I needed to have the right side mirror of my car replaced and I called Green's Garage to see if they could fix it since it's close to my work. They answered and said I can bring the car in. After the same man I spoke to on the phone surveyed my car, took down my name, car make, year, model, VIN number, and wrote the problem with my side mirror on his little clipboard, he said he would order the part and the it can be "pricey." I said O.K. Two weeks later, I call to see if my part arrive because this took way too long. Mind you, this was the same guy who inspected my car. I recognized his voice. Turns out, he couldn't find my name in the system or anything having to do with my car. The man asked me how much was the invoice for and I said I didn't know because he only told me it was going to be "pricey." He tried to pawn it off on an associate of his and said that it was him who forgot to put my information in the system and inspected my car because of he was out due to Corona. (Didn't believe it for a minute) Then he tells me to send him pics of my car and he will order the part. I sent him the pictures and a week later, haven't heard anything. I ended up ordering from someone else and the part arrived in two days. I am floored at the lack of organization and customer service at this place. They are so unprofessional, disorganized, and inconsiderate of a customer's time, especially that I already drove over there and had it inspected by them to find out that they completely lost the paper. I have brought my car here several times. All in all, the service was fine. Holly at the front desk always has attitude, but I don't care because I am there to have my car worked on. One of the the. last times I brought my car in, when I picked it up, I noticed a scratch that was not there before I dropped it off. When I brought it to their attention, they tried looking at their "before photos" and realized they didn't see the scratch. They offered to buy touch-up paint and have the body shop (I think it's called Freddy's) across the street fix the scratch. I had to bring the car back and miss time from work. They DID offer me Uber. When I was ready to be picked up by Uber, they conveniently didn't answer there phones for over an hour so I had to pay for an Uber. When I picked up my car and saw the "paint job" they did, I laughed. It looked as if a child used paint pen and it actually looked WORSE than before! Seriously? This is from a body shop? They should all be ashamed! They offered AGAIN to now fix it correctly but now also claimed the scratch had been there before and they sent me some bogus photos that you can't see anything in. BUT they say that since it was originally their mistake they will fix it. It was a couple WEEKS before they messaged me. NOT called, but texted me to say they'd need my car a FEW DAYS and now they can't pay for Uber or provide me a loaner. As you can see, this place is a JOKE and totally unprofessional. I would never recommend them to ANYONE. Crappy service, liars, and Holly has a terrible attitude. Oh, and one day when I was supposed to get a call when they "touch up paint arrived", nobody called me. I called, and was told that the girl handling my paint had a medical emergency. This garage is AMAZING! My partner and I are renovating a 1989 Dodge xtravan xplorer and after being turned down and dismissed by 2 other shops we came across this incredible team. Right from the start, they're welcoming, professional and have a great attention to detail. Holly from the front office in particular was so hospitable and helpful. Give that girl a raise! Her communication between the mechanics and customer is the best I've ever seen at any shop. The young gentleman from the front desk was also super nice and helpful! Great vibes! When you are leaving your car in for service they take pictures of everything, they write up a detailed report with all the notes regarding the work. while they are checking out the vehicle they update you with pictures and notes through email. They did a lot of work on our van and answered all our questions. We had electrical work done, rebuilt front suspension, replaced fuel pump and they even went out of their way to hunt and find the right fuel harness. These folks did a GREAT job! The mechanics here deserve every penny and more! This place is adequately priced. They guarantee their work because they do a good job. The customer service and work they do is exemplary. My experience: I paid $99.69 for the scanning/diagnose plus $99.69 more for replacing the crankshaft position sensor (labor price total $199.38). I previewsly scanned my car and brought them the codes and the possible issues printed, and I left them my "cheat sheet" which they used with 5 possible issues (included crankshaft position sensor) that they wouldn't have gotten if they would've scanned it because I erased the codes; and I still paid for the scanning/diagnose. I would've expected a discount, at least) The price of the sensor was 3 times more ($165.85) than the one I found in Amazon ($54.28). I understand they wouldn't have given me warranty (1 year or 12,000 miles) if I brought the part, I'm just comparing prices. The least I would have expected, after paying expensive, being this a many decades business, was simply not seeing finger prints of burnt oil on the hood. I'm not asking for a complete car wash. This garage works really good, and I believe solves most of the customers' issues. I'm happy my car works well again. However, after reading many reviews I would also agree it's expensive, being this my first experience with them. read more

