I came on a busy day, so I had to wait about 20 minutes after my appointment time for my pedicure to begin. The place was packed, despite the fact that they were well staffed and worked quickly. This has to be a good sign. The pedicure itself was amazing. It was relaxing, with a few massages here and there and a massaging chair. The amount colors of nail polish to choose from far surpasses any of the nail salons I've visited before. Most importantly to me, despite how busy it was, the staff was friendly and gave us their undivided attention. Well, let me just add another 5-star review to the pile. I was a walk-in at 3:30 on a Sunday and despite being *super* busy with appointments they were able to accommodate me after just a short wait. Not only was the wait short, but the owner? or someone who seemed in charge came over and talked to me not once but TWICE to tell me what was going on and how much longer it would be. My pedicure tech was Michelle. She is a new tech and she was AMAZING. She took her time with each stage of the pedicure. I had never had hot stones before and I *love them.* I will have this with every subsequent pedicure here. I usually have wonderful experiences at this nail salon with gorgeous results, however I had one experience that tainted my overall view. I set an appointment to get a fill on my acrylic nails a few months ago (which I ended up removing at home) and requested Mimi or Emily. They informed me Emily was on vacation for 3 months and Mimi was out for the week and set me up with Tiffany. I knew Emily had a big trip coming up and I was sad since she's my favorite but I NEEDED a fill. During the appointment, I was burned several times with drill, my skin torn off from getting hit with a toothy bit, and when I asked for a matte top coat Tiffany looked annoyed to have to get up to get one. My friend was there and we hadn't spoken since I sat down and she whispered about how rude she was being and I was so RELIEVED I wasn't the only one. When she sat back down and painted my nails, there were a few issues. She told me to put my nails in the lights and as I pulled them back she pushed the washcloth that was under my hands which then hit the underside of my nails. She sighs and goes 'let me see. Yup, you messed them up' shakes her head and repainted the undersides which were NOT messed up, and blamed me for what would have been her mistake. When I took one hand out of the light, one of my fingers had a very obvious smudge on the outer edge, looked like from her finger or the brush and she said 'ugh, you hit it in the light. Now I'll have to redo the whole color'. Now I've gotten my nails done several times and KNOW I didn't hit the light. I told her 'I didn't hit it! At least I didn't feel it' and she said 'yes you did, see? Right here' and it was obviously not a spot I could hit myself. I just sighed and went with it. When I was done I looked at the nails and the matte top coat was lumpy and NOT matte at all. The polish I uneven and had dents where the gel was messed up, areas where it wasn't even covered, and spots where the fill was lifting already. I ended up not tipping which is totally unlike me and I was so embarrassed. While at the appointment I saw Mimi take a walk in, which I was confused about because when I called to book my appointment and requested her they said she was out of town for the whole week. Not sure if they lied to get another nail tech an appointment. Either way, my nails lifted so quickly and looked so terrible o removed them myself a week or two later, only to discover Tiffany had filed down my natural nails way too much and there was a HUGE dent where you could see her work against Emily's. My nails were ruined for the next two months and kept breaking when her work got close to the top. TLDR: Tiffany was rude, burned me, blamed her mistakes on me, and ruined my nails, while Emily is kind, an amazing nail tech, and kills it every time. DONT BOOK WITH TIFFANY read more

