Most awful ford I have ever given my money to. I have not experienced one good service there yet. Workers are lazy, incompetent and time wasters. Went to buy car that was on internet. Salesman ARRON confirmed car was there. Drove the car everything fine. Car was listed for $21325.00 we added leather $1000.00, tax and tags was $1750. That adds up to $24075 right.......wrong. Salesman came back with embarrassed look on his face. Are you ready $28300.00. Really. I said you know I did not pull this price out of the air, it's on your website. He replied oh, that doesn't matter because you didn't use our financing. You can't make this up! So if you like a dealership who makes up there own pricing and advertised prices don't matter Grieco Ford is definitely the place for you. I'd been here a few months ago for an oil change and wasn't thrilled with Grieco because I had to wait over two hours and didn't get any report of what was good or not with my car as I had previously received at another dealership. I was determined not to come back. But I had an issue with my Ford the past couple of weeks that I thought would be best serviced at the dealership. My service advisor, Daily D. really saved the day! She went the extra mile for me and saved me hundreds of dollars. When I had to leave my car over the weekend, she even helped me remove some of my belongings from the car. She explained what was going on with my car the entire time. And not to neglect the mechanics, they did an awesome job! A few years ago I moved down to Florida with my 2014 Ford Edge. I stopped in to see what the place was like, and Milton, the service advisor, gave me a free oil change! This past week, while I was in the process of looking to buy a car, I went to the new location of Grieco Ford on Federal Highway in Delray Beach. I met and dealt with Jesus Dominguez, who put me in a brand new 2018 Ford Explorer. Jesus was attentive and patient and took the time to explain everything. Have not been to this dealership but after reading reviews I will not go. If companies don't think reviews hurt their business they are wrong. Reason I was reading reviews is I needed a price on installing a trailer hitch for my 2017 Explorer. Called them and it took 9 minutes to get to speak to a human only to be transfered to another line on hold, 7 minutes later I hear someone pick up just to hang up. Well that's all it takes for me to say Cold day in hell I do business with these people. They have more bad reviews then good. My Ford has been the baine of my existence. I can't tell you how many things have gone wrong with this SUV. It is a 2011 Ford Edge. I swear it must have been made on a Friday around 5:00. With that being said, I found out on Saturday that the brake booster had been recalled and that I would need to take the vehicle to a dealership because it wasn't covered under warrantee. I live in Delray Beach so I was very lucky that there is a Ford dealership across the street. I called this morning, 8/23/15 at 8:45am and spoke to Kathleen. I explained my situation and she advised me to bring it right over for them to take a look at it to see if indeed it was part of a recall. I brought the SUV over to the shop. The service department is very easy to find. When you turn into the dealership the sign is very big and there are good instructions on what to do. As I was bringing my SUV into the service area there was already a person standing by my door to greet me. How cool is that? I explained that Kathleen had asked me to bring the SUV in. I was assigned to Service Advisor DAWN SARACENO. From the get-go she was amazing. She listened to my story and my concerns about the vehicle and took down the information to look up the recall notice. She also explained that there could be many reasons why this was happening and explained all the possibilities. DAWN explained to me that the service department was very busy and set the expectation that the vehicle may not be ready today. I gave her the okay to take the vehicle. I received a call at 3:48 from DAWN telling me that the vehicle was ready and that the brake booster had been replaced. Since it was part of the recall there was no charge. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism from DAWN. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership and the open communication. I would recommend this service department to other Ford vehicle owners and would bring my car back to this facility. I would recommend that you ask for DAWN SARACENO as she was exceptional with her service and attention to the matter. read more

