Nice, clean salon. Lots of colors to choose from. The chairs are very nice and clean, single use bowl sleeves that are sanitary (also another nice feature) salon is very updated and modern. The salon is a decent sized place and all the employees were friendly. A few things that I was not pleased about were. My water was cold at first so I had to ask for new water. after my pedicure I was asked to move to the couches so they could take another customer I understand it's a business but we are also paying customers and shouldn't be hurtled around like cattle. My mom was getting gel polish and she wanted the rainbow metallic color she was advised it was gonna be the regular price for gel polish plus an additional 15$ for that color. I'm sorry but there is no need to charge the customer that amount for a shade of polish. I could see 5 bucks but not 15 that's way too much. I will end up trying another salon next time, I was really hoping to like this place and be a returning customer considering it's rating on yelp. read more

Came here to get an acrylic removal because my job asked me to remove my nails. This was my first time at this salon so I can't comment on their actual work since I didn't get my nails done. But the staff was very friendly. Salon is clean and pretty inside. CC assisted in taking my acrylics off .. she was fast and efficient. Not only is this right next to my house but it also has amazing prices and great service. I had a man doing my acrylics (I forgot his name, my bad) and he was very nice and got the job done quickly and beautifully. Compared to others their prices are very affordable and they do a better job than some of the more "high-end" salons. So sad to leave this place a bad review after going to it based on the amazing reviews but $53 later, my sns dip nails fell off without force right before my homecoming. I called to see if I could get a reimbursement because 7 nails legit slipped off my nails, and they offered $7 off, at least they offered. Just disappointed because the only day I was able to have them done was Monday and by Friday they are ruined. Although, I called them to see if they could fix them, they did not make room for me and my homecoming being the day they offered i had already planned with my nails not being an issue. ABSOLUTELY NO social distancing!! I had an appointment midweek and when I arrived, it was standing room only after checking in. Every pedicure chair was full; every manicure station was being used. Clients had friends accompany them and they were crowded in among the clients. I have gone into this location for a year. Although they do great work I was a little put off on something I witness today. There was a special needs young lady that sat next to me for a pedicure today. The nail tech did not engage with her in conversation but instead talked to Others and ignored the young lady. At one point another nail tech said hey she's talking to you and she laughed and proceeded tomignore her. I am unclear by the actions of the employees of the salon if I will be returning and using their services. Might be time for some training to the associates on how to interact with someone that is different then their everyday customer. Even though the young lady did not pick up on they way she was treated I did and did not appreciate how she was treated. Not sure the employees would have appreciated the treatment if the tables were turned. read more

I've never tried a walk in because the place is usually so busy. It does slow down in the summer without all of the snow birds though. Everything is always clean and the nail color choices are great. My go to pedicure spot. Clean, friendly, professional and a million colors to choose from. Service is super hospitable and they have apple and Samsung chargers at the pedicure chairs. A regular pedicure is $25 and callus removal is $7. Pricier than most, but you get a little extra than at most places. Totally recommend making an appointment. read more

The talent in this place is amazing however the business practices are below standard. I have long natural nails, I get a gel mani, I have a very small crack in one of my nails and just wanted someone to put an overlay on it so it won't continue to crack and I was told that they only do repairs after 6:30 This is very inconvenient for me and it's also just rude that if you aren't getting a full service, your business is not important to them. When I asked to speak with Tom I was told he would not be in for the day and that is just their policy. Even if it is "policy" the young lady shouldn't tell people. As a previous Salon owner I would not want my receptionist basically telling my customers that they aren't worth the nail techs time unless they are getting a full service. I have been going to Greenfield for a little over a year now. Most of the time I am very happy with the services I receive. I was talked into trying SNS by my nail tech when I was there on Sunday. Two days later the edges started to lift. Today makes day five since they were done and they have completely come off. I work in an office setting and have not done anything that should have made this happen. This is my favorite place to get gel. Salon is clean and the nail techs are all super sweet! I had Tyler doing my gel manicure and he did a phenomenal job and took good care of me. My girlfriend has been going to this nail salon for years! She absolutely loves it. The girls are so friendly and nice. We went in today to get a pedicure and my girlfriend got a mani pedi as well. They asked her about styles and colors and made suggestions to make it even better than the pictures she brought in to base it off of. Hannah did her toes and Julie did her nails. Update: 4 of my nails have cracked due to how thin the SNS was applied. The other 3 nails have started to lift. If SNS is done correctly, I've gone 4-5 weeks without any issues. I don't think I will be returning. I shouldn't have spent almost $100 for two services & end up fixing my toes myself, and now having to get my nails fixed somewhere else as well. *** Also - I do not want a message from the owner or anyone else who works here. I have read through so many of the replies from the owner and I am in shock at the responses. I don't have an interest in coming back to have them "fixed" - by the looks of replies, I'd end up having to pay for a new set which I shouldn't have to, especially since the tech clearly did not know how to lay a solid SNS foundation. I've read SO many negative reviews about the SNS being too thin, cracking & breaking off after a few days. I wish I would've paid more attention to them and gone elsewhere. read more

New to the area and looking for my new nail salon. I found it! They have so many colors to choose from and I was encouraged to look at even more they just got in today. The colors are arranged via color palette. Each is swatched onto a fake nail by color and all you have to do is pick one and they do the rest. One color I chose was reacting strangely to my awful home mani with no base coat orange nails and she got up to get a different color but I still liked the original. I was greeted and offered water right away. The manager was so polite and friendly. I chose a neon pink for my toes. The same she had on. I like that she took the time to talk to me and thanked me for my business. My technician Nikki was so sweet and nice. I like that they talk to you instead of acting like you don't exist. The lady who took my call was sweet and professional, and I got a text confirming my appointment right afterwards, as well as a reminder about two hours beforehand. I got to the salon early and sat for a bit. While looking around it was very professional and contemporary looking. My name got called to be seated, but then I waited for about 6 minutes before a technician sat down which was a little bit awkward. However, I wanted a full set and I fell in love with my nails. If you are looking for a nail salon, I highly recommend Greenfield Nails and Spa. It is the best salon around (Chandler and Gilbert locations). I have been going to Lin for 5 years now. I tried so many other salons when we first moved here, but I couldn't find one that I was totally happy with. I have been going to Lin, who is amazing. My nails were in really bad shape and she was patient trying to find something that works, which happened to be the dip powder. She and the entire staff are so friendly yet very professional. The salons follow the Covid protocol. The stations are sanitized and the entire salon is very clean. I started going to the salon in Gilbert, but I love their new salon in Chandler. It is beautiful and spacious. The stations and spa chairs are spread out more. If you enjoy looking at the tv, they have plenty. The atmosphere is very bright. I would HIGHLY recommend trying the new salon. That would give you more options for making an appointment, as well.
