Flavor-wise it fell flat, too. The carne asada burrito and the chile relleno burritos were pretty bland - and they shouldn't be! Mexican food is known for its flavor! Sigh. Finally, the burritos were poorly wrapped and tore almost immediately, falling to the plate and necessitating a spoon or fork, which defeats the purpose of a burrito. No concern, no accountability, no attempt to make it right. Finding a spider in your food is completely unacceptable, disgusting, and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food handling practices. The lack of basic customer service and accountability made it even worse. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled shows a serious disregard for food safety and customer experience. The one star rating to too high for this service.
