I stopped in here a couple of times. Once, I tried their pancit (Filipino Noodles). I thought they were ok. Ensaymada - sweet and savory bun. It tasted fresh to me. Service: The service is friendly. They explained what they have or what's popular.

Super disappointed in how I was treated here. Upon walking in, the two women working there looked at my husband and I up and down (I'm assuming to see if we were Filipino, which we're not). I waited behind someone else that just bought something. When she finished, I walked up and asked if there were any turon/banana egg rolls left. The woman at the counter said that there's no more, quietly, so I said "huh?" And she said "no more" and looked away. I asked her if there would be more tomorrow and she said "don't know." Again, she said it quietly and looked away, and I was confused as to how she wouldn't know if they would have some tomorrow... So I wanted to make sure I heard her right, because we wanted to come back tomorrow to buy some and I was hoping to find out the time they would have them. So I said "you don't know?" And she said "don't know." Needless to say, we will never return and will not ever recommend this place ever again. We bought 50 turons for a party just last week, too. So bummed that we supported them last week with this type of service we received today. For anyone else looking for a place to get delicious turon, Gabrielle's Food Market is across the street and theirs is just as good with MUCH BETTER service.

**Review based strictly on VCB's Turon** We stopped by Valerio's City Bakery since my family was having a gathering. Since this bakery is known for having delicious turon [crispy Filipino banana lumpia with caramel] I couldn't think of a better opportunity to give it a try. These babies are high in demand and although there may be a potential wait, DO IT!! This dessert is long in size and the taste is balanced by the not so overly sweet banana found in the center and the sweet syrupy drizzle found on the outer skin. The highlight of this purchase: they stay crispy for hours on end!!!!! 3 stars overall because the business could be a lot warmer and more welcoming to patrons. CASH ONLY so come well prepared.

Haven't been here in six years though I usually go to the one in Milpitas instead and they have a large selection of baked goods and better service. Came by this morning as usual it's not well stock limited selection but I can smell the baked goods. I chose the freshly bake Spanish breads or commonly known as Senorita bread price at $1.50 each and damn they were simply delicious sweet. My second choice would be the mocha rolls had them before simply delicious. Customer service is very slow depending time a day if so take a number and wait and there's always a long line and busy as hell. Fortunately I came in early in the morning with so few customers. They do prepared a lot of Filipino take-outs such as pancit, palabok, menudo and turon though I really don't care much for that with the exception of lumpia (spring rolls) and baked breads ube pandesal and Spanish breads are my favorites. There's ample parking though it's best to come by early in the morning rather than later in the day. Won't be coming back anytime soon maybe once in the blue moon. By the way the hours here are shorter than the one in Milpitas and they are opened seven days a week from 6 to 6.

    Slow and inefficient.

Before you knew it, tables were filling up with families out to celebrate or post-church. The decor is fun, lots to look at and they have games at the table. We were given a menu and some cold water and soon after, someone came to take our order. We got the crispy pata with rice and egg, and also another two meat combo. The sisig was amazing, melt in your mouth and flavorful albeit a bit salty. They ran out of the cantaloupe drink which made me sad because thats one of my favorites, but I got a calamansi drink instead and that was refreshing and cold which was perfectly paired with the fairly fatty and dense crispy pata. The pickled cucumbers on the side are a perfect addition to the salty meat. Overall, good experience! Garlic rice could've been a tad more flavorful in my opinion but other than that, delicious.

Longanisa- sweet pork sausage; came with 3 pieces. Wish they were grilled. Seemed like just boiled. Juicy but not too fatty. Fried Chicken - crispy thin skin. Had a funny taste to it. Not sure if it's their seasoning or the chicken was freezer burnt. Lechon Kawali - this was the best meat in the combo. Crunchy fried outside but juicy at the same time. Good ratio of fat to meat. Yummy. Garlic rice was not oily and good serving size. Also had 2 over medium eggs. Came with pickled cucumber in sweet vinegar brine. Also came with 3 dips: ketchup, vinegar and the sweet peppery lechon sauce. Cost $30. Nice staff. 3 Stars then and now.

We called in on a Monday night, no hassle, no need to book an appointment for the party of 12 people, less hassle. We ordered our food and the waiter is so nice to tell us that we have a free appetizer! Which we had fried tofu (they have other options too). We got the unlimited rice which is cool for people who love to eat rice. Bad side? Our order got a little mishap, the kitchen forgot one of our order Chicharon bulaklak, but we never mind cause we are already full. But, that's less money on the management. One note, for people more than 6 people, you are being charged for service fee (so watch out). Secondly, cause we are regulars here, the food we had now is not as good as flavorful as we had before. Better retrain the kitchen for the betterment of the taste. All in all we had a blast! Thank you people on the floor to make that happen!

Was excited to find out another Filipino business taking over. I've had my fair share of tusok-tusok experiences in California and I mean it when I say that I am happy this place opened up. I think prices are pretty fair for a bbq stick in the Bay Area. They carry pork bbq, hot dogs, intestine, kwek-kwek, bettamax, pig ears, etc! Although I wish they had fishball or squid ball for even more variety but thats ok. They provide a marinade to brush on while you grill your own BBQ and provide vinegar and another sweet sauce for you to dip it in post-grilling. Overall, the flavor is really good and you can't really go wrong. They carry other items on the menu in which they serve to you such as sisig, pares, siaomai, empanada (available weekends only), lumpia, melon juice, etc. And yes they have rice! I wish I took pictures of the food we ordered but the kids got to it first while we were bbqing. We went on a Thursday evening so it wasn't too crowded but they still kept the party going with karaoke and music. I could imagine the place being full on weekends. The parking could also get tricky in that area if full too. They take cash, Zelle, and card (with surcharge). The grill is located inside in the center of the restaurant so it gets pretty smoky inside even with all the doors open and vents running. So expect to smell like delicious bbq coming out lol.

I appreciate that they hadn't run out of these items, as it was later in the day. Looking at the food trays in the display case when I arrived, they even had pork bbq skewers available, and this is around 5pm on a Sunday. That's rare for filipino eateries in or around the south bay. Service was standard and sufficient, and everything was packed and ready to go in just 10 minutes. The food items I got were a bit dry, particularly with a lack of sauce in the beefsteak dish, and the sisig was slightly mushy. But there was no shortage of flavor, and the portions were large enough to last for at least two separate meals. No dine-in seating at this spot. It was more like a convenience store inside, but a filipino one that serves hot food items in the back.
