Pre Covid and even now, I have always loved and appreciated the service at Gucci! The Staff is always polite and kind and helpful. Avoid this store like the plague!!! I should've listened to the other reviews on this Yelp page before stepping foot inside this Gucci. Their return policy states that a return may be made within 14 days if the item is in "sellable" condition. Apparently "sellable" is up to their discretion because they will find anything that will prevent them from taking your item back. I tried to return an item within 14 days and they refused to take it back. The reason? The manager tried to show dust in the piping of the bag. Are you seriously showing me dust in the piping that can easily be wiped down? He tried to tell me that the inside of the bag smells used as well. I smelled it.. It smelt like cloth. I can't even make this up I was almost laughing! But nope, he stated "this is a luxury brand, I would not feel good about this being in my back room." Ok... this manager will obviously say anything to not accept any returns. I told him I'll just sell it for full price... but when I get home , I find that the controllato card was missing from the box... an item some online buyers want to see in order to spot a genuine Gucci bag. The sales associates or store manager took them out of my bag and I didn't notice until afterward, since they handled my items in the back room where no customers are allowed. I will NEVER again be a shopper of Gucci. I'd rather represent a brand that isn't so badly represented by a pure lack of customer service just so they can make their daily sales quota. Terrible experience. No greeting Nada, Nothing. Not even eye contact. Asked an associate about a specific bag called Supreme Bees backpack being in stock and one word answer was "No." not another word out of her mouth. I had to ask if it could be ordered and another one word answer "yes" Well kiss my ass. We started to walk around and sphe then checked her computer and proceeded to tell us it could be found in the Bellagio Hotel and Caesar's in Las Vegas like we'd just hop in our jet and head right over. We had seen the bag in Hawaii where the service was awesome but my daughter was unsure at the time. We really wanted the experience at the store and not have a $2000 bag delivered by mail. Thankfully there was another bag she liked so we went next door to Louis Vuitton and bought my daughter a nice backpack where service that was wonderful and the associates actually were happy to see us. Horrible service. I bought a $400 belt for a buddy of mine for his birthday and he went the next day to get a bigger size, never wore it or even really touched it. They told him they couldn't exchange it because it seemed a bit bent like if it was worn. Moreover, the customer "service" salesperson brought the belt into the back room and came back with an obvious new hole in the belt. She said that we did it, even though they gift wrap the box and we didn't even touch it after buying it and it was brought back the same day! Despicable store. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I came in today to look at shoes with my mother. I noticed the security guard following us specifically around the store even though there were other guests. Both of us were well-kept and in designer clothes, it's not like we were in rags and up to no good. At one point I wanted to ask him if he thought we were going to steal something based off how obviously we were being followed. Please Please Please Be More Customer Friendly. Unfortunately, this store cannot compare with those in nearby Las Vegas in service or variety. The sale associates (except for a nice, pretty brunette female) do not acknowledge you and they give off a vibe that you are bothering them. Rarely do they have my size shoe (Gucci men's 9) and they have about 1/3 of the typical Gucci inventory. If you ask about something they don't have, the associate doesn't offer alternatives or offers to have it shipped in for inspection. (LV does that without batting an eye). Security guards are stoic. They stare at you (I get it, it's their job) and if you say hello, they ignore you...they just stare. Makes me feel uncomfortable because I really want to be able to shop there. It is a shame because I would rather shop there vs lugging packages back from California or Vegas. read more

If I could give this store a less than 1 star I would. The customer service is pathetic. I have been to several Gucci stores in other locations and this one takes 1st place for it's rudeness and unfriendly service. I purchased a belt for my husband's birthday 12/17/2018. Unfortunately, I purchased the wrong size. So I went back on 12/19 in an attempt to exchange the belt for a smaller size. The store clerk told me that they didn't have any belts available in his size. He did tell me that I could however, return it and purchase it myself online. I asked if they could call one of the stores in Las Vegas; as I know they have several stores in that area. He informed me that unfortunately their store does not offer that service. I asked if they could look online since I was already there, and do an even exchange. The clerk then told me their internet site was not available, and hadn't been since earlier the day before. (? ) humm, I was confused, "how will I be able to order it online, if they can not even get on the site themselves". He said, "oh, it's a different site." Huh? Lol. After all that, I called the Store at the Crystal Shops in Las Vegas. I asked if they had the belt I wanted; the customer service person in Vegas told they would check and call me back within 5 minutes to let me know if they had the size I was looking for in stock . Turns out they did, he then took my payment info and shipped it to me within the hour. Unfortunately I now have to go back to the Scottsdale store, place my name on their radiculous sign in list; wait to hear my name called (hopefully I hear it- takes about about a 30+ minutes to talk to someone.) Absolutely the worst experience in the store at Scottsdale Fashion Square yesterday. Every single employee was rude. I was bumped from 7th in line to 9 because the Phoenix Suns players arrived so they said "they moved me" after an hour wait. I said that was unacceptable and they said they rectified it but it was just a lie. They not only helped them but another couple that arrived as well. Very rude workers and poor customer service... never shopping from this location again

