Agree with other reviewers. Currently in the market for a car. All of the women I was dealing with were nice. They have too many hands in the pot contacting people about their car search and it quickly gets confusing and overwhelming as all of a sudden you start getting calls from each brand of Grieco dealership. I am currently in the market for a new/used SUV or Minivan. I told the gentleman my budget and what I was looking for. He kept trying to push a CRV on me. He just refused to listen to me and became condescending about my budget and rather sexist. It really pissed me off so much that I asked everyone from Grieco to stop contacting me as I wouldn't be buying a minivan or SUV from any Grieco dealership. Still, 3+ calls a day kept coming in along with emails. No one talks to each other there. Horrible customer handoff process. Very disappointed with their customer service. My husband and I recently leased a car from Grieco Honda, after years of dealing with Grieco Kia and received a bill from my old lease company. We had some questions and we have made several attempts and left messages and no one will return our calls to discuss the bill. We should've known better, we went to the dealership three separate times before purchasing the vehicle. The first two times no one even approached or spoke to us. Would not recommend them to anyone. I'm really not sure why so many negative reviews but of course everyone has there own experience. The lot is huge and so much to look at. We had a sales person named Roberto he was amazing this is why this place is getting 5 stars, for 2 days he helped us try to find the perfect car for my mother. We saw one vehicle we liked and when trying to apply for it Roberto said there was a leak and he recommend us not to buy it ( honesty is key). So my mom was starting to give up hope and we came back and looked at some mid-size suvs and BOOM we found something perfect! My mom loved all the features , the car looked brand new and the price was great. Roberto made us a great deal , and we traded in my mothers old piece of crap car! Roberto went above and beyond and he spent 6 hours with us one day and another 4 another day trying to help us. He got us to buy the vehicle and my mom is beyond happy. Even on his day off he came into work to to get the vehicle ready for me to take. This guy is in high demand people are always looking for him and asking for him. He's bilingual which is a plus. I can't say anything more but he's great! To park here is kind of confusing though because there's new cars everywhere and no signs for your parking. But you make it work. It's decent inside , they're always quick to help you. Just if you run into Mark the manager for financing RUN, very very rude. Winnie from financing was beyond amazing. I've heard a lot of bad things about this place, and everyone told me NOT to come here (I'm sure you can tell by the amount 1 star reviews) , however I still stopped in. Brandon really made sure I got the deal I wanted and was truly respectful. The manager of this place should thank Brandon for being such a genuine person and a very good salesman. I had negative equity so it made buying a car difficult for me but Brandon really did his absolute best and I'm so happy. Even after buying the car he still stays in contact and makes sure everything is going okay. This guy deserves a raise! I would not recommend this place. My biggest complaint is the $500 fee for registration. I questioned it stating we deal with this through our town hall in NH. "Oh we take care of it for you" I confirmed through the NH DMV that I did not have to do it their way. The dealer plates expired 8/2 and I won't get my plates until 8/5! They had 20 days to take care of this for $500!! I called 11 days in to discuss and was told they just submitted the paper work that morning (really? I had called that morning and was told I get a call back after lunch. I had to call again later in the day)There's even more issues I had with the sales guy but it would take too much time to explain. read more

They will be adding $5000 to the advertised price. They said it wasn't false advertising that the listings are from the manufacturer but they agreed that it was their website. Don't waste your time. Contacted by email and then by text regarding the purchase of a 2017 Honda CR-V. Fully explained the vehicle I was trading in and the maximum monthly payment I could afford. Told salesperson I didn't want to waste my time or hers. I was told to speak with Sales Manager Dan. Checked in at desk after calling and stating I was 10 minutes away. Waited 20 minutes for Dan and salesperson texted me and asked if I was all set. She contacted management and after 5 minutes, a salesperson came over and I fully explained the situation regarding pricing, trade value, and monthly payment. Told him that I didn't want to waste time. He played the game and went and talked to the "big shots" at the desk. The person sitting in the desk next to me said they had been playing