So I'm upping my review one star due to trying more of the menu. This place still does not come close to the others mentioned in my first review but after the bland gyros it did get better. The combo was very good, it was properly dunked and had a good amount of giardinera on it. The BIG drawback was the $9.50 price tag. come on! Portillo's is far better and less expensive. The chopped salad was again pricy and just ok...very bland and it didn't fill me up. Again, Portillio's salad is much cheaper, flavorful and more filling. The thing I would get here every time are the Greek potatoes, they were excellent! I wanted to try the chicken but I have a hard time with the price. Why is this place so expensive? Apparently no one but me seems to care since it's very busy, at least at lunch time. read more

Onion rings: 2 stars max. Small portion, and pretty bland. Plenty crispy. Just not much flavor. And several broken rings. The fry cook was sloppy. Patty melt: I really enjoyed this. They should grill the onions a bit more for more sweetness. Season the beef more as well. The space itself is quite nice. The staff was great too. Major props for that. I'll be back eventually to try more. *EDIT* Went back again on 6/22/2018. This time I had their steak grinder and merkts cheddar fries. I really enjoyed the sandwich. Hot and cheesy like any good grinder should be. The fries were pretty standard. Nothing set them apart really. +1/2 star for the grinder. I think it would be even better at $8-9 though. I went here for lunch today. With the aid from the owner and chef I had an amazing lunch. Because of my food allergies I generally have an ok lunch. However today the lunch that was prepared for me was absolutely nothing less than amazing. A plate of chicken, tomatoes and onion with a side dish of vegetables. By far this was the BEST meal I've had out at any restaurant in a long time. I highly recommend this restaurant. I'll come back again soon and highly recommend that if you have food allergies than you should come here where they will work with you to make a memorable experience. read more

Grill House is one of our favorite restaurants for lunch, especially during summer as we enjoy the spacious outdoor eating area. Salads are fresh and generous and can be placed in a wrap. I like to add falafel to them. There is a big selection of salads and sandwiches and all the dishes we have tried were good. You have to order the food from the cashiers inside and the food is delivered quickly by the servers. read more

Update: this place gave me a pretty bad tummy ache after I ate here. Lowered it down from 4 to 3 stars. I give this place a solid 4 because they still have a few kinks to iron out. I ordered a gyro pita with everything on it which included onions and tomatoes. The downside is that it didn't come with any sauce so you can get cups of tzatziki on the side upon request. I didn't realize it at first but there is a ton of meat in the pita and it was pretty good. I'll definitely come back and try some of the other food one day. read more

This is my third time eating at this restaurant dining in twice and tonight was pick up. Calling to order on the phone was flawless (can't say as much for trying to order through Uber eats for delivery that got -0 ) The food was packed beautifully stayed brilliantly warm, and looked amazing. It did not disappoint on the taste I had the gyros platter and my mother had the pork chop platter. My mom raved about the taste and especially about the vegetables they were cooked perfectly and so well seasoned. My gyro was phenomenal and their rice Yum Yum Yum. The staff was very helpful when I was having trouble trying to order through Uber eats tried it twice in the order didn't go through their staff tried to assist me but none of us were able to figure out what was wrong there is zero way of contacting Uber eats. My suggestion is to either dine in or pick up either way you can't go wrong. One thing to note if you're looking up the menu online some of the items are not available through the delivery apps. So if you are going to order through an app look at their menu there because some of the items are not available for delivery. But all of their items are available for pick up. It's a place that has something for everyone, so we order from here quite a bit. There's a wide range from salads and sandwiches to burgers and entrees. I personally like the whitefish entree with the Greek rice and a side of the lentil soup. My family enjoys their vegetarian wraps and gyros. read more

This is quickly becoming my new go to favorite spot. For salads, ribs and more. This is the old Go Roma spot. Which for some reason never visited, and this place I can't get enough of. Just check the parking lot out that'll tell you how good this place is especially during the lunch hour. I've made the most of carry out these days and can't say enough good things about their salads. Plenty to choose from or make it a wrap! Just add the protein you want and you're on your way. Last night we ordered their ribs which were delish. Notable were their mashed potatoes with garlic. And if you're a garlic fan like me you will love them. In addition we ordered another side of potatoes. Good flavor, but hands down the mashed were my favorite. The garlic didn't disappoint either. Whether it's dine in or carry out, this place is hands down a great little lunch spot. It won't disappoint. Give it a try! Also, the other day they have a young man with a gelato cart who wheeled in, tho I didn't try it seems he had plenty of flavors to choose from. read more

