Had the nachos and chicken enchiladas. If you like Mexican loaded nachos, these were just okay. The v enchiladas were delicious

20 year regular of Grilly's. Consistent friendly staff and good value by Marin standards. Combo Grande, taco salad are great.

Love the burritos and chicken Caesar here. Little annoyed though that they don't let dogs on their patio.

Water and coffee quickly followed and I perused the menu. Diverse options and interesting creations. Recommended by my server, I went with the celery root potato pancakes. They were a revelation as was the whole experience. The homemade green hot sauce was available for personalizing your flavor profile....highly recommended! (I asked if I could buy some to take home.)Comfortable spot in the window, the vibe is quiet, confident, and welcoming. I don't think you could go wrong here. Hope you can try it soon.

My boyfriend's eggs were runny despite having asked for them to be scrambled hard. My niece didn't like her pancakes, and the group generally felt the food was bland. The service was also spotty. After remaking my boyfriend's eggs they forgot his toast. Then when the toast came they forgot the jam. The waitress didn't ask about drink refills, though she did refill my coffee. The ambiance was fine, but not the special holiday brunch spot we had imagined. Next time we'll find a different Larkspur restaurant.

I highly recommend the Angel Wings, by far the best wings I've ever had. I also recommend the BBQ Pork Noodles which are super flavorful and a large serving. For dessert I got the Mango Coconut Tapioca pudding which was great. Really nice restaurant on the inside, the staff is all super cool, only one single bathroom though.

We thought okay, good time to try different dishes. After a forty minute wait, we reminded our server of our order. We could see how much was going on but other tables who had come after us had been served. She apologized profusely. She had forgotten to enter our order. We waited some more and I finally asked her if we could be served something quick to prepare like the tea leaf salad. This came. Delicious as always. We asked that the rest of our order be comped and this was granted. When our order came, the hoisin ribs were outstanding; the mushroom medley garlic noodles were missing the mushrooms; the green bean shrimp stir fry had tough inedible green beans. We left all the green beans and the rice which was dry and compacted, not fluffy at all. This is not at all the usual high caliber of cooking you normally get at Burmatown. Lesson learned. Remind the server sooner. We were one of the earlier tables and finished as the second to the last table at lunch service. We will be back for the outstanding hoisin ribs, the mushroom noodles and of course, the terrific chicken pumpkin curry which is normally available.

The line was long but we got to order and had a table for 4 which was nice. There are seatings in the out door but also full. The service is great but extremely hectic, everyone is running like crazy. We ordered from the outside and the server brought the foods to our table. The prices are average $20 a plate. We ordered Fried fish tacos instead of grilled and a burrito. The chips and pico de gallo for $5 is very good, we ordered at the bar. The garlic fries are so good, every piece with great flavor and crispy. The burrito is huge and very filling, but our fried fish tacos are excellent, my wife really liked them, 2 on a plate with everything on them. It's quite messy to eat these tacos, they're big. Anyhow, compare to the Halfmoon Bay fish tacos that we liked, this is quite delicious. There are quite many beers served here but we didn't have any. This is a great fish place, but quite hard to find parking and in a very busy street.

This is a hip area with surfing lessons, coffee shops and of course Hook Fish. I came here with a group, after a hike at the Tennessee Valley Trail (a beautiful hike to a beach, probably 1-2 miles away). At Hook Fish, you find a table, get in line and order your food with your table number. They bring it over (quickly!) and you get to people watch for your troubles. The dishes were a heavy mouthful, but delectable as expected. It feels East Coast West Coast to me in nature, but all pure goodness. The fried fish I had was crispy and tender, and the nachos and poke were fresh and crunchy chipped. We left with tight belts. I'd plan ahead or come prepared to hunt for parking, but it was a fun stop otherwise, especially for a friendly gathering with some solid grub.