games with him for 3 hrs. He got up and left. They took my vehicle to be appraised by the Used Car Manager. Keep in mind, they knew my terms ..... the amount I could afford monthly and I also told the salesperson that the selling price of their vehicle was high. He told me that the deal he would offer was only good for 24 hours. He came back 35 minutes later and miraculously, the vehicle I was interested in purchasing was SOLD. AMAZING!!!!!!!! It was available 45 minutes earlier and nobody else looked at it. THE OLD BAIT AND SWITCH GAME. If you're looking for a vehicle, look elsewhere. This dealership is dishonest, unethical, and plays games with you and your time. I'll be writing a letter of complaint to Honda Motors. He took my complaint, for which he and his team were not even responsible, and ensured I was cared for every step of the way. I was originally an upset customer, but I will now gladly recommend the business, knowing that Tom and his team provide this above-and-beyond care -- Tom was transparent, his team executed, and they followed up after their work was done. I saw a car ad from this dealer for a fairly good price in Cars.com so I drove from MA to RI. Once i was there they gave me a different price and told me that it is Internet discounted price(bait) and kept on increasing the price that if I don't trade in then i have to pay $2000 more and If i don't take a loan from them then i have to pay $2000 more. Finally due to my situation, I gave them my SSN and told them not to run multiple checks. They ran 12 Hard checks and brought down my score to give me a loan with very high interest rate. These folks are not honest and they are just waiting to rip you off if you don't know how to deal them. Anyone visiting this dealer please make sure. 1)You walk out if they don't match Internet price and don't buy for their sales pitch about the discounted price which is a bait and bogus. 2)Take your loan approval from a bank for low interest and do not give SSN at any cost or take a loan from their banks which will lower your credit score drastically. If they say that will add another $2000 then walk away. 3)They will say the price includes trading in discount and they will lower your old car price to compensate the discount they give on the new car. Wow... wife just went to get her oil changed, employees were either not wearing masks or not wearing them properly. When she pointed this out to a sales manager, she ARGUED the point, extensively, saying they "had to wear them all day", as if that somehow excused them being within three feet with no mask, or inside where customers are without them, or inside YOUR CAR, breathing on everything that you then get inside and touch. As if doctors in the middle of an operation can take their masks off because "they've had to wear them all day"... Their OWN POLICY states that employees will wear masks at all times, and ever when my wife pointed this out, the sales manager didn't back down. NEVER AGAIN. We've bought multiple vehicles from them in the past, and have always gone to them for service, but honestly, with this literally life-endangering lack of respect, our relationship with them is over. UPDATE: In response to the reply from Grieco below, I'd just like to say that this type of thing happens from the top down, and not in a vacuum. Talking to the GM isn't going to do anything but take this conversation out of the public view, as it's obvious that your general manager doesn't care. He MUST see that his own employees aren't follow your own business policy (if he's not, that's an ever BIGGER problem), and isn't doing anything about it. Great over-the-top response time and customer service ...when they are trying to get you to purchase. After that - you are on your own. Phone answering center continually put me through to voice mail boxes, where no one would call me back. I emailed my salesperson, I called my salesperson, I left voice messages for my sales person. NOTHING! This is all because the spare key to my brand new car (keyless) did not work. Their mistake ... just respond!!! I had to have a mini-meltdown to get someone to listen to me and help me. It turns out they gave me the wrong key at time of purchase. So two trips there, missed work and I have the correct key! Horrible customer service. Don't get fooled how great they treat you when they are making a sale! Just received a call back from Michael the Sales General Manager. (Same day) It was great to finally get some response and ultimate closure on a bad situation. The response seemed genuine and honestly that's all I am looking for. Got to the dealership. Handed him a printout of the vehicle we saw online. Told right away by the "not" salesman (he called himself something else) they don't have the car I came to see. So I'm rather disappointed, and wondering how he could be so sure they don't have the car, without even checking the computer. And we're about to leave, and he comes running back out. What do you know, the car is in the show room. Woops. I