We tried ordering TURON that's clearly listed on the sign for $3.99 each, but the older lady kept insisting they only sell it as 5 pieces for $10.99. Then another employee told us we couldn't order half a pound of chicken skin and had to pay for a full pound only. The pricing and ordering policies should match what's actually posted on the menu because this was really frustrating and confusing as customers.

Hey, it's a food court inside a super market so it's about as good as can be expected. They do have a nice selection of food. And off you like grilled fish or deep fried Filipino food, this place is for you. Of course they also have the classic sides and desserts too. They have meal deals or order Ala Carte. Get a tray, order and slide on down to the cashier. They also have some nice roasted pork at the booth across the aisle. The food's tasty but I gave it a three because of the quality.

    Grill City's Bagnet

The restaurant is conveniently located inside a grocery store. The food is your typical Filipino favorites. Unfortunately, we will not buy their bagnet again. When we were eating it last night, it tasted like the pork was not fresh. The munggo and ampalaya we bought are fine. Their pork barbecue was okay. I really like the grilled squid though. The service never improved since they opened. The seating area is clean. This will always be our last choice if we want to eat out. We threw away the $30 bagnet we bought the next day. You can smell it's "bulugan" as your air-fry it.

A plastic inside this container. Bilo-bilo

This is so bad, i never buy anymore to this seafood city grill, i bought a bilo-bilo today but when i try to open and examine the food this is what it came out a plastic.

Shmack city. Wish they had more veggie options BUT you do get a bang for your buck if you prefer meat.

I often buy food here and the Bbq chicken and pork skewers got smaller but the price stayed the same.

We had gone to the park earlier in the day and could smell the bbq in the air from the many parkgoers enjoying a warm and sunny spring afternoon grilling some good eats with family and friends. After going for a run, we were HUNGRY and in the mood for some bbq to satisfy our cravings, but too tired to cook it ourselves. We opted to look for filipino bbq, and Grill City was the only place near home we could find open late on a Sunday evening. So we ended up here, and were happy to find that they were still serving chicken and pork bbq skewers (though not much else, besides fish, crispy dishes, and a few other sides and desserts). We ordered the skewers along with a serving of pancit and were on our way. The pork bbq skewers were "buy 4, get 1 free," so we took advantage. They weren't the best I've ever had, but the flavor was good (it was pretty light on the bbq sauce, but they had containers full of basting sauce at the restaurant, so you could ask for extra when ordering at the counter) and the meat wasn't too fatty, so I was satisfied, even if it lacked the char from the grill that usually adds to the taste. The pancit was fine, nothing outstanding but not bad, basic carbs to add to our meal, and a large portion in the to-go container, enough to feed for days. The restaurant is inside Seafood City Supermarket and has plenty of indoor seating available as well as easy parking in the plaza lot. The service was standard, and there was no wait to order food this past weekend when we visited. For sure, Grill City in SSF offers better quality of food, and if looking for filipino food in Milpitas, Pinoy Bbq ATBP is clearly a better choice... However, Grill City in Milpitas still serves decent filipino bbq if you need something in the area open later in the evening, especially on days when most other similar restaurants are closed.

2023/040 This cafeteria ambience is located inside the Seafood City Grocery. The chicken and pork bbq skewers are grilled on spot visible to everyone's pleasure. Food are authentic traditional Filipino cuisine that you can taste anytime to satisfy cravings like I do!! A little pricey but i guess if you want it , you have to pay for the price.

Grill City is located inside Seafood City Market. They have Fast food Filipino food. But, I've only tried the BBQ Pork skewer, Crispy Pata, and the Calamansi drink. BBQ Pork Skewer - marinated Pork pieces skewered together and cooked on a grill. The meat is tender and sweet tasting. Crispy Pata - though, they are using the pork belly & ribs vs pig trotters. Calamansi Juice - a lot like lemon, with more tangerine sweetness. Refreshing! Inside seating available.

If you went to Seafood City in Milpitas, there's this fast-food chain called Grill City next to it. Food is mostly prepared and grilled in front of you. If you're Filipino, you'll enjoy most of their grilled food such as fish, chicken, and beef. I ordered the Pampano fish combo and my wife ordered the chicken BBQ stick. The pampano is not seasoned to the taste and needs to marinate. Their crispy pata and lechon kawale are good. You'll enjoy their juicy meat and crunchy pork skin. Next time I come here, I will taste their other Filipino dishes.

    Turon
    Danna E.

Thia afternoon I walked out all the way to the parking lot to my car with my turon, wondering if I had paid for it or not. So I went back inside and stood in line again. The two pieces of turon were like $3.25 plus tax. They're huge---maybe 12 inches in length? I haven't tried them yet, but I'm sure they're as delicious as it looks.

How much is the rent for the function hall?

I asked today and they said $1,500. Not sure what that includes. The person in charge was out.

Dining here feels like going to your tita's house for a family party. It's cozy, comforting, and full of love: the epitome of Filipino culture. It is such a blessing to have it close by. I can pop in anytime a craving hits for their pork menudo, sizzling sisig, or pansit palabok. Must-try staples include Chicken or Pork Adobo (a rich savory stew), Lumpiang Shanghai (crispy spring rolls), and Pancit Bihon (classic Filipino noodles). Be sure to finish with halo-halo, a popular shaved ice dessert. My family literally drives up from SoCal just to eat here. It is THAT good. We called in on a Monday night, no hassle, no need to book an appointment for the party of 12 people, less hassle. We ordered our food and the waiter is so nice to tell us that we have a free appetizer! Which we had fried tofu (they have other options too). We got the unlimited rice which is cool for people who love to eat rice. Bad side? Our order got a little mishap, the kitchen forgot one of our order Chicharon bulaklak, but we never mind cause we are already full. But, that's less money on the management. One note, for people more than 6 people, you are being charged for service fee (so watch out). Secondly, cause we are regulars here, the food we had now is not as good as flavorful as we had before. Was excited to find out another Filipino business taking over. I've had my fair share of tusok-tusok experiences in California and I mean it when I say that I am happy this place opened up. I think prices are pretty fair for a bbq stick in the Bay Area. They carry pork bbq, hot dogs, intestine, kwek-kwek, bettamax, pig ears, etc! Although I wish they had fishball or squid ball for even more variety but thats ok. They provide a marinade to brush on while you grill your own BBQ and provide vinegar and another sweet sauce for you to dip it in post-grilling. Overall, the flavor is really good and you can't really go wrong. They carry other items on the menu in which they serve to you such as sisig, pares, siaomai, empanada (available weekends only), lumpia, melon juice, etc. And yes they have rice! I wish I took pictures of the food we ordered but the kids got to it first while we were bbqing. We went on a Thursday evening so it wasn't too crowded but they still kept the party going with karaoke and music. I could imagine the place being full on weekends. The parking could also get tricky in that area if full too. They take cash, Zelle, and card (with surcharge). The grill is located inside in the center of the restaurant so it gets pretty smoky inside even with all the doors open and vents running. So expect to smell like delicious bbq coming out lol.
