mistake, despite the obvious difference in my eyebrows. I then spoke with the manager, hoping the situation would be taken seriously. Initially, it felt like my concerns were being dismissed. After I removed my glasses so she could get a closer look, I was simply offered a discount for a future visit. I found that response unacceptable given the extent of the mistake. I had an event to attend that same day, and instead of feeling confident, I left feeling embarrassed and upset. While I appreciate the excellent pedicure service, the handling of my eyebrow appointment and the lack of accountability afterward have ensured that I will not be returning. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and provides better training and customer service when mistakes occur.

As I started to pay attention more, I realized the Emory board and scrub brushes were NOT new, definitely used Now, 3 weeks later as I removed polish I see fungus starting g on my nails. Great! Cheap bas1rds!!!

Messy stations, dusty floors, slow technicians, and over promised designs. Not to mention it took me 2 hrs to get a full set, before the design. The technician rushed my shape and as not friendly after I mentioned it. Felt an eerie feeling of discrimination upon paying when I voiced my concerns. Witnessed multiple customers receive better tone of voice and accommodations when displeased. Mgr "accommodated" by taking off $5. Only bonus they still have going for them is the drink station.