knew I wanted the car, and after a test drive, we began negotiations. First things first. Some kind of security glass etching comes as part of the doc fee. Standard. The doc fee runs about $400. Okay, that's nice. But what if I don't want the glass etching? Too bad. Non-negotiable. Now we talk the car price. A salesman (a real one, this time, I guess) comes out to explain "sticker price" includes $2,000 in trade. Funny, that's not on the sticker. I told him that while I understood why they price the vehicles that way, the price is no longer competitive. He seemed upset by this. I showed him a print out of a nearly identical vehicle priced the same - albeit without the $2000 trade they so kindly factor in. He told me it was a lie and I'd get to that dealership and they'd ask for a trade. He said it wasn't possible to buy this car for that price. Anywhere. (He waved his arms a little for emphasis.) I got a halfway decent deal on a great car with a great financing rate -- which I could have gotten at any other Honda dealership, but I will *not* be returning to this dealership for any future sales or service. - It's almost 2 months since I purchased the car, and they still have not completed the vehicle registration. At least 12 calls in to the dealership have not been answered or returned. And they charged over $250 for a "registration fee" to pay the DMV runner. You'd think that would get the job done. ** Update: Today, one week after the dealer said "The registration is in the mail" and it did not arrive, I went to the dealership to either get my registration or my $250 registration/runner fee back. After 20 minutes, someone in the business office found my registration in an unaddressed envelope. That'll be the last time I set foot in this dealership. - "Required" a $29 purchase into their service rewards program at time of purchase. I asked specifically if it was required and was told "Yes" by the business office. (I'm pretty sure this is not legal) - Be ready to play the usual sales game. Waiting, pressure, sales tactics, more waiting. I was with a family member when he bought a Honda at Majestic in Warwick, and it was a great experience. If I were not so prepared, the Metro Honda tactics to take advantage of me might have worked. "Where did you get those numbers? We couldn't possibly do the car at that price. (After whipping out iPhone and spreadsheet) Oh. Well, let me see what I can do." I'll drive the extra 10 miles to Warwick next time. read more

How do I even begin to explain the worst dealership experience I have ever had? After browsing their website on Monday 10/8/18, I found a 2017 Honda CR-V EX for sale. Using the toolbar on the Grieco webpage, I requested more information about the vehicle. Lisa Palmisano from the internet sales department called me on 10/8/18 at 11:28. She stated that they still had the vehicle, it was on sale for $25,300 due to it being the last 2017 CR-V they had on the lot. She setup an appointment for me on Friday 10/12/18 at 6pm. Lisa emailed me to confirm this appointment at 11:31 that same day. On Friday, 10/12/18, Brittany Burnell, the Internet Sales Manager called me at 9:35 to confirm my appointment. While on the phone with her, I confirmed that the vehicle was still available. I showed up at 5:57pm on Friday to meet with a sales representative. After several minutes, a sales representative finally approached me and asked how he could help. I told him that I was there for a 2017 CR-V. He scoffed and said "we don't have any 2017's left, the only one we have is a lemon and it is out back." At this point, I certainly did not feel comfortable with the vehicle that they were going to try to sell me....or not. The sales person came back, and took down my information again because he stated that they do not have any, and he wanted to investigate. Let's pause for a moment here, because he still has not introduced himself to me. He came back a few moments later and asked me sarcastically "are you sure you are at the right dealership." To this I replied that I am know where I am and what I am here for, and that if they do not have the vehicle, please find me a manager so we can discuss where the breakdown in communication was over the last 4 days. He left and came back a few minutes later with the Sales Manger, Winslow. He stated that he was sorry for the miscommunication, but could sell me a 2018 CR-V for $26,000. At this point, I was beyond frustrated because nobody could tell me what happened to the car that the internet sales people had promised me all week. Winslow explained that on Monday, the dealership made the vehicle in question a loaner vehicle. He wanted to sell me the 2018 version though, at the reduced price due to the error in communication. I told him that I am not interested in paying any more than the $25, 300 that I was promised. During all of this, the original sales person, who I found out is named Germain, rolled his eyes and said "come on man, for only $700 more you can get a car that is a year