Needed a quick used car (affordable) as my own car was 'out of area'with no delivery date. Went thru used cars online (very affordable, low mileage, one owner) and was slim pickings. Found one at Grieco and went to see it. Not worth my time BUT our sales person was Scott Pokorney and he researched to see if they had another "deal" in inventory. VOILA !! Came up with a beauty, low mileage, 1 owner, leather interiors, moon roof...bells AND whistles !! We took it to Tilden for a complete pre-purchase inspection (safety and works) and except for 2 relatively minor issues, got a green light !!Scott worked with us to get it repaired, registered, plated, etc etc and we drove off happy . Once the car was purchased FORGET everything that is said about calling any time for anything. The finance dept had an issue (I keep telling him that he had the wrong address) and called me. I called back right away and drove right down to take care of the paperwork. I called to speak to Pedro to add some extended warranty items, and I called and called. 5-6 emails, 8-10 calls and he was always saying " I'm busy and I will get back to you." Also, my mother spoke to Eric about the Sync system training and he said call anytime to schedule. She called last week and no call back yet. I spoke to my salesperson several times about the above situation and nothing has happened. Today the GM called me Mike Costanva, and explained how busy the finance dept has been for the last 3 days to which I asked "how about before the last 3 days?" (why would you TELL a customer you were too busy). Mike did say the finance manager would call me and I am waiting by the phone....still. The finance mgr did call me Friday evening and assured me he would get back to me on Monday and it is now Tuesday. Should have bought the car in Boston at Sentry South Ford and sent it to Florida. So to reiterate once the car is purchased "see ya". Take warning you are on your own. Can't wait for the Ford survey. Don't like screwing with any ones lively hood but come on enough is enough. The real question is what happened to customer service? No follow up and nothing but excuses from the GM on . read more

The worst service ever. Brought in our car for a battery. We were told that it would take between 1 and 1.5 hours. It is now over 4 hours later and we are still waiting. had my car fixed here in march of 2020 was told by service that i could have 18 months interest free . I had work done got credit card . but they never coded correctly not credit card company citi bank are charging me interest cc company refuses to correct until Grieco ford calls them to correct Greico ford has ignored every attempt to discuss or fix problem . they say some one will call and correct but have not heard from them now just get bounced from one extension to another with never a call to resolve my issues bank says ford must correct ford is ignoring . If I could give the Autonation Ford service center less than 1 star I would. My experience with them was nothing but a huge hassle and, as I am realizing more and more, DISHONEST. They were not at all professional or courteous and everything I inquired about seemed to be a major inconvenience for them. My car was making a strange noise when I initially brought it here to be serviced in December 2015. When I first arrived Lisa pulled up my service record and noticed that there were also a few recalls on my car that needed to be addressed. One recall being that the door latches will open but then will not re-latch. They guaranteed to replace the latches for me. I also inquired about the cost of replacing the missing "u" on the back of my Fusion symbol. After several days, Lisa called me back and informed me that the technicians were unable to hear the sound that I described and it was "probably nothing". She then informed me that they had taken care of the door handle recall and also would be charging me almost $100 for replacing the "u" emblem. I explained to her that I never authorized that replacement, I had simply asked for the pricing. Being that it was so expensive for one letter I would not have authorized it. VERY begrudgingly, and after several complaints she told me she would absorb that cost. However, when I picked up the car...there was still no "u" so either it never got done and she lied or it was taken back off...I wrote this off as annoying/unprofessional but moved on. Now, 5 months later my door handle will not latch closed. (The recall issue that was apparently "taken care of" back in December). Because I could not drive my car with an open door I had to have it towed to a Ford dealer in West Palm where they discovered that the Auto Nation service center installed it incorrectly...my car then had to be towed back to Delray for them to correct. I BEGGED this dealership not to send it there because I really do not trust them; however it was the only way to have it covered. Once my car was there, I never got a call from Lisa or the service department. I only knew that my car was ready because Enterprise called to say that the dealership would no longer be covering my rental and I had an hour to get there...so I called Lisa to discuss the issue. She blamed the faulty door latch (front passenger door) on damage to the rear of my car, which made no sense. She never apologized for the inconvenience and continuously attempted to blame me. I finally told her I did not want to go in circles and just wanted my car back. When I got there I could hear her talking to the secretary but she would not come and face me. I am so disappointed in the service at AutoNation Ford. I will never step foot back there again and will definitely warn others. read more

