He made appointment and took the offer and his mint condition Mustang with 32K miles on it to the dealership. He has excellent credit...was told he didn't qualify for the items on the letter. Then they began the let me talk to my manager game. EVERYONE in the showroom that day had received this offer specific to their vehicle and were being treated the same way. Husband visited Dealership when we wanted to buy Mach E mustang. Called several times to confirm financing and that they had them in stock. Was told by multiple people that they didn't have just one in stock but "several". Made appointment with "VIP" car salesman for today. Upon arrival was told that they did not have any of the models we were interested in and that it could take up to 12 weeks for the car to be ready. Salesman apologized that he was given misleading information from one of the call centers even though one of the people he spoke with was the woman that greeted him at the front desk. Was also told that the 0% financing he confirmed, again multiple times, was also untrue; despite advertising on their website which he was told was ending today. I was using the service department. I find the people to be unresponsive, and the service to be very slow. This is not a place I would take my car if I have a full time job. The first time I brought my car there, I waited over 10 days for a power train issue to be fixed, and the car was not touched even after 10 days. I was told that the parts had not arrived so I wrote to Ford corporate office then, and they helped me get my car fixed immediately. I do not know where the issue was but I believed Grieco that it was not their fault. The 2nd time I brought my car there, I was getting the run around as well, and it took two days to fix a small problem. The car still had issues so I took it to another place instead because I am tired of dealing with this place. I give up with this place, and will likely never go back to this dealership for service work ever again. read more

I drive a 2014 Ford Focus, I'm not into cars so if it gets me around then I'm overly satisfied. On the recommendation of a friend, I took it into the Ford dealership in Delray and I'm pleased with the service I received. The waiting area is really comfy, complimentary snacks and beverages (I know that's pretty standard, but they had actual backed stuff--not just oreo packets). My regular oil change/servicing was completed in a timely manner, I had no issues at checkout. No weird mechanics trying to upsell me on nonsense repairs. I brought my car for servicing on August 7th as Ford recalled my air bag and also needed an oil change for my 2013 Mustang. Ivan Feller in service was excellent. I purchased my car of Ford of Pompano where they told me I needed an alignment, integration service (which is a way for the dealership to make money) and coolant service for my car with 41K miles. None of these services that Pompano Ford recommended were needed. I dropped my car off at 8 AM and the shuttle took me to work by 8:30 AM. I then had my colleague take me back at 1 PM to pick up my car. The car was washed and the inside was vacuumed. I will be taking all of my future service to this dealership. read more

Please read all the posted reviews, I had similar experiences with the service the department and false flyers telling me my car worth 10,000 bring it in for a trade. I have taken my car in for maintenance under Grieco Ford in Federal and they have lost the key to my tire lock nut. then I spend a frustrating 3 months going back and forth without getting tire rotations and alignments due to the fact the lost the lock nut key.(even though the would charge me for it and I would have to argue it each time, " how could you have don't the tire rotation and alignment, you guys lost the key to my lock nuts") The supervisor would tell me there is a special drill needed to remove this lock nut lock on tires and to come back on a weekend. each time I show up I was given same story, sorry drill not here or tech that did the initial work was fired, not sure were you key is, for the span of the 3 months. until finally it was taken off manual without the magic drill. after removed and 100 point inspection done, they found my alignment was bad and need adjusting and breaks need replacement and several other issue spanning at almost 800 dollars. I stated my breaks where on green last check before you guys lost the key to my lock nuts. They just made excuses did not offer me an apology nor discount. I refuse to work with them any more and currently taking my car to tire Kingdome and private mechanic " I will never go back to this dealership ever " Sales reps are slimy and service department a joke. Any person thinking of going there please read all the review and BBB, yelp, twitter. you will find tons of responses similar to mine. please don't waste your time, money, sanity!! I had a check engine light on my 2002 Tbird. I called and asked if i could stop in and have them tell me what the code is. I know it takes 1 min to attach and get the code. The person on the phone said no problem and gave me an appt. I got to the service area and went inside and said i had an appt to get the code read. They asked are you leaving it here because it could take up to 4 hrs. I said no, i called and was told they can just give me the code right away. I did not need any work to be done. the manager came over and said they have a person who can do it but he wont be free for 2 hrs. She also said she spoke to the girls who answer the phone but they denied it. Why not look at who setup the appt? hmmm. I left and went across the street to advanced auto and they gave me the code in 30 secs at no cost. read more

HERE IS MY EXPERIENCE: I open a case with Ford customer service and I have been going back and forth now too many times to fix the SYNC bluetooth that isn't compatible with the iPhone 7. Additionally their update system may not be compatible with other IPHONE as the last FORD update is up to APPLE 6 software 9 version. Currently Apple is running the 10.3.1 software version release. Also i have been ask Ford trough the customer center complaining to re-purchase the vehicle as it is a matter of safety not being able to use the SYNC while you're driving. Also i informed the Better Business Bureau about this issue and open a case with them as well. Paul Wuest was my salesman and he was very attentive during the entire process and after taking delivery. I purchased a 2015 Mustang on 1/23/15 that I ordered using X Plan on 11/17/14. Paul worked with me to get an expired incentive protected that was valid at the time I placed my order. When I took delivery several of the black wheels were scratched and nicked during transit and the Collision Manager, Kelly, is providing me with a rental at no cost while the wheels are repaired and is filing my tank for free when I pick up my car because I had to make several trips back to the dealership. My daughter needed a new car. We live in Delray. We went to a Ford dealer in West Palm. Was not at all happy with the salesperson but my daughter did find the car wanted. The only one in the exact color that she wanted was at the Miami.Autonation. Matt said they could have it shipped to Delray. The entire experience was well handled and stress free. One caveat, and this may be because I'm relatively new top Florida, The day after we got home I called the insurance company because I could not locate the new insurance card. They said no insurance was on that vehicle. Miscommunication. I assumed that the dealer got it ( gave them my card) . Once again PROBLEMS. After speaking with a family member representative nothing gets accomplished and insult is added to injury. I was having problems with my antenna and wrote a previous poor review. I received this phone call and explained my disappointment with this and additional problems that included a squeak in my dashboard that has been since I purchased the vehicle used with no warranty for service. I have had this squeak serviced several times at no charge with no resolution.The rep told me she would speak with the new service manager, Michael Knapp and ask him to call me to set up an appointment to resolve this issue. Before getting off the phone she asked me to remove my previous poor reviews. I said I would not but if she can resolve this issue I would give a glowing review. I then received a call back from the same family member from the previous call letting me know if I wanted this repaired, there would be a charge since my car was no longer under warranty. SERIOUSLY!