newer." I asked Winslow if this is common practice to roll your eyes and treat customers with disrespect. To this, Germain got even more upset and said "so this is gonna be another bad survey." Winslow asked him to leave, and then apologized on his behalf. Well Germain, you were right, here is your negative survey. Winslow offered me the vehicle at $25,300 to make right. Having been so disrespected by Germain on numerous occasions during a 20-minute span at this dealer, I thanked Winslow for his time and told him that I do not wish to do business with this dealership if this is how customers are treated. Grieco, you need to strengthen communication between the internet sales team, and the in person sales team. How can I be promised a car that everybody working the floor knew as not for sale. In addition, Germain could use a lesson or two on how to interact with customers. Rolling eyes, shrugging shoulders, and complaining about poor reviews are not good sales tactics. read more

My Honda Element needed some serious repairs after my car window was smashed for my crappy GPS. Yes, I know, I shouldn't have left it in the car, but I was running in to get a cup of coffee on a bright sunny afternoon and my car was right out in front of the shop. Anyways, it did a ton of damage to my car and I needed a couple thousand in repairs. The airbag needed to be replaced and once I got my car back I realized the horn no longer worked. When I brought it back to Metro Honda they told me it had nothing to do with the repair work and it was purely a coincidence. Then they told me they had no idea how to fix it. They however offered to replace the horn at a large cost to me, but weren't sure it was going to fix it. Well I was at Metro for 2 hours for a simple Oil Change. Then my car comes out and I wanted to leave. The tech brings over the slip to the associate and it sits on her desk for about 30 minutes. Hello..... I have been here for 2 hours and now you wont call my name??? So I go to pay the bill $55 for a Oil Change are you serious??? I wish there was an option to give 0 stars but there isn't. Against my better judgement, I decided to go back to Metro Honda. The internet sales person was very nice. I explained my hesitation about going back to Metro because of a past bad experience. I made it clear that I didn't want to waste my time if they weren't going to beat the other offers that I had for my car. She assured me that they would beat all deals. I agreed to meet with a salesman at 12:30pm today. I went in at 12:30 as planned and they didn't seem to have any of the information that I provided the day before. I gave them the offer that I had from the other dealer as well as a printout of the vehicle and accessories that I wanted. He said they didn't have the car...which I knew. I said that it's on their website with a discount of $725 and I was told that it was in transit and should be there next week. I also said that I don't need a car and if their deal was good enough, I would place a deposit on it. I also informed them that I obtained financing already. The salesman came back with a ridiculously low offer - nowhere close to KBB value. He also explained that there was a mistake on their website but they would honor that price. I said that the offer was unacceptable...that I already had a better offer. I asked for my keys because I wanted to leave. He asked me to make negotiate so I did. I said they needed to be $1,000 less than their number and I would give them a deposit that day. He asked if I would be willing to finance through them if they give me the number I wanted (I didn't know about their sleazy financing tactics until reading these reviews) - I told him no. He came back with his manager with the same figure he had given me before. I told him it was a lowball offer and he proceeded to give me a KBB value with a deduction of $1,825 in reconditioning costs. I told them that the experience was every bit as bad as the last time. I took my keys and walked out...only to find my car wasn't there. I had to go back in and ask what they did with it. They brought me out back where they keep trade-ins and there was my car. STAY AWAY!!!!! My wife and I bought a 2011 Kia Sorento from Metro Honda in April 2014. After years of saving to buy a "newer" car we put $10k down and were able to get the car we wanted at the payment we could afford. Fast forward 18 months later, we just went to a dealership to trade it in and get something newer with less miles and learned that the vehicle had been in an accident before we purchased it, even though we were given a clean car fax report by Metro Honda when buying the Sorento. What's worse is that we are now entirely upside down on our loan and can't get a fair trade-in value because the salesman and GM of Metro lied to us and gave us a clean car fax just to sell the car. To add insult to injury, since buying our car we have had constant alignment issues. We've had the car realigned multiple times over the past 18 months and finally understand