HORRIBLE, THE WORST MOST HORRIFIC SERVICE PLACE EVER! Woke up at 6:45 AM on my day off (the day after a holiday) for an 8:30 appointment in Delray to get my car serviced due to a recall on the steering wheel, (kind of important, right)? I get there at 8:30 and the man behind the counter says oh you were with Hector he didn't show up. Red flag! So I reiterate as I did when I called to make the appointment that I need to be out of there by 11:30 for another appointment in Boynton Beach at 12:30 (leaving myself plenty of time) ... he responds it should be done earlier but I'll call you. So 11 or so I call to check in but no returned call. We stalled by doing a little more shopping and returned to pick up my car at 11:45. He (Steve F) leaves to go check on the car and comes back and he says it won't be done until 2:30. I said I need my car now. So he drives the car around gives me my keys and tells me nothing has been done to it. NOT EVEN AN I'M SORRY. The excuse was they were busy! I want my experience to be shared so no one else wastes there time going there! They'll lie to you and they wasted my time my gas my friends gas who followed me so I wouldn't have to sit there waiting ... and it interrupted our visit with each other to boot as she was in visiting for the holiday! Sooooo angry ZERO STARS ON THIS SURVEY but it won't let me post without selecting at least a star!!! read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I left my car to change the headlights that were not working, waited 3 hours in their "lounge" and nothing was done, a 30 minute job. Then, after I complained at least 5 times the mechanic broke my bumper when removing it to install the lights! Two weeks later when they "were able" to install a new one, they have schedule it to be done on monday, I left the car early in the morning, it was scheduled to be ready in the afternoon and when I went there to pick it up it was parked on the same place I left and they didn't even touch it! It is tuesday, the car is still laying there and they said that they can't deliver it until thursday!! DO NOT GO TO FORD DELRAY OR ANY OTHER AUTONATION DEALERSHIPS! read more

Consider this your warning: Do NOT take your vehicle to the AutoNation Ford Delray Collison Center to be repaired! My experience: Within four days of buying a new VW Eos (hard-top convertible), I was t-boned at an intersection. The vehicle was still under warranty, and I had purchased an extended warranty as well. I planned to keep the car forever and it was in limited stock, so I chose to have it fixed rather than totaled. So, in order to keep my warranty valid, I had to send it to a certified VW repair shop. This one was the closest and was a "preferred vendor" by my insurance (State Farm). So, I sent my car to the shop and got a rental car. My car sat in the shop for a few days before it was even looked at (crash was Friday; car was looked at on Thursday). We finally received a call on Friday that it would need a decent amount of repairs, through which they would work with my insurance company, and it would take 3 weeks. So, I prepared mentally to drive my rental car for three weeks. Three weeks later, we called to see when we could pick up my car, only to be told they found something else that needed fixed, so they were trying to fix it. It would be ready in a few days. A few days later, we called to discover that they couldn't fix it, so they had to order a part from Germany. That would take another few days to get here and then they'd work the car back into the rotation to be finished. And on and on this went. Same cycle: they'd promise it would be fixed, we'd call and find out that it was NOT indeed fixed and that it would be another few days/weeks. This went on for THREE (3) MONTHS! I spoke with the Shop Manager several times, expressing my concern and dissatisfaction, only to be "reassured" that they just want to make sure the car is repaired RIGHT so that I don't have to bring it back for more repairs in the future. (DUH) Obviously we all want that! I shared with him my thoughts about their incompetent project management and communications skills, and questioned if it was a lack of ability to foresee the problems before they occurred. At the end, I began to wonder how many of the "issues" they found were actually caused by they, themselves, rather than the accident. (for example, one of the last parts that broke was the door handle). Needlesstosay, I did eventually get my car back three months after the accident. Total damage was around $14k. The quality of the work LOOKS good; we'll see over time. I am hoping and praying I never have an issue with any of the work they did. If I DO, I will NOT be taking it back there to be fixed. I would be remiss to not include two actions that the Manager took to "help" my situation: (1) He fired the project manager who was working our account about 2/3 of the way through the project. (2) They did end up paying for the last three weeks of my rental car. If you want quality work from a well-run establishment that cares about their customers, I encourage you to check out another shop. read more

