I first heard about Greenfields from a coworker who has been going there for sometime. I decided after a much needed fill and two cracked nails I would check this place out myself. Knowing I wanted stiletto nails I called ahead of time to make sure I got the right person. When I arrived I was greeted by everyone who was working and immediately felt at ease. David was my nail tech and I was helped the minute I walked in. He was friendly, fast, and efficient. Constantly checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. Another reason why I loved David was because he kept asking me questions to ensure it was the shape and style I wanted. I was in and out a little after an hour with the most beautiful nails! Well went here with high hopes... beautiful salon but... I don't leave reviews ever but was very disappointed... nail tech Anthony wouldn't even cut a piece of dead skin off my toe (one toe not all) to make my polish look better, he said he can't do that because that's part of a pedicure and I asked for a polish change... wow!!! And my nails, he wanted to charge my $2 each for 2 nails he had to add sum powder to, to give them a lil better shape and didn't inform me of extra charge until the end of service... never have I ever been charged for adding a lil extra acrylic powder to a nail, isn't that part of the service of a fill?? I understand being charged for a broken nail but this was not the case... won't be back!! And yes I still tipped him!! They did remove the extra $2 per nail charge because I questioned it but was too late for leaving a good impression read more

Great first visit! I came with my mom and young cousins and my little boy. They were able to squeeze me, my mom and cousin in as walk-ins even though they were packed! I don't think this would happen often as every chair was filled. Making an appointment in the future is a must! Great sign though that a place is so packed. We didn't feel rushed or like we were taking up their time. Everyone was friendly and did a great job on our pedicures and manicures. It was an awful experience so I drove straight to Greenfield nails and spa in tears and showed them the horrible job the other place did on my full set, they were empathetic and offered to squeeze me in (they were very busy for an early Friday afternoon) I sat w Tracy and she was incredible!!! BEST SPA PEDICURE EVER! Right from the get go, Effie the receptionist answered all the questions about differences in pedicures, pricing & even sterilization techniques! The appointment was scheduled. Upon arrival, Tom the owner greeted me, offered me a beverage & escorted me to the waiting area. The salon is immaculate! I watched as a pedi bowl was scrubbed clean...even the chair & massage remote was wiped thoroughly. Also, the display of framed AZ Professional Regulation Licenses was a nice touch! Jessica did the most amazing pedi! She was a true professional, not only was the long 10 minute massage relaxing, the polish application was spot on! I've been coming to Greenfield Nails & Spa for over three years now and I've never been disappointed. Lyn is my go to nail tech but I have had others do my gel manicure and pedicure before. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. The nail techs actually make an effort to get to know you as they are doing your nails. The salon was remodeled a couple years ago and it's so beautiful and clean inside. The pedicure stations use their own pedicure jets, which makes it much more sanitary than most salons. They have an amazing assortment of colors for regular and gel manicures. I've never done SNS or acrylic so I'm not sure about those options but I'm sure they won't disappoint for those either. On March 18th me and my sister got full sets. Not even a week later and the nails began to crack and break off. They had noticeable bumps from the acrylic as well. I had messaged him about coming in to get the nails fixed and we agreed on a date. Today I went in to get them fixed and they were fixed no problem until we went to leave he told me I had to pay $15. Why? Because my sister had to had a full new set even though I had messaged him multiple pictures of the problem. The first time we went in the staff was very rude, short and in a hurry. The second time they were nicer. Even though the staff was nicer the second time I would not recommend going here. My cuticle and sides of my fingers were rubbed raw from filing. And overall I would never come back here. The manager lied and I was forced to pay again. read more

Everyone was super friendly and had great customer service. My nails looked awesome and really enjoyed my tech, Linh, who is the owner's sister. This is my favorite nail salon in the valley! I drive 20 minutes away from my house and pass like 5 nail salons to get to this one. They always do a great job for mani and pedis! They have a huge selection of pedicures to choose from and they have specials every month if you want to treat yourself. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. When starting a service, a sealed bag of sanitized instruments is opened right in front of you, which is great for anybody worried about cleanliness. Nice, clean salon. Lots of colors to choose from. The chairs are very nice and clean, single use bowl sleeves that are sanitary (also another nice feature) salon is very updated and modern. The salon is a decent sized place and all the employees were friendly. A few things that I was not pleased about were. My water was cold at first so I had to ask for new water. after my pedicure I was asked to move to the couches so they could take another customer I understand it's a business but we are also paying customers and shouldn't be hurtled around like cattle. My mom was getting gel polish and she wanted the rainbow metallic color she was advised it was gonna be the regular price for gel polish plus an additional 15$ for that color. I'm sorry but there is no need to charge the customer that amount for a shade of polish. I could see 5 bucks but not 15 that's way too much. I will end up trying another salon next time, I was really hoping to like this place and be a returning customer considering it's rating on yelp. read more

Greenfield Nails is my home base nail salon. I have been going here for about 3 years and have no plans of going elsewhere. I love the variety in choices, the cleanliness, the quality in materials but most importantly the staff. I see Tola for my pedicure and Anna for my gel manicure. Tola is so personable, warm and she gives the best foot massage around! Anna's so sweet and her work is always meticulous. My gel manicure will last for 3+ weeks without the corners lifting! Came here to get an acrylic removal because my job asked me to remove my nails. This was my first time at this salon so I can't comment on their actual work since I didn't get my nails done. But the staff was very friendly. Salon is clean and pretty inside. CC assisted in taking my acrylics off .. she was fast and efficient. So sad to leave this place a bad review after going to it based on the amazing reviews but $53 later, my sns dip nails fell off without force right before my homecoming. I called to see if I could get a reimbursement because 7 nails legit slipped off my nails, and they offered $7 off, at least they offered. Just disappointed because the only day I was able to have them done was Monday and by Friday they are ruined. Although, I called them to see if they could fix them, they did not make room for me and my homecoming being the day they offered i had already planned with my nails not being an issue.
