His van had clearly been in an accident, and even standing outside the van the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. 2 hours in, he left me with a key that didn't even work fully. Paid over $700 for that key, the genuine key from my dealership, with THE CORRECT programming for a key that actually worked was $500. They wouldn't issue a refund. Terrible company.