Do not at all recommend - 3 strikes and they're out! Took car for regular oil change and rotation at 2:00 Friday.  Mechanic called incorrect cell number and left no message. Around 4:30, called mechanic and left message asking for update.  At 5, called service center and a helpful and apologetic woman said she had no information (and, amazingly, told me that this happens often), and she transferred call to mechanic's voicemail and I left another message.  At 5:45, called service center again and was told my mechanic had already left for the day so there is nothing she could do!  Saturday morning, the service agent called to say the car was ready (guess it wasn't finished Friday?) but they don't have a Courtesy Shuttle on Saturday. Took Uber ($25) and was told by mechanic that my voicemail was full and he couldn't leave a message (untrue), that the car was finished yesterday, and that he worked until 6pm.  When asked why he didn't respond to my messages, he said he must have "missed" the voicemails I left him!  If any of that was true, why would the service agent not have the key and bill on Friday and tell me to come pick it up?  Before Grieco took over from AutoNation, this was a great operation.  (I also did my lease-buy-out here and other reviews about unprofessional experiences are also very true.) I'll never work with Grieco again! read more

Absolute worst dealership I have ever worked with!!!!! Charged an additional $2000 in fees to trade leased vehicle into a non-ford dealership. Then on top of that took over a month to process vehicle payoff check which resulted in calls from ford corporate 3 times a day saying my payment is past due not to mention the effect this may have on my credit. You can also forget getting anyone to actually answer a phone call or care. All I can say is run far far away from this dealership!!!! As a Follow up to this, they reported 30-59 days past due on my credit report because the dealership took a month to send my payoff check to ford credit. read more

I never really liked shopping for a new car. Until I met Westley at Grieco Ford. He is a terrific young man that listens to cares about what you are saying. He is very polite and friendly. I had been driving a 2005 Ford Explorer it still didn't have 100K on it and was very well taken care of. I originally wanted an Explorer XLT because that's what I was driving for 14 years. Westley asked me this "... what if I could get you in to a Limited Explorer that's loaded and a 2018...". We agreed to test drive the SUV. That Explorer is loaded and I'm proud to say I'm driving it today. Westley went out of his way to show me every feature. He arranged to pick up my 2005 Explorer and met me at Sam's Club to teach me how all the bells and whistles worked. Simply put he is an excellent example of someone who knows how to work with people with out pressure he allowed us to make the decision and supported our decision. I received absolutely TERRIBLE service from this dealers service dept. I took my car there to fix a problem in the steering column. The service tech was not very knowledgable about fixing cars and joked around too much to try and cover up his incompetance. I came there to get my car fixed, not to be entertained. I needed a ride back home and their courtesy van driver told me he couldn't take me cause it was too close to 5 pm and he'd get home for dinner late. He should be fired, he is a selfish idiot. They were more than willing to just leave me there stranded. But the worst of it was when I went back to pick up my car after it was supposedly fixed. It still had the same problem and when I complained they called a supervisor named "Ivan" and his solution was to just brow beat me into accepting it was fixed. I insisted it wasn't, it was my car and I know it best. I persisted and eventually they gave me my money back and I left and will NEVER return. Funny part is the AutoNation Chevy dealer right across the street gives GREAT service ! read more

Went in to purchase and when I said I was paying CASH, they immediately raised the price $1000. After calling the manager, they agreed to the advertised price that I had IN WRITING. Then they wrote up a deal with DEALER FEES which brought the price back up to over the extra $1000 they tried to stick me with for paying cash. Walked out! Horrible! It was confirmed to be there unlike the Kia location when the car in question was out to auction but never mentioned that. Ok..a week later the same vehicle is advertised so I again enquired. I could never get a straight answer. A manager said the objective was to get the buyer into the dealorship. Didn't buy a car there because the price of the one I wanted to buy was $2k higher than a comparable car at Gus Machado. The sales manager offers me less than the lowest possible FMV for my trade-in. According to KBB, my trade-in value was rated between $4500 and $7500. His first offer was for $3500. When I showed him the KBB range, he increased the offer to $4200. When I asked for an explanation for the low offer, I got a take it or leave it response. Will never buy a car from this dealership. Getting ripped off is not what I expect when buying a car. read more
