Gregorys is a cute coffee shop! This was my first time trying anything from here and I liked everything we tried. To drink I went with the iced fall oat boy which is espresso is infused with cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, and hazelnut with oat milk, all over ice. It was so yummy and the perfect balance of sweet and creamy! We also got a couple pastries -- the nutella pistachio twist and a blueberry muffin. The nutella pistachio twist was the clear winner! Jada, the barista, made me a cappuccino with the Night Vision extra strong espresso. The hot coffee was welcomed as I had ducked into Gregory's Coffee to warm up on this frigid day. Every sip helped ease my shivers and I felt calmer. Customer service was pleasant and friendly. The interior was bright and luckily I got a table. I don't get why this place has such low ratings. When I visited everything was just right. The shop is clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable. No one rushes you to leave, just sit and enjoy. We ordered a Cappuccino and an Americano. Both were perfectly made - hot, perfect consistency of foam on the Cappuccino, prepared quickly and served with a smile. For chain coffee I am a fan of Gregorys. Their Nu Brew is just tasty. Not too sweet, but also has plenty of tasty Nutella flavor. I actually haven't branched out from this whenever I go to Gregorys so I can't speak of the rest of the menu. There were plenty of people working away in here on a weekday. All the other Gregory's are wonderful. One of my favourite places to go to. This one? AWFUL. The staff are dismissive. Constantly arguing and shouting and not even paying attention to clients. The food is terrible. I got a piece of banana nut bread and cannot finish it. I might've choked to death if I didn't have a beverage. Its so old and dry. Probably has been sitting in the window for days. The blueberry muffin was the same way. The coffee is mid at best aswell. The service is horrible. The cashier just looked at me and expected me to tell her my order and expected a tip. The ambiance is also terrible. Passed by after a workout class, and was pleasantly surprised. I've been to other Gregory's coffee shop locations in the past, and have enjoyed their pastries and matcha lattes. This time I wanted to try a little something different, and tried their decaf coffee. This location didn't have any readily available, and were nice enough to make me a fresh brew. I truly appreciated the nice gesture! (Some bigger chains would just say they're out and not make any additional batches). As of November 2021 during COVID-19: As a fellow Gregular (Gregorys app member), I find this particular location so convenient. Located a few walkable blocks away from several subway stations like the F/M and E/C on 23rd Street, the 26th Street coffeeshop comes in handy when you want something on the go. Being a Gregular has it's advantages as you can order ahead on the app and pickup your drink/food minutes away. I agree there's some times that there may be some mishaps on the ordering system but when the staff is ahead of the game, the convenience is a life changer. I find myself ordering Gregorys vegan burrito very often from here. Seemingly popular, I find that it's busy here most of the time due to the fact that it's located on 6th Ave. My only gripe would be that sometimes the tables are messy or sticky. Overall, the customer service is good, and they're quick when ordering on spot. Accepts cash, card, and Applepay as well as the Gregular app. Bathroom available. Decent amount of seating but pretty compact and noisy for those who need private conversations. Masks inside and vaccination cards if dining in. Good for laptop users. Bon appetit! read more

I always get so excited when I pass Gregory's because they're always marketing their newest vegan breakfast option. After resisting for a few months, I finally caved and came in for a delicious vegan breakfast this morning. I asked the person working which of the three vegan options was their favorite and was told I should definitely go with a breakfast burrito. Oh wow were they right! The vegan breakfast burrito is sensational! I feel like a lot of places that try to do vegan breakfast burritos overdo it with the cheese or there's an ingredient in there that taste a little off and ruins the whole burrito. You need the right type of cheese and flavor and they did it so well! This was literally perfect and reminded me of the non-vegan breakfast burritos I used to eat years years ago. I've also tried their vegan breakfast sandwich that comes on a croissant. It is so freaking good. If I had to choose a favorite I wouldn't be able to pick - they're both so good!! It was our first time at Gregorys and pretty disappointed to say the least. I got the Flower Power drink which tasted very watered down and almost sour. It wasn't sweet at all and I could barely taste the coffee. Worst part is we got a yogurt parfait which was MOLDY. How GROSS. We even called the store afterwards to try to let them know they should check on the rest but they didn't pick up. I would given them only 1 star, but my friend's Salted Caramel Cold Brew was pretty good so I gave them 2 stars. read more

I was pretty taken aback by the utter lack of professionalism at this location (West 26th St and 6th Ave. in Manhattan). Employees literally yelling and cursing at each other at times. Another employee crouched down on the ground behind the counter styling his coworker's hair. Employees eating outside food -chick fil-a- behind the counter (see photos) with food containers on the counter directly next to pastries. This is unsanitary, especially in times during COVID and cannot be in keeping with the vision of Gregory's. I guess you really can't find good help these days. This place is a complete hot mess. Came in with our teens for quick morning coffees and smoothies. We were charged incorrectly and given cold brews instead of hot coffee. When we explained we ordered hot coffee we were questioned as to why we wanted hot coffee opposed to cold, and also not refunded for any cost differences. Then our smoothies didn't arrive. After 15 minutes of watching other patrons come and go we inquire about the whereabouts of our smoothies. The employee shrugged us off stating it would be out shortly. Fast forward we inquire again and explain we are now out of time and would prefer a refund. The guy rudely tells us it's not his issue and points us to the back of the (now) long line because he's only in charge of food....which apparently, doesn't include protein smoothies. So he went back to his very specific job of shoving sandwiches into bags so aggressively the bag breaks and sandwiches go flying. This coffee shop is definitely for you if you appreciate extreme chaos, missing items, incorrect bills, crazy levels of rudeness and zero accountability. read more

Terrible service. The lady was extremely rude for no reason. We all understand things are tough right now. As soon as I asked her to put on gloves she was upset.