Seriously when is Gucci going to take at look at this store? There never seems to be enough staff and you told me to stand outside the door because you didn't have enough staff Saturday night? Attempted to bring a new bag I purchased in Paris in for a surprising repair( gold piece came off when pulling got out for the second time) and was told by a friendly but disheveled security guard that they were short staffed and couldn't take another customer. He let me in anyway to look around after I explained I was dropping off for repair but after 15 minutes I decided to finish my shopping elsewhere in the mall and come back. Thirty minutes later I went back and the guard just laughed and informed me that it was worse than before because there was a shift change and now even less staff. It's no wonder you mostly see high school kids in there...doesn't have that high end feeling anymore. Disappointed for sure as that was my reason for heading that way on a Saturday night. WORST store experience I have ever had. All they care about are sales and the manager, Anita Hatkic, does not care to make it a good shopping experience for customers either. I decided to speak to her about an issue I had and she pretty much told me "too bad." If you are looking to purchase something from Gucci, buy it online. You might have better luck with your experience that way. This was my first purchase at Gucci and I will probably never shop from the company again. Considering the amount of money that is spent on items, you expect to be greeted, offered something to drink, and to be heard about concerns. After searching on Gucci online for the perfect holiday gift I was excited to learn what I needed was in store at Scottsdale Fashion Square! I work retail myself and understand how hectic the holidays can be but as soon as I walked in I was greeted and put on a waiting list for an available sales associate. The wait was around 30 mins or so but the store manager Audrina I believe, was so sweet in greeting EVERYONE, and seeing if they needed to be put on the list. I understand us last minute shoppers can be frustrating when we all wait to go in at the same time but Audrina was so quick to help everyone feel as a priority. Highly recommend this location! And all the sales associate were truly being efficient and quick during this holiday season! read more

I typically like to keep the money in our state and if I'm making a big purchase, I will do it in Arizona. However, when it comes to this Gucci, I will most likely only make purchases elsewhere. I've had several disappointing experiences here. Customer service is big for me and when walking into a high-end store such as Gucci, I look for quality customer service. Sadly, I get the opposite here. I purchased a purse and a month into having it, the strap broke. The purse was only a month old. I brought in my new purse with a broken strap into this Gucci and asked them if they could replace it since it was a brand new purse. They immediately said no and said that they would need to send it back to the factory to be fixed. I understand this requirement if the purse has been used and owned for awhile, but this was practically a brand new purse. However, I followed the rules and let them send it into the factory. Six weeks later, I finally got it back. I thought it would be as good as new and not give me any other problems. I took my purse on a work trip to San Francisco a couple months later and in the middle of my trip, the same exact strap broke a second time. This time it left me without a purse on my work trip. Since I was in San Francisco, I immediately went over to the Union Square location and explained the situation. They were horrified that Gucci didn't replace it the first time and without any questions, they exchanged my broken bag for a brand new one and sent me on my way. Now that's customer service and I'm sad that it took the Gucci in San Francisco (and not Scottsdale) to give it to me. I was very disappointed with how Gucci in Scottsdale treated me. During a second experience, I had Gucci sunglasses with scratched lenses. I love my sunglasses and wanted to fix or replace the lenses. I figured that Gucci was my best bet so I took my sunglasses into this location because it was my only Gucci store option. I explained the situation and asked them if they could send my sunglasses to be fixed. Without a second glance, they said no and that there was nothing that could be done and sent me on my way. A couple months later, I discovered another sunglass store in Fashion Square and decided to ask them about fixing my lenses. To my surprise, they did it for a reasonable cost and my sunglasses were like new. Sadly, Gucci was not the store who helped me and I had to resort to another business. I like Gucci products and I typically like Gucci service, but unfortunately this particular Gucci location lacks the customer service and I will therefore shop at other locations and not this one. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst customer service experience of my life. They completely defrauded me. I got the wrong sized belt so I wanted to exchange it with one that was slightly bigger. Keep in mind that the item had been purchased the day before and had never been worn. The lady went to the back for like ten minutes - and when she came out she said she couldn't exchange my item because someone had put a hole in my belt to make it even smaller (which doesn't make sense because the belt was too small to begin with). Clearly, she went in the back and put a hole in it herself. Maybe this is how the corporate Gucci office tries to eliminate exchanges and returns. read more

