[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute little coffee stand in the Mission Viejo mall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got the iced fall out boy and it was the perfect fall drink. It wasn't too sweet and you could taste the espresso which are my two iced latte musts. Service was fast and sweet!

I decided to order 3 drinks because they were closing, and I usually don't order this late...but [[HIGHLIGHT]]the menu looked promising, and the atmosphere was inviting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The female employee who took my order was kind and made it a lovely experience. The strawberry matcha was decent, but I really only liked the one of the energy drinks because over time, it turned out to be really sour. It had a very strange tart aftertaste, and I rarely throw drinks out, but it could only be drunk halfway. I wonder who Gregory is though because it's my first time hearing of this chain...

Very good coffee shop right before all the restaurants at the food court upstairs. They have pastries along with well blended coffees. It's always nice to find an actually good coffee shop at the mall that you won't also see across the street.

We were a little coffee'd out today so I opted for the Full Moon Matcha. Hubby didn't like it and I was disappointed because it lacked matcha flavor. I was excited to try vegan maple tahini foam along with the salted yolk flavor, but it was mostly a vegan light green sweetened drink for $8.05 + tax which is steep for what it was. I regret not getting an espresso based drink, maybe that would have been better because after all it's Gregory's Coffee, not Gregory's Matcha or even Gregory's Tea.

This coffee stand is located in the food court at The Shops At Mission Viejo, thankfully replacing a Starbucks and serving GOOD coffee rather than the crap served by the former tenant. I stopped by on a recent weekday morning. I had finished dashing around the mall and was on my way home so ordered a salted caramel cold brew to take on the road. The perky women behind the counter quickly had my order ready and I was on my way. The coffee itself had a bold taste. I could tell it was a quality coffee bean roast. The salty caramel was evident but didn't overshadow the coffee, just sweetened it slightly. I caught both the saltiness and caramel flavors; they weren't lost behind the coffee. Although I've only had this single drink I can tell this place is meant for true coffee aficionados.

Come with me to try the super popular New York transplant Gregorys Coffee. This is their first location ever on the West Coast. I had only seen this place in TV shows so I was so excited to finally get the chance to try their specialty drinks, like this Iced cherry blossom that had all these pretty layers and tasted so delicious, and the Purple Rain smoothie which is right up my alley with its 21 grams of protein. Also picked up some of their delicious bites, my favorite is the Crunchy power bite with the chia seeds on top, and the Vegan chia seed croissant, and what's crazy is that almost all of these are vegan or gluten-free too! Thanks for reading! ^-^

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Gregory's replaced Starbucks in The Shops at Mission Viejo. Looks exactly the same as it used to and carries very similar products.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Typical mall coffee shop vibe - nothing fancy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff were friendly and coffee was fine - not amazing, but not bad.

I went out for errands with my husband over the weekend and forgot my water bottle. I was feeling a little dehydrated so while at the mall, we walked by the food court. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Gregorys Coffee replaced the Starbucks here and has a splashy little setup.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They are a chain from New York. Unfortunately, I can't do caffeine in the afternoons so I opted for one of the refresher drinks. I ordered the pineapple ginger drink. It was a light drink with mid-level sweetness. I didn't taste too much pineapple or ginger. It was also pricey for the size I ordered. It did help with my thirst though. Will I be back? It remains to be seen. If I'm around when coffee is a must, then maybe.

Gregorys is located in the Mission Mall food court, replaced the prior Starbucks. Staff were very welcoming. I had the Banana Breeze which tasted great. Service and staff were very friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance and decor was the usual coffee vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I'm so glad there is a new coffee stand in the MV mall, since Starbucks closed this location a while back. I've only gotten a decaf latte, but the coffee tasted so good. Really looking forward to trying some of their other drinks!

Great place, ordered the salted caramel cold brew and it was the best coffee i've ever had. Starbucks is absolute trash compared to this.

I've been here a few times before and have always enjoyed both their coffee and matcha. This visit, I couldn't decide between the two, so I was excited to see the Matcha Americano on the menu. It's essentially an Americano topped with matcha instead of milk, making it a great option for someone like me who is lactose intolerant. The drink had a nice bold coffee and matcha flavor. I did ended up adding a little honey when I got home since I wanted a little bit of sweetness. I also have to give credit to the service. For a holiday weekend, I was surprised there was only one employee working, especially with a steady line of customers coming in. My drink took a little longer than usual, but considering the barista was taking orders, making drinks, and running the register all by herself, she was incredibly efficient and kept everything moving smoothly. Overall, another great visit, and I'll definitely be stopping by again the next time I'm in the area.

Their son in particular is phenomenal and always made every interaction pleasant. The baked goods are fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. While there was one interaction in the past that felt a little more business-focused than hospitality-focused regarding a mall discount, it was far from enough to take away from the overall experience this bakery consistently provides. Manager ( not the owners ) was upset I wasn't able to offer a mall discount when they were able too. Came to the point she would verbally say we wouldn't ( myself and crew members) wouldn't be receiving it. Personally not a big deal. Most I'd spend was 5-7$ and discount was less than a dollar. Still a phenomenal bakery At the end of the day, great ownership, great products, and great people. Small businesses like this deserve support, and I'm always happy to recommend them.

We visited on a Saturday morning around 9:30am, and while the place was very busy and lively, it's easy to see why it's so popular. Drinks: The honey lavender latte was excellent -- smooth, lightly floral, and not overly sweet. The Nutella cortado is also a standout and a great choice if you like something rich but balanced. Food: The chicken and mushroom crepe had great flavor and was very satisfying. The Romeo and Juliette crepe was absolutely delicious and easily one of the highlights of the visit. Pastries: The almond croissant and peach danish were my favorites -- flaky, fresh, and exactly what you hope for at a bakery like this. Because it was a peak Saturday morning, there was about a 15-minute wait to find a table, and ordering took another 20 minutes. My food came out fairly quickly, but my husband's order was unfortunately missed and didn't arrive until about 40 minutes later. That said, the woman running the place was an absolute sweetheart -- incredibly kind, apologetic, and genuinely attentive. She even offered us a free dessert to make up for the delay, which we really appreciated. The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful despite how crowded it was. The space does get noisy when it's full, so it's not the most relaxing dine-in experience during peak hours. My advice: order online and take it to go -- this would be perfect for a picnic or a relaxed breakfast elsewhere. The food and drinks are absolutely worth it, and with a little planning, you'll have a great experience.

I ordered an iced sea salt jasmine tea (large). I ordered through their website on my way there. When I went in to pick it up, the jasmine tea was waiting in the fridge for me and they topped it with the sea salt foam right before they handed it over, so that the foam would be nice and fresh. Once they add the foam it starts slowly blending with the tea, so I think it's nice that they make it fresh like that. I ordered 25% sweet tea, and it was just right. Honestly I bet even unsweetened would have been good too. The jasmine tea has a very strong floral taste, more so than other jasmine teas I've had at other places, which I think offsets some of the need for sweetness, and the sea salt foam was actually quite sweet as well. It was sweeter foam than 85C Bakery, which is my other go-to place. I enjoyed my drink and I thought the amount of foam they put on top was great (I like a lot of foam). The coffee/tea shop itself seems pretty nice. Although I didn't stay or order food, they do have a nice seating area where I saw a lot of people on their computers, and they have food items on their menu too.