I have been a loyal customer to Greenfield Nails & Spa for years and I refuse to go to any other establishment for service. I am not sure why I have not reviewed them yet because they are amazing. They always put their guest's needs first, are 100% about guest service and cleanliness. I leave every time extremely satisfied with the service and finished product. My nails (I do gel) always look fantastic and I get constant compliments on them, even a week or two after the service. Not to mention their pedicures are fantastic, and the menu of services available is always growing. I would recommend Greenfield Nails & Spa to any one, and have done so on many occasions. The technicians are all extremely friendly and take the time to get to know you.They don't ignore you and make you feel like you are just there to get a mani/pedi like other salons I have been to. It is also obvious that there is great company morale and all that goes with that. If you do not go here for their service, you are missing out on a great experience, service and product. Looking to get my nails done and I started looking at all the different nail salons in my area and most of them got maybe 3 stars at best. I saw and read the reviews and decided to give this place a try. After reading the reviews, I called and made an appointment and they were able to get me in same day..just a little bit later. I walked in and noticed that it was packed. It was a good thing that I had an appointment. The gentleman behind the counter checked me and I only waited about 15 minutes. I believe I saw Emma. She was very polite and I explained what I was looking for. Pink and White nails. She used the white powder and even showed me 2 different pinks. I was amazed how my nails looked. Everyone is very nice, the salon is very clean and comfortable, the color choices are wonderful, and they even will let my son sit in the waiting chair area while I get my pedicure. After reading the reviews for this place, I knew I had to try it out. When I walked in everyone was super friendly!! They soaked off my old gel polish while I decided on colors. Turns out I'm really bad at deciding when there are SO many options! Sovanna recommended a few "fall" options to me and we settled on ombre. She took her time and even when people started streaming in, she never once rushed through it like so many other places do. It was obvious she really cared about how my nails would look once I left. I have been a client of Greenfield Nails since they opened. I could not be more thrilled with the current staff. I have never had better service or felt more at home. Although there are times that I have had to wait a few minutes here or there, I always feel confident that they will give me the same special treatment as the person they are finishing. I know there are busier times that I will avoid if at all possible, which might make it seem less stressful for all involved. The selection of both regular and gel polishes cannot be beat. At the advice of my sister in law, I booked ahead. I'm glad that I did because this was the place to be on Sunday morning. Although busy, the staff was quick and diligent when it came to organizing everything and getting everybody where they needed to be. I had a pedicure done by Amanda. I have been going to Greenfield Nails for more than 3 years now and don't plan on switching anytime soon! The 20 minute drive is well worth it! Every nail tech I've had has done a fabulous job and they are all super friendly. I now see Jackie on a regular basis and she is always sure to take her time and pays attention to detail. Not only is she a perfectionist but is really personable and loves to get to know her clients! The salon is also well decorated and very clean which is super important to me. I needed my nails done for a gala I'm going to, so based off of all the good reviews I decided to give this place a try. I'll start with the good - the salon is very clean and modern. The pedicures are great and reasonably priced. The bad - I'm not sure why they advertise "walk-ins welcome" because they are so incredibly busy. I figured coming on a weekday early afternoon I would be ok, but I still spent a majority of my time waiting for my pedicure and full set. If you do go here, make an appointment. The majority of the reason for my two star review is my full set. I'm not sure who did my nails because she barely spoke a word to me. I told her I wanted black and she painted my nails a very dark blue. She cut me with drill file in three different places. The polish was applied so thinly I can see through the nail. She also left acrylic all over I've been picking it off my skin since I left yesterday. Definitely not worth the money. read more

This is my go- to spot. I found this place on accident when I moved to Gilbert but am so glad I walked in. Firstly, and most importantly, the quality of the manis and pedis. They have a menu that you can choose for your pedi and they don't heckle you to get anything that's "$5 extra". My pedicures last three to four weeks, and I'm on my feet constantly. The tubs are clean and sanitized and the chairs are the standard spa chair with massagers. I get acrylic nails with gel on top because I work at a restaurant and I need durable nails. I have never had one chip or pop off, and they do a great job at designs and the polish is always perfect. Secondly, the techs are what make me come back time and again. The main ladies CeCe and Vick are wonderful and keep the staff motivated and happy. You can tell! Everyone speaks to you so it seems like you are going and doing nails at a friend's house, not in a foreign land where you can sense that they are speaking badly about you. The past two times I have gone, the techs have pointed me in a more "fun" and "trendy" direction with my nails and I haven't gotten so many compliments as I have these past few weeks! I love this place. My only tiny complaint is that they get pretty busy and can't always get you in, but they recently renovated and seem to be hiring more techs to accommodate the business volume. I definitely support businesses where the employees seem happy and the store is clean. Keep it up Greenfield and see you next week! ;) read more

This pedicure I had today was the worst service I have ever received from this Nail and Spa. The technician that I had today was terrible. I have been to this salon many times and never had this bad of service. She barely soaked my feet and massaged them. She did everything quickly, then she told me she was getting someone else to polish my toes because she had something to do. The lady that came to polish my toes was not very pleased. You definitely could tell by her body language. I will not be returning to get a pedicure or any service at this salon.