OK I was ready to shop buy some new shoes excited about going into Gucci. No one even acknowledge me walking through the doors the sales associates were too busy talking to each other all I saw were backs. I Felt odd right when I walked through the door. I went back to look at the men's shoes saw a really cool jeweled tennis shoes for men, the sales associate walked straight past me not even hello. I went to go look at the clothes in the men's section and only person that made eye contact with me I thought was a sales associate and a suit! What is what I found out when I approached him to ask what kind of shoes they were and what they were called in the sizes he responded I'm a security guard the only person to be near me in a suit I thought he was there to help me and I guess not and I said hi I had a question about some shoes and if these men's clothing are the only sizes of clothes that they had because they did not have many men's clothes all were basically winter and we're in spring ! The person that acknowledge me and I asked a question too if they had any other sizes responded to me I'm security I don't now so on that note the only person who acknowledge me was security at that point I felt upset ! So at that point I left I don't know if their racial profiling at the store or what but I am Latin and my skin is brown . I walked by the two associates no Hello now I'm in the purse department no one's there no one's helping me I wanted to buy my mom a purse guess not.,how can I assist you how are you nothing!! Never going there again went to Louis Vuitton though very nice was offered a cold wine glass full of water which was very kind and i ended up spending $3000 there thanks Gucci!! Okay, so as a company, I have never really minded Gucci. I have never purchased anything from there for myself, but I have for gifts. The thing is, I just never thought their stuff was made very well. I find other designers' products to be made better. So recently, I purchased my boyfriend a belt for him to wear to work. I had picked one out but was still pretty skeptical on it because I was not sure it was made well enough for him to wear it to work. I had explained this to the sales associate and he assured me that this specific belt would be able to handle it. The belt had their signature symbol on the front and I have asked him if it would get scratched - because that was what I was most afraid of. The sales associate then again assured me that it would be okay and I could bring it back if I had any issues with it or if he did not like it. So, I bring the belt home and give it to him and within his first shift wearing it, it got scratched. I was extremely upset but figure I would bring it to the store the next day. So I bring it to the store and have a different sales associate. This one begins to tell me there is nothing they can do at all, no exchange, no return, they couldn't even try and buffer it out for me. I then asked to speak to the manager and she began to very rudely tell me the same thing. I do not think I was so upset about the belt as much as the customer service. Both the sales associate and manager the day I brought it back were incredibly rude, I do not think I have ever experienced a more ruder staff. I have never been to a Gucci Outlet before, so I thought I would just take a look around. I was just strolling through there looking at the items they have. I did not have my phone out taking videos or pictures, as I would think a lot of teenagers probably tend to do this and it may be annoying. So I just minded myself and just looked around. As I was looking around I hear a lady talking to, not sure if they were customers or co-workers, but as I can hear her taking kinda loudly, not sure if she was trying to make sure I heard her. She was telling these people that if certain people do not look like they can buy Gucci, they simply don't waste their time with those types of people. Since I went into there no one said hello, welcome in or anything. So I left and went to Louis Vuitton, much much better!!! Got greeted the second I walked in, an older gentleman asked how I was, what brings me in. I told him I've never been inside these luxury store brands, he told me he was happy to share this moment with me. He told me if I had any questions or need any help to come and see him. The store had a lot more people than Gucci but it seems like the associates were much better at treating me like a human being that Gucci. I am more than displeased with my experience in trying to exchange an item that was gifted to me over the 4th of July. I tried to exchange it but it was deemed as un returnable, however, I was not given a reason as to why and therefore, could not exchange it. AUDRA helped me and was the rudest "Director" of Gucci that I had ever spoken to. I was not looking for a refund, I wanted a simple exchange.The wallet has never even been used and it was the last wallet they had in the store. The way in which I was treated not only goes against the Code of Ethics that Gucci upholds but they have now lost a customer over a SIMPLE exchange. Not to mention, I went back to the store to have her look over it again and she would not even come out from the back. WOW! Come on Gucci, this is supposed to be the highest level of customer service.