Their Grill House Salad is the best, and the salmon and chicken souvlaki are so yummy. Guests often ask where did I get this amazing food? Also their crew is friendly and nice. I'm super happy and full after ordering here tonight. This is the second time we've ordered from here and each time we've gotten a family pack. These are perfect for a family of 5 and it's a great value. Also it makes it sooooooo easy as there is something for everyone. Some of us are vegetarians and others love meat so the family packs give plenty of delicious options. The online ordering is also a plus and makes it convenient. The food was fine. However I placed an order online for pick up and received a text saying that the food was ready. When I showed up to pick it up the food could not be found and no answers were provided. Importantly no apologies were made. In fact I was made to feel like I had done something wrong. The manager in particular was distrustful and nasty about it. They had my food prepared soon after. It was fine. But the attitudes at this joint leave a lot to be desired. The owner was really rude. I had an issue where a fry was left off my order and asked for a manager.. The manager begins getting hostile with me instead of trying to find a solution. Never using grill house again. They also gave me attitude because I tried putting a rush on order due getting to work on time. It was not busy and I was realistic with my times as I was only ordering a hot dog and fries which the fries ended up being missed anyways. After I had asked for a manager because there was an item that I requested and it was not ready manager got hostile and then there staff took my money and threw it at me to say get out of here. I was merely trying to come up with a solution of ordering and item and that item being missed. This is the second time the same issue occurred. Could have been solved if there staff had better attitudes and read back the order. I understand mistakes happen and thats ok but I am not ok with poor attitudes. There are many other reviews saying that there's a missing items so the issue I have appears to be a trend. read more

Love the entrees! Very vegetarian friendly. I love that you can turn any of their salads into a wrap. I've had the roasted chickpea wrap, black quinoa wrap, and Greek wrap. All three were delicious. My friend ordered a 1/2 chicken and also enjoyed the meal! We ordered spicy feta cheese fries but they weren't what we expected. The fries come with a side of a spicy feta sauce mix. The actual fries were delicious but the spicy feta sauce was okay. We always order takeout and the food comes nicely packaged!! Would definitely recommend. read more

The food here is SO good. I always get the chicken souvlaki. There's so much food I always have leftovers for the next day. The chicken is perfect as well as the vegetables, rice and potatoes. The soup is always extraordinary no matter which one you get. The chocolate cake is to DIE FOR. And whenever you order from there the food is delivered so fast and it's so hot and fresh it's insane. Ordered take out 2 nights ago from here , the guy who answered the telephone and took my order was rude and abrasive. I ended up giving my order to him 3 times and would you believe that after pick up my order it was wrong. He missed items but I wasn't charged for them. I dunno if he just can't handle the telephones it might be too much for him but ownership should not have him deal with the public. The food tasted average nothing special. We always enjoyed visiting the Grill House. But after today, we might have to reconsider. We take the pandemic very seriously. Mask up and shut up is our motto. I was happy to see the counter staff all wearing their masks, but I was horrified to see the staff bagging the take out orders were working with their masks on their chins or not covering their noses. It was disturbing to say the least. We asked to speak to the manager and even he had his nose sticking out. read more

You must go to the Grill House! We came for Greek food but their menu also featured burgers, hot dogs, seafood, and chicken. There were plenty of salad options, as well. The gyros was the kind you dream of but rarely get. It was perfectly seasoned, moist, tender, and plentiful! Wow! Two people could have eaten this one sandwich! The Tzatziki was bright, fresh, creamy, thick, and delish! The surprise was the saganaki cheese curds. We love saganaki but were puzzled by the cheese curds description. So, we ordered them! These are really bite-sized saganaki coated in panko crumbs, then deep fried. It was definitely the cheese of saganaki- and I've no idea what it is. The "curds" were crunchy, creamy, tangy and veeerry rich! A few curds were more than enough. The Grill House is in an unassuming location but easy to get to, plenty of parking, and well lit. I came here because of the Yelp reviews so thank you fellow Yelpers! They have a brisk take-out business, which is great during Covid. The staff is friendly, competent, well trained, and work well together. The restaurant is bright and Comfortable. I cannot wait to eat my leftovers for breakfast!!! read more

I called in an order of pasta around 8pm on a Thursday night. They told me it would be "about 15 minutes." I arrive there 13 minutes later, pay the cashier, and wait for my food at the counter. Five minutes pass before a manager walks over to confirm my takeout order. The place is moderately busy, but not crowded, so I take a seat next to the counter and wait. And wait. And wait. The five employees behind the counter are having a grand old time, talking and laughing with each other, all smiles and upbeat attitudes. It's no longer busy at this point, most of the diners have finished and left. Finally, I ask one of them whether the pasta is ready. Apparently, it was ready 20 minutes ago and no one had bothered to tell me. No apologies, they just hand me the pasta and tell me to enjoy it. Get to my car, check the food, and of course by this time it's no longer hot and fresh. So I bring the food back and explain to them the situation. "No problem, we'll make you another." Really? You've already wasted my time, you think I want to wait here any longer? I tell them "no, that's ok, just give me a refund." The manager counts out the change and sheepishly tries to pin the blame on one of his subordinates. Still no apology. Never coming back here! read more