the underlying cause. It baffles me that they are able to get away with these types of sales tactics and still sleep at night, knowingly screwing over hard working families who are willing to spend their life savings to get into a safe vehicle. If you decide to purchase a used vehicle from Metro Honda, do your due diligence and have it checked out by a mechanic you trust or be prepared to be dooped. Absolutely fucking trash, avoid Donnie and all of their salesman, dude literally couldn't do math and wouldn't tell us the price of the car but kept reassuring us that it would be within our budget. I had a Groupon for this place for $15 that included an oil change, 12 point inspection and a car wash, which is an amazing deal. . First impressions were great. Courteous staff, I was even given a complimentary drink. The lounge is nice with comfortable seating and flat screen TV's. It's a good thing they have comfortable chairs because it took an hour and a half to do an oil change. Seriously! Oil change is no more than a 30 minute job. The icing on the cake here though is the mechanic said my drivers side tie-rod end had excessive play and needed to be changed immediately. I declined b/c my grandfather is a master mechanic and does all my work for me. So the next day I take it to his house and we look at it. The tie-rod end had a very small amount of play in it and he said it's no where near time to change. This made me furious. What a waste of money, time, and materials it would have been if I had this guy change my tie-rod end while I was there. Not to mention I was completely deceived. I wonder how much extra money they make from people that know nothing about cars and get away with this. I will never be back again. read more

When I came over to see what was advertised as a 13,000 car, they ended up telling me that it is really 14,900. Then we spent 1.5 hours "playing a game" when they were first taking the price down, then putting it back up when different people showed up. What they are doing: they are posting a good deal online, and when people show up they said that it was not a true price and how they are sorry, but let's talk... I had inquired regarding a 2014 Civic LX in early april and had visited the dealership on a Weekday I met a sales person and he gave me a quote of $15,998 after talking to his manager. After a couple of days, I had called up to ask what documents would I need to bring in to get the Sale agreement done. But the sales Person didn't respond to my phone calls, so I called up the front desk. The receptionist didn't tell me that the salesperson i had met the other day wasn't In that day. I came to the dealership in the evening and found out that the sales person or his manager who had approved the $15,998 quote or 2014 Civic LX were not there. I was served by some other lady sales person and her manager, however they didn't honor the quote that I had been provided with 2 days back. I drove all the way from Boston after taking off early from work to finalize the deal just to find out that Metro Honda was no longer ready to honor the quote by them and their manager. The best quote she gave me was $19,000 compared to the previoud quote of $15,998!! I had way better deals at other dealerships than the $19,000 quote. I had emailed their dealership even after this incident and inquired if they were ready to honor their original quote but there was no reply from anyone. I bought a 2014 Civic from another dealership and I would want to say that I had a really negative experience at Metro Honda!! If all the managers and their sales managers cannot approve quotes given by other managers, it is a waste of time and energy for a customer trying to start from scratch each time they meet a new salesperson and a manager. I will make sure I do not recommend Metro Honda to any friends or relatives for their future sale! This dealership doesn't even have the courtesy to respond back to me after their failure to honor their original quote. If I could give Grieco Hyundai a negative 5 stars I would. Recently, my 2008 Tuscon was occasionally stalling at low speeds but no engine light. As I already had my car serviced, my mechanic suggested I take it to a Hyundai dealer as he didn't have the diagnostic tools, so I made an appointment with Grieco in Johnston. They scheduled me OVER A MONTH OUT for 7:30am! When I met with a service rep, he told me it would take about 1 1/2 hours to diagnose and cost $149. So, I waited and waited. Folks were leaving before me one after another. 