Got my oil and filter changed today. Second time I've done this at Greens. Omar took care of the paper work and was great to deal with. the reason I'm writing this review, it's not because of the oil changes but because of the other two times I went in thinking I had major issues. Once with rotors and wheel bearings only to find normal rust on the rotor surface from lack of use. a quick visual did the trick at no charge. The second time I came in with a stuck seatbelt that was wrapped around one of the headrests. I've should have been able to removed the headrest and freed the belt myself but could not find the button to push. Neither could they at firs but one of their mechanics worked on it for a few minutes until he found it. Again, no charge. These two simple examples of Omar and his team tells my that these are honest people willing to help without unnecessary charges. I am schedule to return for some real front end work and an oil leak. I have been given estimates and while this is substantial work, I'm happy with the price quoted. if you are looking for an alternative to dealer service, I highly recommend Greens. I chose Green's after a Yelp search for an oil change place in the area, and this was definitely a good choice. Service writer Jorge was friendly and professional. The garage was packed full of cars inside and out. Foreign, domestic, new, and old. Seems like an intricate puzzle for them to figure out which cars to move when, as there's not much room on this busy street and with such limited space. But it all works well. I came in without an appointment and he was apologetic that the oil change would take about 45 minutes because they were using only one ramp today. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with a nice big screen TV that was not annoyingly loud. Construction is nearly done on three new covered outdoor ramps, which they expect to speed up the already quick service. This garage looks like it's been here for decades, as I'm sure it has. With service like this, they'll easily stay ahead of any modern chain oil change shops. Having newer cars under manufacturer's warranty, we hopefully won't need any major mechanical stuff done soon, but I would select Green's for that type of work as well. read more

I went to the garage in December 2022, I paid 167.91$ to detect the trouble shoot, they changed the rack and pinion and charged 2974.83$, the total bill before taxes = 3370.82$ They told me I had to go to the dealer because they are not able to program the security options on my car. I took the road and 8 hours later I had the same steering problem. I went to the dealer Audi, they said Green's garage changed the wrong part. How it is possible????I showed them the bill, the dealer Audi told me they charged the double price for the part, the mechanic MUST always balance the wheels of the vehicle after having changed the rack and pinion but above all we must NOT let a customer leave without programming the safety options. On the website, they explain the warranty, for me they replied that they could reimburse me for the price of troubleshoot ???? Now you can decide if you will receive a good service. 2023-03-07 PM Thank you Mr T for your answer. You delivered my vehicle on Thursday afternoon in the first day of December 2022. On Friday, I visited two Audi dealers and indeed they told me that they had no place to program the security options before the end of the month (after Christmas). I guess you received the same answer than me after you found that you were not able to do it. I didn't have a choice to return home if I didn't want to live 3 weeks in a hotel. If you wish, I can include with my message: your bill, the dealer's bill that describe in English that you changed the wrong part and the photo of the part that should have been changed. For them, the car's programming was included in the price, the work was well done and the price was right. For the consumer who wonders how you respect the guarantee, they can read your answer, they will be able to conclude. read more

I was a little nervous because Maserati is such a unique car that I wanted to make sure I took it to a good shop. When I spoke with barbara I was surprised how much they knew about my vehicle in specific and Tony was amazing at letting me know exactly what was going on with it and what it took to get it right. I took a road trip from California to Miami and my car decided it was the best time to have a tantrum ... they were very understanding and did their best to get me back on the road as soon as they could. In total they did a lot of work in a short amount of time that spanned from services as simple as an oil change, to the radiator, and water pump. Javi was very informative about what was going on with my AC and with my headlight, and maintained great communication with me before and during the service they provided. I'm very happy with the resolution even if it cost me a little more than I would have liked to fork over - and they went above and beyond by reattaching my falling bumper that I had tied on with zip ties! They do a decent job with oil change but I feel they seriously overcharge their customers. For example they want nearly $80 for synthetic oil change on a Camry 4 cylinder.