3 1/2 hours later at 11am I asked the service rep how much longer as he told me earlier that it would take 1 1/2 hours. He told me that he never said that, and it would be a bit longer. Red flag #1. After a few minutes he finally called me over to his desk and reviewed my invoice. He told me that there was no charge and thanked me for my patience. He produced the codes and said that I would have to drop the car off for 2 days for another diagnostic that would cost $300. He stated that it was a possible wiring issue could be a snipped harness along with all the other issues which were coded such as a voltage malfunction, camshaft sensor malfunction and oxygen sensor malfunction. He would have to diagnose 5 different electrical ports. Red flag #2. I was born at night but not last night. Sounds like stacking to me. My fiancé remembered a reputable place I could take my car to that specializes in electrical issues, Cranston Auto Ignition. Got an appointment right away. $65 for diagnostic which was credited to my bill for having the repair done there. It was just a faulty air control valve which set off the other codes. Total bill $165. God only knows what would have happened if I fell for the lies Grieco was handing me. I can do without the cappuccinos, big screen tv and comfy chairs. Bye Bye Grieco! read more

If I could leave less than one star I would. I brought in my car to have the air conditioning fixed. After a $120 analysis fee, they quoted me $1100 to replace the condenser. I ended up taking my car to a local shop and they determined that the condenser wasn't the issue and fixed the problem for less than $50. They gave me a list that totaled up $2600 for suggested repairs including $90 for new wiper blades(something I can do myself for around $30). They even had the audacity to put one of their Grieco banners around my license plate without my consent-this was promptly removed and placed in the trash. This dealership should be avoided like the plague and it is disgusting how misleading and overpriced their service department is. read more

( and then I did it two more times. ) Recently brought Ridgeline in for its 150k service.... and mentioned a anti freeze odor and that it was consistently low a couple quarts each oil change. They said they see the problem all the time and had a aftermarket radiator to swap out for it... $1000. WTF ? Its now about a year later... and the transmission started acting up so I took a look at it. Apparently the dealer did not think to replace any of the lines and hoses to the radiator so the trans ran low on fluid when they started to leak. First, no one in the dealership could help us with a purchase. Floormats were promised, but they ended up being cheap no-name brand. On the first day we wouldn't accept their lowest offer and the salesman Frank proceeded to make it public that "He's not going to take the deal!" It was very embarrassing and if it weren't for the lower price they offered, we would have left. The price ended up being $200 lower than the nearest competitor, but it ended up that we had to pay for an additional mandatory "protection package" for $200 - what a rip-off. The car was promised to be registered on a Tuesday and I had arranged my schedule to pick up the car then (I live in another state). It turned out that my salesman was off that day and had not informed any of his co-workers, so when we called for an update, no one seemed to know what was going on. I called about 20 times, and the call was bounced back from the receptionist to a condescending, incompetent salesman who couldn't offer any advice other than "I'll put you in touch with Frank" or "I can give you Frank's number". Seeing as how this was insulting my intelligence, I hung up. It turned out allegedly, that the registry person, having been incorrectly supplied with the wrong insurance information, could not register the car and was subsequently thrown out of the RMV for arguing with the teller. EVERYONE in the office either 1) had no clue what was going on or 2) was intentionally trying to hide this information from me. When we were finally able to pick up the car later that week Frank offered the keys to us and said he'd "be right back". Fifteen minutes later he is nowhere to be found, so we left without a handshake or acknowledgement that we purchased a car from them. NEVER going here again and if you are foolhardy enough to go - make sure they do not sneak in additional fees. read more

Grieco sold me a lemon. i bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, PRECEERTIFIED, and it wasn't. Two different sets off tires were on thee vehicle, over 75 mph the vehicle started shaking, and other issues. I sent letters and they never even replied. The guy doing the paperwork lied when he sold me some plan so whenever I took my Jeep in for servicing I would get a similar vehicle or nicer as a loaner, never happened, plus, no loaner cars, they made me go through the whole rental process. Everything they told me about the Jeep and the plan was a LIE. I got scammed. I will never return to Grieco. read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. Yelpers! Save yourself the time, aggravation, and money and go elsewhere! The Service center manager, Frank, is arrogant, rude-- enough so that he took me to a back room today to insult me and tell me that they would not take my Corporate Honda service voucher, which is guaranteed by Honda nationwide and has no expiration. I was in tears when I left because I could not believe how poorly I was treated. I can assure you that if my husband was with me, they would have not belittled me like they did today. I am contacting Honda Corporate and filing a grievance against this place. read more

Worst dealership I have every been to bait and switch to the max. They only pay attention to a customer to get them in their then once they tell you one price they like to act like they never agreed to that price. They love to say the sold out of a car only to find it an hour later and try to say oh its not the same car cause I guess I don't know how to read a vin number. Ugh this place is horrible went in with my boyfriend today who's looking to buy a car knowing exactly what he wants and what he wants to spend and they just play games. When we took the car for a test drive all the guy did was shit talk other dealerships, does that tactic actually work? It didn't for us. We went to their Toyota dealership before here and our sales rep there warned us that they are a bunch of sharks, sadly he was right. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism as much as I did today. The salesman could not have been any more disinterested in selling us a car. We were going between three models and of course he kept focusing on the most expensive. He kept beating around the bush in pricing and was not even remotely straightforward. We were there for over THREE HOURS for nothing but a waste of a day. Would not recommend and definitely will not be purchasing from this establishment or the salesman Ricardo. I will NEVER ... and I repeat, NEVER give Grieco Honda my business any longer . First off , I brought in my car for an oil change 6 months ago. Upon getting home I realize they had the NERVE to place a GRIECO sticker on the back of my car as well as a Grieco number plate frame . I had to return, speak to a manager and have them REMOVE them.. Every few years I trade in my car. Have not had a sale with Grieco in years . They claim they will meet any price , but they cannot,compete with BOCH HONDA of Norwood . Last week, I dealt with a sales rep named Kip. He wasted my time . Claimed he could sell me an 18 EXL Civic if I bought that day for $19,300. He threw out the price.. not me... I said yes . He went to his manager , came back, and said no... As for those fraudulent letters they send you saying they'll pay top dollar for your used vehicle.. again BEWARE .. They'll get you inside, give you a $10 Target car then inform you they will give you that amount if you purchase a top of the line Accord . I refuse to give them one penny including service . Go to Norwood Boch. They are honest , don't play games and can sell you a new car at the lowest price . So long with your slick games, Grieco ! read more

went in to buy a new car. The test drives went well but then they took my keys to assess my trade in. I waited for what felt like an hour and they came back with numbers that were not what I had in mind so I asked for my keys because I was ready to go. He leaves and comes back with more numbers but not my keys so I ask for my keys again because those numbers where still not what I was looking for. He leaves and comes back still no keys but numbers that would have worked a little better so I said if I could get those numbers I would take the car, he asks for my credit card so he can show his boss I was committed and I wold not give him my card or signature until I knew those numbers would work and again asked for my keys he leaves and comes back with his general manager but still no keys. And the general manager starts in about the numbers and at this point I am feeling anxious and trapped because I do not have my keys and no one is really listening to me. So I then tell them I am feeling uncomfortable and would like my keys and I wanted to leave. I get up and walk outside visibly upset and they come out still trying to talk numbers with me fortunately they had my keys this time, but tried to get it so they could bring the car to me while the other guy talked numbers but I Just took the keys and left. I felt anxious and trapped. I would have bought the car too but I did not like feeling like I was stuck and trapped somewhere uncomfortable. read more

Can we give 0 stars?? Sum up the dealership in 1 word. GROSS. We were told to come in and ask for Mike. When we got there (over 45,minutes away which both of the ladies i was in communication with were aware of) we were told it was "Mikes" day off. Then the sales rep proceeded to inform me that the GIRLS tell everyone to ask for "Mike". We still don't know if he exists or not. We drove almost an hour each way, look at the car we came to see, and was told it was $15000 more than listed on their website! I said this seems like a bait and switch; to which his response... All dealerships are doing it!! We then put on our jackets and start to drive away, he literally came outside and said let's see what we can do with your trade..ummm unless your giving me $22000 we are not even in the same light year.
